Small, economical and delicious restaurant. The portions are generous and the juices excellent.

Best fish and chips in town! There are no crispier french fries. There is no place we like more than this little restaurant. Best value for money, friendly and fast.

This star for food. For the staff behaviour I will give zero.there is one staff one Mr Mansoor arguments with us. They are busy always with mobile.

My favourite for a cup of karak on the way home after tiring day at work. Staff is superb 10 stars for them

Best place to have dinner in Jumeria. But some of the waiter keeps staring and gossiping with eachother looking at my friend. Need to have manners

Their food taste is okay, but they need to work on their customer service. Their staff don't take feedback of customer. If we as a customer asks to make our order like this and that, they says we know we make like this, but when they bring food it's never like we ask. Another thing they don't bring tissue paper with order, their waters never come to ask if customer needs something else or not. Even if you call them they don't listen properly.
You guys need to work on your customer service.

Good food with economic pay.good service and friendly staffs.this shop is located in a place where there is not many convenient and economical food stops nearby.they have both indoor and outdoor seating areas.they serve both quick bites like burgers shawarma sandwiches etc and Chinese food like fried rice noodles etc and Indian foods like Biryani etc

Spicy chicken shawarma is outstanding, but some staff will Make you to stop going this shop again for your future shawarma.

Note: managment please ask your guyzz to stop ignoring customers who do not have luxury cars.

Am writing this my personal experience.

One of the bad experience some of the staff dnt even know how ro handle ther regular customers.
From past 2 years i have been going there on every othere day and give them business 70-80aed
Order 4 shawarma and shawarma plate got 3 pack of pickle whn u ask for more u get answer olrdy give u 3 how many u want more we give and the way he spoke really bad.
Not gona go again there

Jumeira Falcon Cafeteria is one of the place where im always going to eat some specific food they got best fried rice and best grilled chicken.you got fully satisfied with quality of food service and prices.amazing

Shawrma no taste. Just like Indian shawrma. The grilled chicken is no taste at all
The food is super ugly and I didn't enjoy it and throw half of it to cats

Bad service. The bill was forced fully charged 40.00 when i asked from cashier why should i pay 10. Fills extra then he said you have to pay cash 40. Or else u will be charged 40.00aed by card. Service was not good. Attitude was sooo high don’t know why. And cashier service was not good this is not the way to charge a guest extra money without any reason and showing a bad attitude.

I love shwarma Only. Best spicy Shwarma in evening. But it Finish early. Bcuz every1 Loves it. Thats y the sale of spicy shwarma is Fast.

Cool Restaurant, with Delicious foods, i love their Shawarma, its amazing, youll get free parking fecility if youre a customer, and its near by Jumeirah Mosque, Very near to Iranian Hospital

Very poor service and don't understand the customer needs. No customer service at all, language issue also is a big problem

I am a regular customer for your cafeteria and basically i love chicken biryani from here. I order it by calling your landline. I ordered my biryani for a lunch and I'm shocked to find a cockroache inside my biryani. Is this how your kitchen is filthy and full of insect. I request to food and health authorities department to inspect their kitchen. I have photos and videos to prove it. Your staff returned my aed 14 and took that food with him. So Disgusting i still feel like vomiting. Guys please be careful.
