Pathetic response from customer service. We recently bought Beko Dishwasher from Jumbo Galleria mall.
The dishwasher is not working from day one, and customer service is not attending our complain, they are just postponing our request.
They keep on passing the responsibility from one department to another, and no one calls back.

Bought a WiFi router from Jumbo Electronics Dubai Mall for 1,500 DHS. Two months later the device stopped working so I took it back to the store. I was advised that I ll either get the device repaired or replaced within 5 days. It’s been 8 days now and I got 0 updates. Been calling the customer service line since yesterday and all I get is “we will check and revert back”. No one calls me back and when I call again, I get the same response. Terrible service… will never go to Jumbo Electronics again.

One of the wrost customer service. I ordered iphone 15 pro max I have paid alredy. There was showing within 2 days you will get your order and above 200 delivery will be free.now when the customer service associate call me she said you will get your order after 3 week and you have to collect from our head office. They just want to get money from customer.such a irresponsible people

Very frustrating experience dealing Jumbo sales to delivery.
Zero visibility on the order status. I placed Sony TV order in carrefour and wandering for more than 8 days to track my shipment. There is no way with Jumbo Electronics to see where my shipment is.

Customer care says they cannot reach to the logistics directly (only email). Sales person too don’t have option to reach logistics directly (only email). And they are not getting proper status update from Logistics team.

I could clearly see a big gap in the visibility of order to shipment following huge delay in delivery.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Jumbo Electronics, specifically with a purchase made at the Mall of the Emirates on 18th September 2023.

I, Terrance, a loyal customer, acquired an iPhone 13 (256 GB, green) as a special anniversary gift for my wife. Regrettably, my initial encounter with your team member, Aziz, was far from satisfactory. Aziz displayed a lack of attentiveness, frequently used his phone during our interaction, and even uttered the words, "You are killing me, " which was both shocking and unprofessional. This behavior left my family and me feeling ignored and disheartened.

Upon expressing my concerns, I requested to continue the transaction with another agent. Aziz apologized, citing the launch of the iPhone 15 and pre-order demands as the cause of his distraction. However, as a customer, I believe such reasons do not justify the poor service and the use of inappropriate language.

Subsequently, I reported this incident through an online survey provided by Jumbo. The Manager of Mall of the Emirates (whose name I unfortunately forgot but is a male Asian) contacted me, offering a sincere apology and a promise to ensure a more positive experience on my next visit. I appreciate the manager's professionalism and understanding.

On our anniversary day, 7th October, after gifting the iPhone to my wife, we encountered an issue with the screen protector, leading us to discover a small bend on the left side of the phone. Attempting to resolve this, I purchased two additional screen protectors at a cost of 70 AED. Despite seeking assistance from the Mall of the Emirates branch, the manager was unavailable that day.

I was fortunate to meet Assistant Manager Radha, who assured me he would investigate the matter and provide updates the following day. Unfortunately, Radha did not fulfill this promise, necessitating my inquiries. Subsequently, a customer care representative informed me that the exact phone was unavailable and proposed a 128 GB version as an alternative, with a refund for the price difference.

This turn of events is deeply disheartening. I conveyed my preference for the same model or an upgraded version, considering I had not even opened the original phone. Radha eventually contacted me, offering to change the phone and providing a screen protector as a service recovery measure. This compensation falls short of addressing the inconveniences I have faced, including additional expenses.

I am genuinely surprised by the attitude displayed in handling this matter. I request your immediate intervention to replace the phone and ensure a resolution that aligns with the level of customer service expected from Jumbo Electronics.

I recently purchased the ASUS ROG G16 2023 from Jumbo Electronics, but I'm disappointed with my experience. Right out of the box, I encountered a noticeable manufacturing defect.
When I reached out to Jumbo Electronics for a replacement due to the defect, their customer support was unresponsive and denied my request, leaving me frustrated.
Given these issues, I find it difficult to recommend purchase from Jumbo to others, especially considering the high price.
I hope that ASUS and Jumbo Electronics take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their quality control and customer support processes.

