I will never step into this store. The sales person who was at the Samsung counter is very rude. He was asking me questions about the model when they should be in a position to tell and make a sell. They just lost a customer.

Hi there. I bought new a phone (nothing 1) from your store last week along with which, I also received a charger complementary. However, I’ve been misinformed by ur sales executive who claimed this to be a fast speed charger but it turned out be not less than worse. I’d expected atealst a quality charger for my new phone however, I am having a bad time dealing with all this. I’d to visit your store twice to request for bill to be sent on email which I haven’t received yet. You really need to look into your customer service aspect.

Placed order for Iphone 15 pro pre order, they cancelled my order and sold to other people for 1200 aed more.

Very unprofessional and same like a grey market shop

When you enter a store and you find more employees than actual customers, be ready for the worse. They see you enter and all of them overwhelm you with questions. I asked them about Click and collect, so as to order online, use PayPal (one of the methods advertised on their website) and very rudely they replied that it couldn’t be done. The minute they realize they can’t make a sell, they are the rudest people ever. Such an awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND JUMBO DEIRA CITY CENTRE. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst staffs work their especially the Filipina fat lady she was irritated when I asked her about Apple Watch Series 7 she wasn’t ready to answer to any of my questions and she sent one specks guy who was having zero knowledge and all the people who were working there were so confused and lazy I had been to purchase Apple Watch Series 7 felt so bad for their behavior will never ever visit the store requesting management people to train your sleeping staff and terminate the fat Filipino lady she is just for salary. One of the worst people I have ever seen I request you peoples not visit them because you will regret Later. I would rate zero star.

Excellent service back up. I have contacted them for SAMSUNG microwave service and given estimate of AED 275/-. I happily bought a new microwave from Sharaf DG instead of servicing it from Jumbo.

Horrible online service
Placed order online, jumbo cancelled my preorder to sell at a higher price at the store.
And holding on for weeks to process refunds for their mistake.
And leaking out personal Data to the public in mass emails - serious data privacy violation.

Worst product when I brought this product within one week it was have compliance after there service of one month later also same issue.
Please don’t buy this laptop. Waste of money

One of the worst company and very poor customer service. I placed the pre-order online around 5600 AED/- they cancelled the order after two days and refund took more than 10 days. They should take pre-order up to the stock given by the supplier. They have taken more pre-order and make good turnover to rotate the money.

Don't buy any items from Jumbo. Very worst customer service even in store and over telephone.

Think b4 you buy some thing from the unprofessional company and worst managment.

Agressive sales promoters.be clear on the specs / model & brand to purchase.any upselling do a detailed research & finalize the same. Don't take decision in a haste manner.

The products are good and cheap but the customer service feels like hell! The staffs are not accommodating at all and they printed my receipt under a different customer. After reprinting, the details were still wrong! I had to wait for around 1 hour just to have my correct bill. A very frustrating experience and you won’t believe this is happening in all of Jumbo Electronics branches! I would NOT recommend this shop at all!

Worst service center they don't know to put temper glass in a proper way.i was facing problem.visited that shop 3 time in 2 hours period.i went to jumbo electronics service center in city centre deira. They informed 2 years' warrant glass crack in small edge drop.

Bought PS5 at the market price when it was in high demand. Mr. Saheb from DCC branch was very patient when we spend much time to inquire about the costly items before purchase. Even if the Items are out of stock, they deliver the pre order items on promised date.

I use to buy all the Sony items from Jumbo as they are authorized dealers for Sony.

Recently my Huawei free-buds didn’t work properly and they sent the device to the service center and replaced to new free-buds as it was a manufacturing defect and it took only 3 days where other stores usually take more than a week.

All representatives are very patient and have the passion to co-operate with customers whenever they inquire about the products they buy.

The store manager (I guess his name is Saheb) is the person you should look out for. He has the best knowledge what a product is.
Plus main thing is they assist in after sales too without any attitude.

