Had an incredible experience celebrating my son's 10th birthday at Jump Boxx in Mirdif yesterday! A huge shoutout to Mr. Michael, the amazing coach and instructor, who went above and beyond to ensure the kids had a blast playing and jumping. His effort in guiding them, leading the birthday song, and helping with the cake was truly fantastic. Special thanks to the welcoming reception staff and planners who organized everything flawlessly. The setup, food, and friendly atmosphere surprised everyone at the party. Highly recommend Jump Boxx for a memorable celebration!

Ms Janette is an amazing party host. She took care of minute possible details and also took care of the well-being of children. We had a super fantastic time. Thanks!

What a fantastic experience it was to plan my daughter's birthday at Jump boxx! Everything was so well organised, the hosts were so kind and friendly, and the kids had a blast! The decoration was exactly what I asked for, and what I loved was how each meal was labelled with the child's name! Each child got exactly what they ordered! Also, the place was not too loud or overstimulating and everyone enjoyed a good time! Thank you to the team for ensuring such a beautiful birthday party!

It was amazing experience I choose them for my son birthday everything was amazing team. Cleaning is best, play area for kids nice, cafeteria food yummy. Me, my kids, my guest everyone was happy.

Kessy is fantastic and very helpful. He guided me in every step, and made my daughter’s party very memorable. Everything was perfect and every single one enjoyed the day to the fullest.

Mike is amazing as well, he was the assigned host for our part and did a great job. The kids enjoyed the games and had a blast.

Fun place to take your children to. Party area also available to arrange birthdays. Well organised and nice staff. Ample free parking in the basement of the Uptown Mirdiff mall.

I would like to share my experience with Jump Box where I celebrated my kid's birthday, honestly it was the best service ever, I have celebrated in many places before but Jump box is the best! The staff are amazing and Janet who was with our kids is really amazing and professional! Thanks a lot for making my kids birthday unforgettable?

It was well organized and great fun for kids. The host and staff were leaving the parents worry free in terms of setting everything from the beginning till the end. They even take care of the gifts and baggage up to our car. Since it's pur second time I suggest more ideas during the birthday celebration ceremony itself.

Jump Boxx is amazing I had done a birthday in Jump Boxx. It's really fun especially the trampoline Park. They also helped setting up and kids had made slime and had done face paint. Everyone was happy. Thank you Jump Boxx ️️️?

Really nice small trampoline park for kids to enjoy.went there A LOT and it’s definitely affordable prices.

We currently had a birthday party in the vip room, it was an forgettable experience to my kids and I. The staff was very friendly and accommodating KC and Jennet Thanks so much for everything.

Terrible customer service and staff's behavior is rude.

Don't understand why they have to allow adults to play dodge ball games along with kids. One competetive adult was using all his brute power to shoot the ball aiming at the kids and he hit two of them (one of them was my daughter's face and another teenage boy couldnt stop crying afterwards!) but the staff stood there taking no action. When I complained abt him, i was only rudely told that its not under their control and they cant do anything. I mean it's you moderating the game after all so who is going to take the responsibility when a kids gets seriously injured by an adult?

Have taken kids to other trampoline parks many times but never seen such poor management.

We hosted our son's birthday party at Jump Boxx. After reviewing so many trampoline parks (some really famous ones) we found Jump Boxx to be the best! We were greeted by a very charming, enthusiastic Kelechi (KC) who explained the different party packages and inclusions. He followed up with the meal preferences and party preps - very professional! He made sure the decorations were as per the party boy's choice. On the day, they were well prepared and Lyn as the party host was just amazing! She made the party fun and entertaining and was very cautious with the kids. My son had an amazing birthday experience, his friends had lot of fun.even the parents loved the place especially that we could oversee the park from the party room!
I cannot thank the Jump Boxx team enough for this memorable experience! Note to the management - your crew Kelechi and Lyn display the fun spirit and enthusiasm genuinely - you should be very proud of them!
The only feedback I would offer is - the quality of food, can be much better!

Located in a quite vegas esque shopping arena, easy access from basement parking though. Huge place with attentive staff, reasonable pricing for 2 hours, attraction mainly is the trampoline though. Birthday party looked massive, I have to be honest. Good dining choice/area, rusty old lockers, cleaning and sanitization satisfactory but age of some equimpment needs attention.

Best deal on Tuesday. 29aed for an hour, other days 79aed per hour. Attendees pay 19aed per person which can be redeemed at the cafeteria located inside. An hour of play should be sufficient for toddlers. Had a nice experience, washroom and dining tables were clean.

My daughter had her birthday there and she had so much fun the employees are so kind and welcoming and the games were so fun.

