Our Samsung TV remote controller packed up. Every shop recommended buying a new one. At Jumbo MOE Noman not only showed us how to pair it and it worked.

Noman is such a great saleman that he showed us around the store and not only did we end up buying a top of the range Samsung TV but also are very convinced that all our electronic purchases will be from this man of integrity. He did not try to score a small sale of a Remote but made us long term customers.

On September 12th, I received an email stating that I could collect my laptop after 24 hours. However, the email did not provide any information about the location for collection. When I went to the designated collection point, I was made to wait for over three hours, only to be informed that my laptop was not present at that branch.

I entrusted my laptop to your company for repair, expecting a smooth and timely process. We purchased three Bosch items (washing machine, cooker and dishwasher) from Jumbo and the sales engagement and service by Gaurav and Chandru were excellent they took time to explain the product features etc and also advised on extended warranty etc so all good we paid agreed on delivery date. Etc What I have complain about is after sales communication and follow up. So the dishwasher got delivered and installed we were not satisfied as it did not dry as expected and the resolution of this was all downhill. I called multiple times they promise to call back etc 7 days later finally we had a service technician from Homewide and that is the outfit that delivers and installs and services etc for jumbo they seems to have a process flow issue themselves as the service tech was pointing out issues with delivery tech etc anyways he did tests using dishes and it resulted in the dishwasher operating successfully and drying satisfactorily. Jumbo communication after sales and trying to address the problem to provide a solution needs serious work as this has seriously left a bad experience and impression. I have taken extended warranty if delivery and installation is an issue I wonder what it would be if I had a problem with the machine.

They use scamming techniques in their sales.
When i bought my iphone they charged me for apple care without asking. When i found out and asked for refund they made me send emails that didnt help with anything until i gave up. Today when i needed apple care they said physical damage isnt covered

Dont buy your electronics from there. They are the worst. Buy from emaxs or carefour even if its 100 aed more, its worth it. I recieved an expensive gas cooker filled with scratches, called jumbo on the same day and informed them of this. Then they accepted a refund but forcefully charged me 15% of the unit price. How is thay logically fair to force the customer 15% when they store it, deliver. They opened it outside my house and it was filled with scratches amd they force the customer to pay 15%. Wow.

Excellent on phone service from Catherine in call centre she was super helpful, professional, hard fantastic product and service knowledge, and most importantly fast! Such a pleasure dealing with such individuals that makes us right a review! The store experience yesterday in the mall of the emirates wasn't as good though!

The worst electronic store ever! Never buy here. Customer service is awful. The sellers laying right to your eyes. I bought iPhone. They said they can sale only with international insurance. I tried to say that in Russia it’s absolutely useless. And still they kept in my receipt. It’s illegal. I called to a customer service department and they proved that. But in a store absolutely doesn’t care about their customers.

If i could give zero i would.

Was told that in order to buy apple products we were required to take insurance. They explained this is because all products are purchased with this and no stock any where in the market that is without. (700-800 more than device price)

Instantly I knew this was a sales tactic. Very immoral.

I wouldn't mind if some one recommended insurance and the benefits to put the decision on me rather than say there is no other way to purchase unless it was taken.

After explaining I want to speak to management, he returned saying on this occasion they can waiver.

This is disgusting behavior's and I hope that other people are not easily duped into this tactic.

Cheap sales tactics might help these guys hit targets but will cause long term damage.