The Worst company ever. I dont recommend this company. Call centre are not helpful, its my 1st time to order a product online to them but they delivered an OLD AND DAMAGE item. Its wasted of money and wasting time to communicate as they will tell to go find the nearest shop with you to fix it. SO ANNOYING.

I took my phone Huawei y9s at Jumbo manar mall, Rasalkhima, for front camera repair and keyboard repair on the 2nd of february, these people never called me to give me update about my phone for 3 weeks until i called them, they charged me 750 for repair, not to repair, they asked for my address to deliver the phone and they never did, then i went to pick my phone by my self and they had broken all the back side of my phone including the behind camera, the worst part is the man i didnt even give was brave enough to tell me that, they received my phone like that, i told asked him if i could speak to the manager, he told me no because the manager was in a holiday for two days, then i told him where is the guy i gave my phone for repair, he told me to wait two hours i waited, when the guy came, he told me its the service people who broke my phone, but they will take it back for repair and the manager will call me back after two days, no one called me, after 3days i called them, they told me they would call me the following day two weeks now, no one has ever called. When will i get my phone?

Worst customer experience I’ve had to date. The call Center staff is kind but the management and supervisors think they are above everyone and do not help you in anyway. Jumbo has stolen 2000 aed from me (sending me a broken monitor and refusing to give me a new one). Purchase from microless instead.

Pathetic customer service. Saw their Advt and went to buy a ASUS laptop. NO customer service agent attended and all of them were busy talking to each other. Finally I had to call one and he did not even have the interest to explain the product features. Had to leave the store in disgust. Not the same Jumbo anymore.if this continues the elephant will tumble downhill!

They making customers fool
There is scheme name salama. Under this scheme they saying after purchase if any complaint they will repair free or they will replace until 2 year valid. When I claim salama they repaired my laptop around 6 month
3 times I give them back to service Center
Still not repaired well
I prefer Sharaf dg if you are claim immediately they will replace
Jumbo very bad customer service
Even I paid for salama but not satisfied

I have ordered 2 mobiles on 16/05/2020. It is showing as dispatched on the system from 17/05/2020. The last day I have called the customer service several times. They said like it is out for delivery and It will be delivered on 18/05/2020 or max by 19/05/2020. Today when I called the customer service and they said like it will deliver only by 21/05/2020. All are saying different words. This is really irritating and disgusting. I was ready to go and pick the item from the store after making the purchase online. But the agent informed me that I will be receiving the item within 2 days.

Jumbo service is really very very poor and I won't make any relation with jumbo anymore. I will share my experience everywhere.

The worst experience, being an employee they will destroy your self-respect in an illetrate manner. The company is full of all the sarcastic people. They will take advantage of your needs. If your already an employee get a new job ASAP (Highly recommended).
Don't want to take names. Some people try to be a don in this entity.

Please do not deal with this company or their sales team they will scam you out of your money! I have not gotten what I paid for, not a tracking number, not even a receipt, they have scammed me out of $700 and continuing to ask for more when I havent even recieved my package. What type of business is this? There sales manager Mr Ryan or " John Anyachukwu " I have asked for a Refund of my money and I was told No! Now I'm publicly asking for my money and am willing to take legal action. Where's my Refund? Or Send me what I paid for! IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PLEASE COME FOWARD! Simply this place are cheaters- the way they sell products is commercial fraud! Below is the proof after selling me the product (collected full cash) they decide without any notice to deliver different product from what was agreed. They even amended the receipt they give me - below is the proof and I challenge them to proof it.

The products is good and the sales team, they're kind of good, but the unqualified contact Team they needs an arrangement, Persons who follow the client account where they send offers and to facilitate the queries, customer cells and I have experience, I will not repeat them in the future of your hostile and thank you for nothing.