Great place for kids, my kids have been enjoying this place for years and years, really polite team and supportive members. Safety is their first priority, sometimes it’s irritating for many people but they don’t compromise on kid’s safety and security.

Unfortunately it's crowded with kids, staff are not so kind, customer service is not good.maybe because my bad luck visit the place on Saturday. But it's bad experience.

Jump box is a great and fantastic place even during COVID -19 it is a great place especially in the summer where it is hot and we have got to stay active adults are also allowed in all areas the reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars is because the place for a birthday party is not the best idea since there was around 60% of the staff not so cheerful to get the kids all excited and there was 40% of the satay being cheerful all in all it is an amazing place to go check out but not for birthday party

Fun place for the children but really annoyed each time they force you to buy their own socks. How good is this for the planet? Especially when you bring perfectly good grippy socks. Absolute rip off too. Manager not very pleasant at all and staff at the gate not very welcoming either. Not suprised people prefer to go to bounce….

I celebrated my daughter birthday this month at Jumpboxx and everything was organized well by very nice staff. The kids severed food was good the kids loved it. In general it’s a good place for play and birthday parties. My only suggestion is to open a small corner for specialize coffee like Starbucks or costa will be really great for parents over there.

This is the worst place you can send your kids in UAE, the management at all not qualified and they only looking to the money without even any understanding of the customer requirements

Kids enjoyed a lot, during summer this is the best place to drain their energy in cooled covered places. Some games were closed cause of corona but still they jumped and sweat.

Not a safe place for my kids they didn't finish the time, the management allow kids to leave aged from 10 to 2.5 years alone. They even asked them to leave alone. Totally, unprofessional and not safe.

Place is nice, clean and has a soft play area.for the younger ones. 1hr is 79aed for a child to jump but they will only accept their own branded socks even if you brought better quality ones so you will have to buy new onee. They also charge adults to sit in the cafe: not great.

Soft playing for 5 yrs and below for 39
Jumping and basketball for 69 /hr

What I don't like is that you must pay from them the socks for 13 dhs to enter

Entry doesn't include grip socks so you have to buy them separately. And these socks has to be from them, you cant use any other ones if you already have one.
You have to pay for adult entry that can be redeemed at cafe.
Place is nice. Keep on checking their social media for special offers because they run alot of offers.

The location itself is quite remote for regular city dwellers. But in this heat, I needed an indoor activity for the children. The soft play area for the babies/toddlers is a lot like any Magic Planet play area, perhaps less engaging. For the same price, I would've taken her there instead, and so much more accessible. The grown ups area was boring. Most of the features were closed down (due to distancing protocol) andy 9-year d got bored bouncing in one area consistently. The snacks are over priced, as they tend to be in these places. But because it is part of an outdoor mall, the kids can run around a bit before and after and other meal options are available.

Bought voucher from Groupon, it's mentioned nowhere that 80%of their area is closed, and you buy socks and additional for parents entry until the gate and so on, just marked 1star coz I have to mark otherwise

Boring, for kids 6 years old.
They forced me to buy their branded socks while we have exactly the same socks but from different brand, while the whole meaning of the socks is the safety of our kids, not to make more profit for them.
Staff are not helpful.
There was only 1 staff handling the 2 jumping areas.
In general its waste of money.

This is a very safe and fun Indoor play area for mommies, daddies and kiddies to enjoy all day jumping, playing and bouncing

@jumpboxxuae has a huge soft play area for kids which is safe and mommies can also chill out at the cafe inside while leaving children with the friendly team member

Very bad, NOT RECOMMENDED! First they force you to buy their own socks even if u have another socks with grip and the price is over rated comparing to the other places i mean its only socks! Second they force you to pay as an attender just to sit in the cafe! Third their rules are so strict, no high jumps no flips, some areas are closed like the foam! Fourth if the kids sit aside to rest the instructor inside screams at them and tell them not to sit! Fifth the place is divided into age groups 3-5 / 5-10 / 10-16 which is not cool if i have 2 kids and the only age difference is 1 year they can't play together! Its a joy killer place, other jumping places are WAY BETTER AND MORE FUN!

Great place. Fun atmosphere. They are very good with children and the manager Lassad is very kind and knowledgeable. He and his staff were always present and cleaning continually checking on the kids.

Kids had a good time. However it's not fully functional. Some areas are closed as a precautionary measure due to Covid 19.