One of the worse places to buy your electronics.
I was duped by showing free High end Razer products for 699 on a purchase of an expensive Alienware M15 but they ended up giving me a flimsy razer bunder of 200. And Mr Don and teams's apology kept changing from sorry its already sold.sorry its for something else etc.until i created a ruckus they were not ready to admit their mistake.

Unfortunately i had also purchased an iphone12 pro max and guess what it started over heating in 2 days after simple use. And the response they gave.you have apple care get it replaced by Mr Arshad.

It is a five star deal always and they have the best offers as compared to their competitors. The sales team is passionate about their job and will do everything to get u satisfied with jumbo. Good work.

I went to buy an iPhone 12 mini. Very big and enhanced facilities available in the showroom like Sharaf DG. The staff was very friendly and he said that they have the item in stock, but they won't sell it if I buy only the phone.

The staff insisted me to buy the phone with an Apple Care warranty (costing nearly 535 AED extra) for mandatory. I have told him that I don't need the Apple Care. Then the staff insisted me to buy some accessories for the phone (cables, covers etc.). I have conveyed that I am in need of phone not the accessories. So, the staff was not ready to sell the phone to me.

Then I have move forwarded and met his manager. He told unless I buy the accessories or Apple Care + this phone is not going to be sold to me.

I had to come back without buying it. I had no other choice.

Jumbo electronics generally are good in Dubai but this specific branch incity centre are not good, Staff are not much helpfull. I have to Waite slot for someone to answer my question regarding Samsung phone I was intent to buy.
I wouldn't waste my time in this branch.
The best branch is Jumbo in mall of emirate.

AFTER SALES SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE. No actual solution was provided by the staff but to send it to the service centre where you would have to pay since it was "promo item". Makes me wonder if the freebies were only given since they're defective.not really free as you'd have to pay for it to be serviced.

I came here to try their noice cancelling headphones so I can make a purchase decision sooner. However, the customer service here are so annoying. While I was trying the headphones, he keeps on talking to me and the fact that What I was trying is a “noice Cancelling headphone, of course he must knows the that I wouldn’t hear anything at all and it disgusts me looking at them making fun of me and laughing just because I couldn’t hear any of the words this guy was saying. I felt really insulted in that moment. Shame on this guys really.

I bought last gitex an iphone xr with manufacture defect. The next day i reported it. They will change but until now no availabe stocks. Jumbo hello im calling your attention. You have a poor services. Nobodys updating me. No one answer your phone!

Worst service center I have ever saw.i have a new phone from honor & display was problematic. As I bought in Jumbo.i went to jumbo electronics service center in city centre deira. After 5 min of visual check. They informed in the bill that the mobile is having dents and scratches. We requested for an explanation of dents which was mentioned on the Bill. They cleaned the screen for 5 times and they are informing that this is dent.i asked to mark the dents on the mobile with sketch they informed that we can'tdo that.they are copying and pasting the bills service center billing guys.it's a new phone I don't know how the dent was seen by the service center team.we cleaned and visually & touch inspected the mobile. Remember that this is the main drawback from the Jumbo.think twice while you purchase a gadget from jumbo. Previously I had a good impression on jumbo.but now it is fully discharged.

A very good store to buy mobiles, laptops, accessories, headphones, etc in Deira City Center. And their service is highly appreciable because of my Huawei phone last week was broken, I applied for an insurance claim. I got within 2 days. Thanks for your support.

Worst option for buying electronics, they will say they accept exchange, but on actual they never take anything back, even when returned on next day

Customer service worst, they even comment they will revert back, no response, also the customer service desk at store is useless

Good choice of electronics but I have very bad experience with my broken laptop! I brought to the store and give to the staff to be repaired they told me in 2 days max will be ready, till now pass 6 days the laptop is not yet ready! When I call today to check, the lady on the phone she told me wait one min I'll chek, so I was waiting on the line for 5 min and when she come back on the line she told me " we have costumer in the store we will call u back once when we finish "! This just shocked me! I'll just wait to collect the laptop from there and never go back!

Best place to purchase: the latest versions are there with good offers, furthermore there is a jumbo salama warranty for any physical damage.