I would never recommend this store to anyone. I bought a laptop from them 11 months ago and within few days it kept restarting everyday when I did my office work. However due to my office work I couldn't approach jumbo soon. I approached them after 9 months as I'm on leave and don't need the laptop immediately for office work. They took the laptop and created a report with a special note as requested by me which mentioned that the laptop contains important data and if anything needs to be done with the data then the service center should first call me. After few days my husband was asked to collect the laptop from the store and only when he switched on the laptop to see of it was working properly, he found that it was formatted. We never received a call from jumbo or the service center to inform us that the laptop will be formatted inspite of the note. The manager Laxmi spoke to me on call and told me that the service center has my SSD and they will recover my data back soon, and I asked her to give me this confirmation over an email. After that she quickly said she cannot confirm that over an email as she was unsure if the data can be recovered. Now the warranty also is going to expired and they ate not even ready to extend that to solve the issue created by themselves.
There's no support provided for the damage that they caused to my laptop.
First they sell defective products and then destroy it further if you take it to the to get it repaired. So please beware before buying from them

Poor customer service at their service centre ctr. Total lack of communication and nearly impossible to have a manager call you back when they continously extend the service time without notifying you. What was supposed to take 6 days became 1 month on my dyson vacuum. I had to chase them up so many times through all their channels, website, call centre, email without any action.

Their service center at the shope in the MOE outright lie about the services they offer. They claim to make repairs on the spot, but they actually don't. Brought my laptop for a very minor issue and they told me they needed to send it to another service center without even looking at it, or turning it on to see what the problem was. They promised that I would get a quotation in 3 days, but even after six days no quotation was received. I tried to complain about this to somebody, but there is no possibility to speak to an actual person in their customer support. I tried to make them return my laptop, but even this would take two extra days. I don't think I will ever trust them again.

I came to Emirates mall to buy a laptop in the weekend from Jumbo large store. The Microsoft guy there was indeed helpful and supportive. Picked a surface laptop in 5 minutes and headed to the cashier. And there was the surprise!

Long queue of people waiting for a single cashier. LARGE store and a SINGLE cashier. I spent waiting in the queue for more than 30 minutes to pay for the laptop. I saw the store manager standing there looking at the queue and doing nothing.what an attitude!

When I reached to the cashier, the poor lady was very overwhelmed. I can feel the immense pressure on her.

Amazing how everything in the store is well done, and then it fails in the basics of customer service. It is too much to ask people to queue for 30 minutes to pay. Either you speed up the payment process or hire more staff.

My advice to Jumbo Electronices, you need a better manager at your Emirates Mall branch.

Very bad and unprofessional service, we bought a macbook from Dubai mall; they asked us to receive it from MOE.
There no one asked us for any proof or paperwork.
We reached there they said we need to make an email with passport and ID.
We were surprised also that there was confidential information on the desk accesed by anyone having address name of client and phone number.
Although managers are passing by and no one is taking care of these details.
All customers are complaining about it
I kept the picture so everyone can see it.

Do not buy electronics from jumbo bad after service. The technicianwiped out my phone. Their false reassurances are just to get you to leave. They don't honour manufacturing warranty nor their salama warranty. Be careful of samsung defected. They will replace battery but not the defected device

Don't buy from jumbo samsung and don't expect that even if the unit is defected and under warranty know that hey WILL NOT replace it.unqualified technicians will blame a piping hot phone idue to a manufacturing app. You will talk to customer service who do not have any understanding from technical point of view nor legal. The lack of safety of my piping hot phone was ignored. Technician agreed my phone is defected. Samsung have refused replacement. They talk down to you but are ignorent of what a defective battery can cause. Lack of faith in samsung phones in the uae. Don't buy salama insurance your unit will not be replaced as per their promise. Samsung phones are fixed by jumbo NOT Samsung. Tricks and false advertising

In an almost empty shop at 11.00 a.m, you wait 10 minutes without a salesperson even approaching you. Instead, the so-called salespeople stand around talking or playing on their mobile phones. If you talk to one of them, they end up trying to push something on you that you don't want to buy. I wonder if anyone at Jumbo has ever heard of sales training? Or training in dealing with customers? Anyway: the 3 phones I wanted to buy were delivered quickly and happily by Amazon. And they were cheaper too!

