Bought a phone from jumbo MCC and was assisted by Shakir Khan who was really humble and helpful, and helped me make the right choice.

Very negative experience. They gave me a price to attract me from other stores but the product never arrived. For two days they kept saying it will arrive tomorrow and tomorrow and that tomorrow never came although I went to the store and followed up more than 3 times. ZERO customer service

My experience on jumbo was extremely negative. The salespeople were too busy chatting with each other and had no time to attend to their duties. Moreover, they even made jokes at the expense of customers. It's not just bad, it's the worst thing I could ever imagine!

I purchased a Sony OLED Bravia 65 inch TV from Lulu hypermarket, since Jumbo is the Authorised Service Center for Sony in UAE, the guys from Jumbo came to my house and collected my TV after I reported a defect on its display within the 15days of my purchase. Initially I was assured I would get a replacement for the TV but later was informed that my TV would be repaired due lack of availability of the same model in the Jumbo warehouse. After that I did not receive any update on the status of my TV and me and family have spent 2 weeks without a TV and looks like the entire week of EID holidays will be without a TV Thanks to the poor after purchase service of Jumbo.

After I purchased an item from them they took the product for an hour and asked me to wait to process an invoice.it was horrible service and I strongly advise you not to buy anything online except in cash. Also do bear in mind that they don't offer refund at all.

Umar Subhan was excellent in his customer service skills. I would def recommend speaking to him and he will def sort out your requirements. Jumbo you have an asset in him. Keep up the good work.

Sadly, Jumbo has changed drastically through the years.poor aftersales.bought a phone a year ago and its already broken.sent for repairs more than a month ago.still no one knows what's goin on.never again.

The worst electronics ever made. I dont know from where they get them, even worse is their store supervisor and service team. No response at all.

So I bought a ps5 and it's all good. It was in Ramadan so there was a special promotion of a guaranteed voucher with every purchase. All sounds good. So they didn't send me or gave me the voucher. So I hustlef them and eventually they gave It. That's not the problem. The problem is that they were like yeah sure come collect your voucher of 100 aed. I'm like yay but then when I picked it up its only valid of a minimum spending of 1000 aed like. Iike after all of that hustle I'm like the worst promotion ever

So I got the DJI mini 3 pro drone. And next day came to know that UAE has banned drone for personal use. Only it can be used by commerical companies. So called up customer care multiple time to give it back and I have been told that It can't be returned once the the package is opened. I was even ready to pay 10-15% of it. What will I do with a drone without using it? Spoke to the manager he wasn't helpful at all. He is asking me to get in touch with DJI representative. Why should I go through all this?

Why are you selling drones to common people if it's banned in UAE. Total disgrace. No more Jumbo.

I went to buy an Iphone 14 pro and the staffs attitude was very bad, they are not interested to give further information not even entertaining.may be they are not getting proper benefit from the company. So i chose to buy from other retailer

Good customer service which is only reason why it is not 1 star. They charged me soo much for my computer's repair and I got it back and it still has problems such as computer touchscreen lag. Horrible place, avoid at all cost. EDIT: I just realised they changed screen very poorly, I give 1 star review. Very lagging.

Please don’t trust this brand specially for online orders. Confirmed order, money transferred but cancellation happens without consent. This happens with over 300 customers on 10th September 2022. Approximately 4700 AED taken per customer for Iphone 14 and pro pre orders. All orders got cancelled. Why the orders were taken with full amount if the stock was not available? Clear stance was to collect money only. They don’t have the decency to call the customer or to honor their commitments. Stay away from this brand.

Biggest scammers! They said the warranty covers the item that I had purchased, but they kept giving me excuses to not change it. Never buying from jumbo again!

I am tech enthusiast and i love to review almost every device that comes, i always buy electronics from emax, sharaf dg, huawie store, etisalate store, all these store have my history of purchase sometimes e city, but in very rare occasions from jumbo, i bought a laptop from jumbo that had a screen small crack in bottom of the device which was really hard to see or notice, when i went back to the dealer that i bought from and complained about it, unfortunately the branch manager was un professional at all “he said it to my face i sold the device now it has nothing to do with me even if i take it to the service center they wont do anything as this device has a physical damage” and I been accused for being the person who done it.
I do buy many electronics and gadgets I am even chairman club member in emax they know me well I don’t do such tricks or deceiving people.
I am so sad that i get such a treatment from a great shop such as jumbo, as if they made me feel the moment i bought a device it is not their concern to support me or help me in that regard on top of that they asked me to pay 1250 for a device that is 10 days old from their shop as repair. Which i done no such as physical damage. Just be aware from the branch manager name Mohammed.

There was a promotion for a Samsung S22 ultra burgundy color colour phone.

They informed me that I have to pre-order and while doing that I would get a AED 200/- voucher to purchase any Samsung accessories.
However while redeeming the voucher after one week, despite getting a confirmation over the phone that the burgundy color cover is available, they said there is a list and I have to buy what they are offerring not any accessories.
This is a clear breach of trust and I hate the way they were trying to do business by lying to the client.
First and last time business with JUMBO!

