Worse service ever!
I purchased an iPhone, after one day I returned the iPhone unopened and asked for a refund.
I'm waiting for a month already, send emails to customer services, chat with online customer, called them - but they are always giving evasive answers!

I can't believe that as a customer and as a tourist who doesn't live in Dubai, I have to deal with an unreliable, dishonest network, just thieves and there is no other word to describe it.

SHAME ON YOU JUMBO!

Pathetic service. Trying to order a LG remote. Every time I go they tell me we will call or order for you. Never get a call back or have to chase my self. Different service agents have no clue.

Got some few electonics from this shop. They have some fantastic discounts on some products.

Liars and bad services and repairs, they charged me the first time 800 AED and said they fixed everything on the list i provided.my laptop came back and nothing was fixed i contacted them with my issues and they said they have 3 months warranty on fixing went tot the shop again and they charged me an additional 200 AED.and the problem is still there.do not go there under any circumstances because they can't fix anything and they are a bunch of thieves and liars.

They didn't have a stock for a normal only stock in I phone wich one we pay extra for garntee and staff not cooperative like they don't want sell them products

Had a very good experience from them the staffs were very helpful for discribing the model details and specifications. They really trained to explain about the all products there. Really enjoyed the visit

Great staff, very helpful in suggesting products. They are also registered with tax free planet so you can get a tax refund if you shop over 250 and you’re from a different country.

What a bad experience! I went to buy a phone. They sold me a Samsung S20 and a tempered glass screen protector. I only found out the had sold me an S20 FE which has a bad camera and is bigger in size. So the case and the screen protector which value around 50 USD are smaller than the phone. And I even live in Dubai. So I can't even replace them. Untrained staff trying too sell products they have no clue about.

Worst customer service I've seen in Dubai so far. They think they can outsmart their customer and end up doing what you ask for (which is what they are supposed to do by the policies) after huge scenes and many emails.

Not recommended. Service get poor as soon as the salesperson secures his commission on the item bought. The cashier lets customers wait stupidly while she oranizes her paperwork, something she could do later rather than leaving customers waiting!
Limited stock of products too.

Helpful and knowleagable staff makes all the difference. I have been visiting this store for the last many years. They are consistent in their inventory in as much as they have all the major brands and their sales personnel are not there to make a sale but also guide you through their inventory si as to cater to your specific needs.

Customer Service is owky, but for the 1st time I buy a phone and first purchase from junbo and did not even use for up to 6months and its faulty already.

Had a very bad experience with jumbo moe, my sister got me iPhone 11 from them, since apple store was closed during pandemic, jumbo moe informed her that they are apple for the time being and they provide the same services, in the next few days I discovered the phone had lots if problems, lagging, swixh off by it self, rattling noise when volume is on also volume button loose. When back to jumbo moe hade the most horrific service ever especially when i asked to speak to the manager, whom was very rude and unhelpful, i was told “ we are not apple and we can only send it for a repair for 10 working days and not by apple service people. After arguing he took my mob no and promised to call back but never did till date i told him i will report him to the customer rights protection, he replied “you do that” i also told him i will complain to apple management, again “ he said “thats fine you do that” which i did instantly called apple and made the complained and they were very shocked for jumbo’s attitude

Shop at jumbo at your own risk. Worst customer service and faulty products. Takes weeks to give you product back and tell you there’s nothing wrong with it. Waste your time at the same time. They have not heard of customer service and it’s clear something is seriously wrong there. Will never shop there again. Waste of money

Pay cash only don't use your credit card they will use you card's number then stole your money.

Take my word, trusting what Jumbo sales says, is a big question mark, i bought the master series of OLED from Jumbo the sales team was excellent, they promised me the best of all, so i paid and reached home. Once i received the TV there is no HDMI cable once i called to ask they said it was out of stock and asked to revisit the store, as i reach the store they gave me a normal HDMI, 4K Tv with normal cable all products that they add along are not upto the mark.
Be careful this is what all my friends used to say still i went and got a bash for myself

Location is strategically placed in Dubai mall.giving them the advantage.compare the prices with the other competitors before u buy to get price advantage

I bought the router device from jumbo and the sales person provide me the wrong information, he said it will meet my requirements but unfortunately it doesn’t.
When I ask them to return the item within 24 hrs they said there is 15% deductions

The maximum number of good quality gifts with every product you can only find in Jumbo. The staff is also very supportive and clear your all queries

Nice place to buy phones. Denish is the best seller in the shop: he made good discount and promotion, helped with a choice! I recommend this place to everyone who is searching in Dubai Mall for technic production of different firms.

Jumbo Electronics are the worse! I bought a Samsung tab S5e and they confirmed that Microsoft Office Mobile will be available with it for free and that's exactly why I bought the tab in the first place, for a tab/laptop experience in one device. Once I bought it, I was asked to pay $30/month for the subscription! I visited their stores many times and they said "it should be there by default but if it's not, then it's Samsung fault". After checking with Samsung's local and internatonal Support Team, they both confirmed that the offer was not made from their side and if the reseller (Jumbo) said so then they need to provide it to me. Of course I came back to Jumbo but they didn't take responsibility blaming again Samsung for some updates done from their side once the Tab 6 was released therefore that's why the Microsoft subscrption is not free anymore. Don't buy any of their products, they only want your money and no more help or support!

I have purchased from Jumbo iPhone 11 Pro. The phone has a Japanese spec, which I was never informed before purchase. To refund they request 15% deduction. Be careful with this retailer!

Mixed feelings.
1/ Great service and advices from the staff. Really customer focused team. Helpful.
2/ However, from personal experience, must avoid to deal with those managers sitting in their offices wearing ties: they are arrogant and do not respect customers. Damaging company image and efforts of the sales teams. Pity for the shop.

Very difficult dealing with warranty matters. Never buy anything thinking that they will honour international warranties as Jumbo are appalling at customer service and handling any issues once you have left their shop.

Salesman jumbo Dubai mall very unprofessional in the sense that he was fooling me to buy a defective laptop by convincing me that it was a very good one.

The staff is fine. But the manager is quite foolish. He is pathetic in reasoning, he thinks like a kid. His English is also a mess. You should hire a new manager. I dont advise anyone to go the store, the manager will put you off, spend

Best store to buy electronic items in Dubai. They have very experienced staff to guide you and help you choose the right gadget. They also have wide range of options with great price. Their damage protection plan "jumbo salami" is a fantastic way to keep your product in good shape for long time. I purchased a mirrorless camera from here and I am totally satisfied. Thanks a lot.:)

Bought a tv for Yacht and paid almost 2000 AED. Horrible delivery.waited more than 4 hrs as they promised to call. One of person calling me & asked “ did you deliver product to customer? “ someone over there just sleeping! Very disappointed!