Non-existent service. The computer camera is horrible, it crashes constantly, horrible sound; it has multiple issues. I can’t share screen on work calls (primary work activity for me) as it crashes. Had to purchase an external camera as the image was so grainy. My 5 years old laptop which this was replacing has significantly better video and sound.
7 day “easy exchange” appears to be printed words only. When you call they say it’s 5 days.
Exchange was refused. I am not seeking a refund, only to exchange for a working product.
I asked for a manager call back. No call. Now it’s passed the 7 days.
I ordered online but apparently I must physically go into a store for “repair”, no exchange.
Almost 16,000aed for a piece of garbage computer. Through work I’ve order thousands of computers. This is the first time I’ve been stuck with such a useless machine and no service by the vendor.
I’ve made a costly error purchasing this Dell from Jumbo. I won’t make this error again.
It’s staggering that Jumbo is okay with having a client pay 16,000aed for something they can’t use.
Disappointing and frustrating.

I bought a laptop today.
I visited Sharaf, EMax and E-City
The deals were similar. BUT - the service and advice I received in Jumbo far out-stripped the others. The others were pushy, in my face, and just after making a deal. Tgey followed me round like limpets, even asked being told to back-off. The guy at Jumbo (wish I’d got his name.) was excellent. He made a sale. Will ignore the others in future!

My best go to experience store for electronics needs since 9 years, when we bought first laptop here which is still running and operational.

Various other purchases over almost a decade, with best advice with purchase decision.

Had a single chance to see after sale service due to a third party vendor hardware issue. The experience was amazing, part replaced without a charge, very convenient drop and pick up from mall of emirates jumbo store.

Update: Jumbo CS contacted me to check my customer satisfaction and when I discussed the unreasonable bundles, the agent shared with me again that these are coming from Sony and they can't change them. So, looks like Sony is behind this market trend and price spikes.

My experience with their PS5 promoters was disappointing.

In my first time with them, they shared with me that they give the consoles to the whole sellers who stock them with and increase the market price (They know it but can't control it). Then added that Sony is pushing them to sell the device in bundles.

In my second visit, they were pushing me back not to register and re-emphasizing that it will only be a 3400 AED bundle that they may call me for after 4 to 5 months.

They called after one week offering a bundle of PS5 device with 2 years warranty, headphones, charging dock, additional controller, and a game for 3400 AED. I asked them to have the device with two additional controllers and a game but they said that they only sell the bundle they offer.

For me, this is unacceptable arm twisting using their position as Sony's main and only distributor in the UAE to attach unnecessary items to the device and exploit the customers needs.

Finally, my previous experiences with them was good, but this one was an absolute disappointment.

Worst experience I had in my life for online order. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. My order number is J57477394. As per description I should get a free headset and phone cover. They delivered the phone and headset and informed me that they will deliver the cover within 2 days. Now it’s almost 3 weeks. Still I didn’t get my cover. When I call their customer care couple of times, they gave me the same answer “We will check and get back to you soon. ”. This was the worst customer care experience I had for an online order.

I visited the Jumbo store for an issue with the PS5 Controllers. Despite waiting in queue, the staff Jean chooses to take the customer after me before me because she did not see me. There is no concept of queue or tokens. If they are unable to manage they should have other options in place

Really excellent service from Mark in the TV section. Very knowledgeable, and not a pushy salesman chasing customers around as you find in other stores waiting to put their employee number on your invoice. If you want good technical input and decent prices, would really recommend this place. Great job Mark, you have raised the bar on quality of sales in electronic stores in dubai.

Visited the brand to ask about signing up for playstation 5, but the online sign up wasn't given any priority, as mentioned from the staff in the branch.

The other issue that came as a surprise is that i would have to pay for extra services and items to get the console MSRP and within 5 days, i was kind of surprised where the service for getting the console alone was never an option from their end, but forcing you to buy accessories and services that one might not need.

I was appalled but the fact that they didn't even listen to reason and even didn't bother to take in feedback.

Its enough we have scalpers that took most of the devices at launch and was a nightmare to secure the console with its original price, but this now is just a joke.

I hope that Jumbo comes to their senses and change this policy to best suit all their customers needs.

