Requiring an Emirates ID and taking a photo of it for a 5% discount is completely absurd. Garry made it clear that it’s required to take a photo of my ID however this is a violation of privacy especially since it was taken not from a company phone

The customer service is very bad, they are impatient and talk to themselves and don't care about the customers, their job is to stand and talking each other. Of all the jumbo branch I have ever bought from, Dubai hills is the worst and don't respect.

Really bad experience, the staff is so busy on their phones. After waiting for 10 mins as i wanted a “camera expert” the gentleman shows up with zero knowledge about the camera + he left me in the middle of the conversation and went to another client.

Danish at the cashier is very rude and not helpful at all. Why do stores hore people like that is beyond me.

They customer service promised me that the range extender of WiFi is compatible with all router and I tried and even I call the internet provider to receive a confirmation that is not compatible with the installed router. I return to Jumbo and they cut 15% of the price.and it was quite expensive

One Of the worst company and worst employee and worst management ever, we bought 2 Samsung S22+ and paid 6000 dirhams, the sales person inform us that there a miss connection with the payment and suddenly we received a message that the amount has been deducted from our account, they didn't give us the phone it's been 5 days and our money are stuck with their company because no management or accounting team know how to claim their money from the bank, we called 8 times the bank and give us a code to sent to accounting team to claim their money and yet no answer, they took the phones + they took our money and we have nothing in return except waste of time and negotiation with the worst showroom manager ever and yet no solution, JUMBO STOLE OUR MONEY, I've been working and Saving for 1 year to buy two phones for my parents because they live abroad and planned to travel this Christmas in 5 days our flight and offer them the gift but jumbo stole our money and our phones and our happiness and now we r going without anything because they don't care

Mr. Habil who is responsible for Dyson products in Jumbo Electronics in Dubai Hills Mall was very informative and helpful and had an answer to any of our question. Such a good seller, he took the time to show us different products demonstrating pros and cons of each. Keep on with those kind of staff!

Excellent deals and options at the outlet. The whole sale experience is smooth and staff was very patient and engaging. Definitely ask for Paul, he really patiently explained to us phone features and answered all our questions and also ensured all data was transferred smoothly to new phone. Really made the sale memorable and easy.

Unfortunatly i had a very bad and potentially serious fraudulent experience with this store.
We bought a ps5 package from them, a month later one of the controlers had an issue so we had to return it to the store because it is supposed to be guaranted for 1 year anyhow they called a week later telling me that Sony advised them that the same controller i bought from jumbo dubai hills is OUT OF THIS REGION therefore it s not guaranted and they cannot fix it or replace it, following several visits to the store and discussions with their customer service and manager i regret to say that instead of resolving the issue we have faced a very rude and unprofessional service and attitude from their team.
We have filed a complaint to DED since first we were deceived by the false warranty they offered us, and we have a big question regarding the products available at their stores and whether it is brought through legal sources!

If there were negative points i would give this store.

Wanted to buy an ear buds. Then Bought an ear buds was recommended by Samsung shop staff. Went home and charged it then found out that the ear buds were very bad. Can't hear anything through them. Went to the shop and I've been told can't return, nor exchange. Well i guess that's Samsung shop policy. So if you bought anything from them and then found out that it wasn't working. You won't get it solved

What a painful day experience at jumbo dubai hills mall.

I mean, the workers there are beyond unprofessional: have zero knowledge about the basic gadgets, I just wanted a USB!
She was pushing to sell anything with so much ignorance.

While asking her to get someone who has an idea about USB’s, three times, she ignores the request and continues to ask about my number to proceed with a sale!

I go to the cashier to make sense to what’s going on, she was as lost and unavailable as the sales person.

Would never enter again. Yikes!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us to find a smart watch, Mohd also helped us to set up the device as well, and it came with a free gift!

New store of Jumbo in Dubai hills mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, medium size store.

My first experience with Jumbo Electronics Dubai Hills Mall branch is awesome. I did pre booking for Samsung S22 ultra and they delivered the mobile before the given date. Special credit goes to (Mr. Jasbir - cool and caring Store Manager) and Mr. Raafat
