I recently purchased the ASUS ROG G16 2023 from Jumbo Electronics, but I'm disappointed with my experience. Right out of the box, I encountered a noticeable manufacturing defect.
When I reached out to Jumbo Electronics for a replacement due to the defect, their customer support was unresponsive and denied my request, leaving me frustrated.
Given these issues, I find it difficult to recommend purchase from Jumbo to others, especially considering the high price.
I hope that ASUS and Jumbo Electronics take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their quality control and customer support processes.

Was looking for a good zoom lens for my Sony Alpha 6000, but didn't find it here. Was told it's available in the Jumbo showroom in Dubai Mall instead.

Been searching almost a whole day for iphone 11 128gb black color for Finally when we reach jumbo al fahidi branch the sale person automatically said that they do have it without checking the stock. He let us fill up the form and asked us to pay. After that we waited for the unit and to our surprise he was offering us different color. And we end up voiding the transaction we made! Im just hoping next time the staff would be honest enough if they don't have stock. So that our time was not wasted.

I pre ordered Note 10 from your store and with it samsung is giving free 2 years damage warranty worth 499aed and jumbo is charging money for that same warranty which they are not even paying.and when i asked that samsung is giving free 2years damage warranty your staff lied and said no sir its chargeable,
Its a free additional giveaway from samsung which is given to all its note 10 users no matter where they buy the phone from.worst store i came across, jumbo is a international level brand and cheap tricks like this is totally unprofessional and makes it look like a fish market.

Yesterday morning I got a jumbo offer booklet along with newspaper and I noticed an online deal for Samsung M20 for AED 529. Since I require the phone very urgently, I went directly to Jumbo house and asked the sales guys about the offer. I showed the picture of the flyer and it’s mentioned that offers are valid until 3rd august. At that time they showed me a new pamphlet which has mentioned the price for the same as AED 549 (+20 AED). When I asked about this, they told that they are not aware of this and it might be a printing mistake. However I decided to buy the same by paying AED 549 and one sales guy helped me to buy the same online from jumbo store. Upon checking the website, the price has gone to AED 569 and the staff doesn’t have answers for that. Since I don’t have a choice, I paid that and got the device from there. In the flyer it’s mentioned that there is a 10000 mah power bank available and when I asked for the same, they said that it’s not there with this phone. I showed them the flyer mentioned about the freebie and they bought me the same after waiting 15 minutes.

What I understood from this is

1. Jumbo had increased prices from AED 529 to AED 569 based on the demand of the product.
2. Even though they mentioned the offer valid till Aug. 3rd on the first edition of booklet, they are not willing to provide the same throughout the season.

As a customer I am unhappy with all these rigmaroles and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Jumbo for their purchases.