لا انصح بزيارة المكان كإدارة وتعامل سيء والأسعار غالية خصوصا الجوارب بيرغموك تشتري من عندهم حتى لو عندك جوارب بنفس المواصفات ولكن ليست من عندهم كذلك بيفرضو 19 درهم على الأهالي مع انهم لايدخلوا منطقة اللعب ولا يشاهدون الأطفال وهم يلعبون وبيقلك اصرفها من الكافتيريا عندهم وهي غالية والجودة سيئة سواء القهوة او البوبكورن او او كلشي سيء
وتعامل الموظفين مع الأطفال غير جيد ابدا ابدا

A great place for kids, lots of space, service is good and there cafe offer a range of drinks and foods

Cool place if you a group of friends that wants to have fun after a heavy Iftar! Loved the atmosphere and the staff very professional and polite! Clean and comfortable place!

All activities are trampoline based like basket ball, volleyball, free jumping g on trampoline etc.good place for a bday party.they have a separate place for party, cake myst be brought from outside, rest of food I think they provide in the package.wearing socks is a must or we have to buy from there, small cafe there for people to wait with things like cupcakes, juices, sandwiches etc

We organized a party for our little one at jumbox on the 18th of may. They had an offer of 20% off on all birthday packages from 16th – 18th may (can see the offer on their face book page). While we were trying to understand why we were not eligible for the offer we had the unfortunate experience of meeting Mr. Lassad Benzid the operations manager at jumbox.

He came to meet us at our table and I politely asked him his name to which he pointed at his badge. I looked at his badge read out his name and said why don’t you have a seat Lassad. He very curtly replied no I will stand. My alarm bells went off. On asking him why we were not eligible for the discount on the offer he said “I personally typed out this message and it clearly says only for bookings made on these dates only. I could see this was going to be a heated conversation with his body language not looking friendly at all. I replied saying it doesn’t say bookings please read it again. To this he took out his phone scrolled through it for a couple of seconds and and then looked at me slammed his hands on the table and said you owe us Aed 466. Pay this amount. The conversation did not go well from there. My wife tried to get in a word and he shut her off completely. I told him you are rude and disrespectful. He was very insulting and intimidating with the way he presented himself as the face of jumpboxx. We paid close to 5k at jumpboxx for our little ones birthday party and left insulted and emotionally and mentally harassed. He literally had us, our family and friends thrown out after we made the payment.

The head mangement finally decided to put a price on our pride by offering two hours of jumping for my daughter and friends as compensation which is laughable

But the what else can u expect form a company where the operations manager reviews the company that he is working for with a five star rating. It questions the integrity of the man and the company as well for allowing him to do it.

Never going there again and will make sure neither will family nor friends from 36 years of networking in the United Arab Emirates

We live in the area and I have a very energetic son who loves it here and is always bugging either me or his father to bring him for a 2-hour Jump. The staff are friendly and efficient on check in and they often have special offers. My only comment would be that in the jumping area itself the staff are not as vigilant at monitoring the play which can sometimes get a bit rough. Not the fault of the team, it’s only natural and they can’t have eyes everywhere, but we’ve had torn t-shirts and other tales of arguing. But it hasn’t stopped my son from wanting to keep coming back!

A good place to take your kids for a nice old fashion Trampoline. The ambiance and the place is well maintained. The staff was very friendly.

WORST PLACE EVER DONT EVER GO! Hands down to the rudest & worset staff, they dont allow you to do ANYTHING! Everything is phorbited.today the place was empty, not more than 5 jumpers, and yet the staff doesnt not allow us to enjoy our time, were very rude and treated us in a very bad way.i hate this place never coming again.

Helloo, As normal my both sons like to go and play with Jump Box trampoline, few days back i have received SMS about promotion for 29 Dhs Per Hour! So i went over there with my friends also they brought their kids to play over there, we have really shocked for the big mess that we have seen which is never happened before in place like this place! Lot of ques standing and waiting their turns to come in and inside also so many ques and huge counts of people, in this case the counters should not accept more and more people and the aims only how to earn more money with fully careless and neglects for the safety inductions! We have paid two hours for each child but staid only 10 Minutes not more.so this is a very bad notification about this place.really we have changed our vision and opinion about JUMP BOX.kindly advice.

Very bad place the manager on duty during the morning time on May. 10.2019 is a very bad person you should get rid of him or teach him how to speak and treat customers. Never coming back again with my 3 kids

My kids (9&7) really enjoyed an hour here.the staff and polite, the place is clean and the price is reasonable.

The place was amazing and very fun. They were organized, fair, polite, and very reasonable. The prices are also pretty fair to me and they have events on some days of the week that are quiet enjoyable.

In a city that offers loads of entertainment for kids they should show more consideration for their customers. I understand every place has their own rules but fix your customer service in order to get better business. Won’t be taking my kids here anytime soon