Jumbo used to be a nice place to shop, now they are being dishonest, abusive and far from customer service good rates by any means.
I went to the website to check for the PS5 queue, chat was useless and told me to call the call center, I called the call center who told me to head to any branch for further questions since they can't check their system. I went to the showroom and this is where the real fun is, the guy told me he got no info to provide for me! I told him I signed for the PS5 queue and want to know where is my location, where is the current status and so, he told me I might need to wait like 3 months in the queue - which I have no issues with - OR, I can apply for the Jumbo Package:), it's the device-game I don't want, I can't exchange even, one controller and Two years local warranty. The real fun is that I can have this device not beyond 29th of this month! So they got a stock when it comes to "Bundles" that you can't even negotiate, I wouldn't mind a bundle that comes with "Physical" value, games I can exchange, and I don't want an "Extended" Warranty, but no, I have to pay upfront for all of this, Scalping in a disty? Just like that? You won't sell me a product without a service? I understand the current ongoing situation but this is like a spit on the customer face:) the guy on the shelf when I told him so he gave me a silly smile and just walked away.such behavior / action / plan of sells was never a part of Jumbo and I feel sorry it degraded to that level; rather than reviewing why people don't buy your plans for warranty or so, they are FORCING the clients into something Without value to just sell secondary products / services.and yeah, that queue system is useless as it seems to be, I had to verify myself to believe it and what a shame it was!

They give gift receipts but then don’t honor them. Worst customer service the manager was horrible very rude and possibly the worst person I’ve ever met in my life. Complete frauds, don’t give gift receipts if you won’t honor them! It is clear from the reviews here that after sales service is none existent, so don't waste your money here, go some where with a better reputation.

I have recently bought a Tab S7, Galaxy Buds Live, A tab s6 Lite, a galaxy watch 3, a dell inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 core i7 all my devices are working perfectly never disappointed. Terrible experience. Purchased a Gimbal from them. When took the item home and unpacked it has a manufacturer defect. Returned the product. Jumbo admit manufacturers defect. Jumbo Refuse to replace or refund because they need 35 days to discuss with the manufacturer if they will replace or refund. The customer service staff keep hiding behind what they claim is Jumbo warranty rules and that they don't have any service centres in the UAE. We just want a replacement unit or money back. They say this is not their policy and rules. Do yourself a favour and do consider the above dreadful experience when shopping at Jumbo.

2nd November (3 weeks after this last review above), Jumbo still admitting factory fault, they offered to replace but now they no longer have this model in stock as new model coming. We had to make a huge mess and drama on the phone and also in the store, eventually they reluctantly agreed to a full refund after 2 months of their nonsense and blaming manufacturer.

On the various Web forums the manufacturer admits factory fault (even on their own website) with the model we purchased and has been happily replacing for everyone who returns.

Problem is, in UAE, purchasing with Jumbo means you have to return through Jumbo, who does not want to replace or refund. It is just Jumbo that made the mess (not the manufacturer) and Jumbo did not want to replace or refund. They just deflect and delay, with many stories and excuses. Shame on Jumbo for this experience and you just lost a loyal customer of the past 11 years.

We’ve purchased a TV screen from them and it was having some issues with playing videos from youtube app and browser. Their tech came to check and just simply wiped everything from TV. We thought that issue been fixed, but after sometime it started again. So we called them again and their tech just came and again wiped system which temporarily fixing issue.now warranty has been expired and they don’t want to do anything with same Issue. Even i told them that exactly same issues i was facing since beginning.