Professional staff. Place is not big, but full with different items. Not crowded when we there around 8: 00 PM. We bought a mobile and their offer was the best when compared with other similar shops around. They just need to give a fresh look to the shop

Staff is very bad they are laying talking just now we buy i phone pro max 13 and same day we transfer mobile data they charge us 50dh after 5 days I go back there to transfer data to my other mobile they ask me 200 dh how its possible that much difference i request you guys don't go there if you go plz try to check other shops also they are really not good

Jumbo electronics, best place to buy, mobile's, laptop's, watches many more, good service, excellent feed back, we love.

Staff mislead me into buying a 4g smartphone instead of 5g, citing 5g would consume alot more data. (in a " matter of fact" tone) My mistake was trusting his statement blindly and I ended up went with his recommendation to go for the 4g model.

Only realised I fell for it and got their slow moving product (which has all colour options. Unlike the 5g which has only 1 colour left) when my husband opened his gift and heard the story what happened in the shop.

Do your research, the staff would just mislead you into what suit THEM best.

This is appalling how sales gave out false information when they suppose to offer assistance to customer. Utterly poor customer service and shopping experience.

I came yesterday and i had a problem with my TV wires, i would like to say BIG THANKS TO MONU, he was super helpful and solved me the problem immediately, also followed it up with me in the wtsapp to make sure everything is working well. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it

Happy with the galaxy note 20 ultra, but the screen protector they installed which i paid for AED 100 plus is now detached as dust.easily penetrates. They showed me a Panzer glass the reason why i agreed. But they installed out of my sight, which I doubt they sincerely installed a legit panzer glass protector. Not sure if thos is covered by warranty.

Good service when u buy. If something is wrong with the product they don’t fix it they don’t have the right technicians and they don’t do exchange and don’t do refunds. If u want Apple buy from the real store (Apple is bad anyway people buy it to show off how much money they have)

Got my Nova 3 damaged (under Jumbo Salam) and they fixed it but another problem arises.body of the mobile had current while charging so gave it back again but they dont even can detect the problem.strange and disappointing.my fear is that electronic chip are very sensitive to changes in current which may damage the whole device. Service time also is long

They lie about my voice on the phone being not clear when it works. They are just trying to avoid support.

Great outlet. Salama extended warranty recommended. Had my phone replaced early since they couldn't fix it. They are responsive on the phone. Thanks to Fatima and her manager. I will be buying things from them only from now on.

Genuine products. Lots of give aways with phones.
However lately their experience staff, for some reasons is replaced with aggressive salespeople. They don't honor their promises.
I purchased Note 10+ on 13 mar 2020. Free ear buds were pending at the time of purchase. The promise was made for a call once available. 8 days passed no call from them and no call receiving also. They don't use to be like this!

Best customer service and mainly due to Jumbo Salama, an insurance package which covers physical as well liquid damage for 2 years, irrespective of whatever happens to your phone they'l repair it free of cost 2 times (i changed my screen twice) or else replace it for just 10% of the cost when you bought it. I loved this coz unfortunately i dropped my phone twice smashing the screen.

100% original products, good customer service and after sales service and EIP on credit cards of several banks.

I would say unethical and unfair approach of doing business: they showed me Samsung A50 made in Vietnam and while I was paying at the counter they diverted my attention by talking about Salama, and changed the Samsung A50 Made In India.

After sales service is just a trap be extremely careful.and i would NOT suggest buying major devices like mobiles from Jumbo at all.carrefour are way better and much more practical

I wanted to rate them higher, but unfortunately fake promises and concealing information from the customer made me rate them as 1 star.

I bought many phones from them, I always took their extra insurance "salamah".

They never told me that if the phone has to be replaced in case it's unrepairable that they would deduct 10% of the phone original value for the first year and 20% for the 2nd year. I understand the policy and it makes sense but this is one thing that made me lose some trust.

The other thing, the staff convinced me to bring in my Mate 9 Pro now because they don't have it in stock and the phone has been long discontinued and that I will be able to get a Mate 20 Pro replacement for sure.

And so I did, only to be shocked that they indeed repaired the phone (which is cool nothing wrong with that) but I got mad at why they worked so hard to convince me then to be disappointed like that just made me walk out to the opposite store and buy the Mate 20 Pro and from now on I will never buy from Jumbo and if I had to I won't opt for their insurance. Because there is no telling what else is hidden.

Stay AWAY!
You will receive plenty of false promises, when the sales persons in the shop will try to sell you the item you are interested in, promises that later on will vanish. Once you decide to buy something they will try to up-sell a completely useless insurance, promising you that with the insurance your item is completely covered against whatever damage and that there will be no discussion in case of a damage but immediate replacement - pfft.the "no discussion" part is the only thing true in that statement, s they will do the exact same thing which they anyway have to do by law in case of a damage that might be covered by warranty - they will send it to the service center.and there will be "no discussion" about that, forget replacement. Better to buy things in one of the online market platforms available here in the UAE, you will get much better prices and also a better service.
