Ladies and gentlemen, this place is real heaven on earth. I have never experienced such incredibly perfect hotel with so amazing staff in my whole life.
Nice, friendly and very professional trained staff take care of you during your entire stay and they are ready to fulfill all your wishes even at 2 AM in the morning. The hotel staff doesn't know a word like "no", they will always arrange for you everything you need with smile on their face, whether it is a personal driver, a reservation in a restaurant or private guide around the city.
Hotel interior and rooms are stunning, spacious, modern and clean.
The hotel has several luxurious restaurants where the best chefs cook for you the best food possible. All food is super fresh, excellently seasoned and prepared according your requirements.
The hotel's outdoor pools are surrounded by endlessly beautiful nature in the form of colorful flowers, palm trees and manicured lawn.
Deckchairs with clean towels and free bottles of water are waiting for you on the private hotel beach with a waiter who will come directly to your deckchair. The staff will take care of everything you could need and you can enjoy carefree sunbathing on the Jumeirah beach with the most beautiful view of the luxurious Burj Al Arab hotel.
Without a doubt, Jumeirah Beach Hotel is one of the best hotels worldwide.
I will definitely never forget the stay in this hotel and I can't wait to come back here.

Immer noch ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Service, der Baulärm hält sich in erträglichen Grenzen was die Preise dort leider nicht tun. Auch die Angebote die Executive beinhalten sind etwas kontrovers. Persönlich hat mir die Lobby früher besser gefallen, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, trotzdem werden wir uns für den nächsten Besuch im Februar 2022 leider ein anderes Hotel suchen.

The Hotel is beautiful. The ambience is one of a kind. It is a vacation paradise for families with the super beautiful beach, swimming pools and variety of water sports.

The food is great and the staff are super courteous and helpful. The bed just makes you sleep away and the view is picturesque.

I will definitely return and recommend the hotel to everyone.

Service in the restaurant/ breakfast:

You have to tell the staff mostly twice what you want. They forget nearly everything between order and delivery… This is not equivalent for a hotel of this kind.

I have had the best time of my life. Please do the water sports and visit wild wadi while u are there.

Always amazing staying at a Jumeirah Resort Hotel. However JBH was my least favorite (personal opinion) The swimming pool needs an upgrade just like the other lovely pools at other at Jumeirah Resorts

Been trying to reach room reservations to make some additional bookings, for the past one hour, but no response! Extremely unprofessional and poor service

We are staying at the Jumeirah beach hotel. Everything from start to finish has been excellent. I would like to say our baby got ill in the middle of the night and the on call paramedic NEELA CHOWDRY assisted us. She was an angel sent to us. She made sure our baby was ok assisted us in every way possible, went above and beyond for us. She even checked on us and our baby before she finished her shift. We really cannot thank her enough. We got checked in by Celine who was nice and polite and met all our needs great members of staff thanks to the management.

One of the worst waiters that I have ever encountered during dinner service in The Kitchen, very poor quality service from a specific person and at one point the waiter was lying when he was unsure about something.

Slow at check in again compared with other hotels in Dxb, not the staff but the IT systems being used it seems. Pool and beach is lovely despite the construction going on. Staff are friendly welcoming and on the ball ready to help from the moment we arrived. Half board was a little unclear as 'supplements' apply for most main meals it seems so worth looking into with more consideration before committing to it. Wild Wadi was fun if you don't mind the ques- would be good to see some entertainment/games/interaction/physical challenges maybe in the longest ques to minimise the wait.

Overall the hotel is excellent, the only downside was 24/7 noise from the construction site outside. It's also very expensive, borderline insane pricing.

Very good Hotel, dining outlets and good Staff. They have maintained their standard right from the beginning.

The place is very clean and open for booking for all the nationals.

1. Checkin was a bit slow but all ok.
2. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, all the amenities provided were top notch.
3. Wild wadi access was a plus, plenty of entertainment for kids and adults.
4. Staffs at Naya restaurant were great, especially the manager.
5. Overall, the Guest services were very friendly and helpful.

High end property with a lot to offer. The view is breathtaking overlooking the golf. We dined at one of the restaurant and we had a really good time.

It was awesome experience we could have in the hotel. We had a colleague who worked in the hotel and he took us for a walk around.

A really good brunch afternoon at Beachcombers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The theme is pan-Asian with drinks included, the range of food and seafood was superbly presented and looked amazing. There are different food stations where food is freshly prepared. There is such a variety on offer it's impossible to sample everything, the food I did try was delicious. There was live music playing and the artist Sam Tring was really good, the play set really suited the chilled beachfront setting. Thanks to the waiting staff who were brilliant and kept drinks and water topped up. If you want a good view of the Burj Al Arab this is as close as you will get. A walk along the beach finished off the day perfectly. I would highly recommend the brunch and hear the Sunday roast is also excellent. I will definitely return for the pan-Asian brunch. A perfect weekend or holiday treat.

It's a family friendly hotel. Their customer service exceeds our expectations, it's highly recommended. The food presentations in Latitude restaurant were definitely awesome and even deliciously prepared.

After a great renovation, definitely a recommendation for your stay in Dubai. Central, near to beaches, very friendly staff + a great bar.