Only one person at the cashier! There was a sign (closed) and the cashier lady was serving someone, wrong message, wrong service! It led me to stand at another line. Where later I have been redirected to step in the line of closed sign counter! Not only that, there were customers lining back to that specific counter! Had to wait (not much to be honest)

My experience with Jumbo MOE was very bad. Today I went there to buy an IPhone and I wanted to give my IPhone 7 Plus as part of the payment (trade in). After the evaluation of a Jumbo employee, he gave me $360 on my phone because the screen was very damaged. I accepted the price and went to grab some money on a cashier to make the payment of the IPhone I wanted to buy. I was very excited to change my phone. When I came back to the store to make the payment, the guy just said: “I won’t give 360 on your phone anymore, I will give 160”. I mean. I left the store to grab money and when I came back to make the purchase, my phone had a $200 devaluation. That didn’t make any sense. I got so sad, not because of the devaluation itself but because it was so rude. So rude and humiliating. I won’t go back to that store ever again and I don’t recommend it. And btw, I Have a paper with the letter of your employee saying that my phone was worth 360. It wasn’t about the money, it was about the attitude.

Bought a TV back in July, which now has an issue. While that is not a fault of Jumbo, the complaint management is just completely useless. Went there and asked for assistance, was told that my particular brand is dealt with by a third party company. Was told they had raised a complaint and that I would be getting a call within 48 hours and was given 2 phone numbers to call as well just in case. So far so good. 3 days later still no one called, and the numbers i was given were not answered. Called Jumbo again, and was told on the phone that there was never a complaint raised from my side, and nothing was in the system. I was told that they are sorry and that they had done it now. Until now no phone call was received from end, tried to call Jumbo, rings once, then line is hung up every single time.
Called the numbers given again and one number was finally answered. The guy told me that they had been unaware of any complaint and there was nothing from Jumbo they had received. Long story short, Jumbo did absolutely nothing and even lied to me twice that they had dealt with my issue. Thanks, never again, and we were a big customer for years.

Before I visit Jumbo MOE, I went to 5 electronic shops including Huawei store and no one of them convince me to by a Huawei mate 30 pro, but when I went to JUBMO MOE I meet Mr Ronie he was a very profissinal assistant and friendly he answer all my concerns, I would like to thank all the team of Jumbo MOE and spicially Ronie, It wS a very good experience.

They have really good deals for electronics. We just bought a new phone and they have a good insurance offer, that no other store would offer. We were attended by staff name Shaan, who was super attentive, professional and answeres all our questions. Will definitely recommend to shop in there.

Very good electronics store in Dubai with great prices and deals. I just bought Samsung note 9 mobile from Jumbo store with a very good price compared to other electronic stores in Dubai. They also gave me a lot of gifts with the mobile. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist.

If they tried to convince you to trade your phone with a new version paying some amount promising you all data will be transferred in new phone in no time. Plz don't fall for it.
First they make you pay then they'll take a backup
Second backup took hours and there is nothing you can do
Finally it's done and You go home and discover the many data you lost
I'm still sick to my stomach of all the data and imagesI I lost.

Don't do my mistake

Avoid Jumbo …!
Within a week of buying a Bose SoundSport wireless earbud, the left earbud stopped working. I contacted Jumbo and gave the set but each time they return it back saying there is no problem. But the truth is left earbud working sometimes and sometimes not with iPhone.
Totally not working with Garmin Vivo active 3 Music watch.
Still struggling for a replacement.
I LOST both my money and time!

Worst customer service ever! Ordered for a battery upgrade on a laptop, the tech opened up the covers and checked and said he'll order an upgrade from a 3 cell to 6cell. Waited 2 weeks, went to indtall it, found out I already had a 6 cell and they ordered me a 3 cell battery and were going to install it until I checked the mAh and brought it to their attention. Then they said the 9 cell is not in production and will offer a refund. Then running back and forth for 3 months to get a refund back to my card, visiting them once a week or once every two weeks, finally after calling their head office got a cash refund. Terrible. And no one takes responsibility and just keep saying accounts department is on break and we'll call you back, with no call back.

Very bad service. I must have spent at Jumbo within 2 years approximately 50000 AED buying several cameras and lenses. I have purchased the Huawei Mate 20 Pro on Oct 30th with the offer to obtain Huawei headset and another accessory. After 1 month, no call no nothing from Jumbo to get the accessories. I have been for 1 hour now at their MOE branch and still waiting. This is after 4 visits!
The way customers are treated is not up to standards
