It’s good brand but staff behavior is very bad, I had experience 1st time in bur dubai branch and before our friends also complained but I never trust

Really so disappointed… topically Pakistani style when it’s busy time they take advantage… I went to buy clothes and felt like I am begging them … NO TRY ROOM what is this? …I bought 3 suits 2 for me and one for my Kid… really so disappointed I paid AED 205 for one shalwar Kameez and after very first wash it’s like mess… I will share the pic as well… Worst Custmer Service…. I normally try to avoid bad reviews but this time I have been forced to give this review…. I would like to mention this review is about Bur Dubai J. Store

The place was too much crowded due to Eid coming nearby. Beautifully crafted Ready Made Clothes in a Reasonable price were available.

Good brand and mass variety with terrible service can't expect from Top brand at Bur Dubai They even show aggression to customers if you ask anything by mistake. Eid shopping worse experience.

Though they did'nt have a large collection of Kurtas at my time of visit, but still came out buying two 2 Kurtas. Thanks to the staff (Mr. Waqas) for the customer service. Appreciate it.

Very Good Quality Clothes But Zero Management. Regular visitor last 8 years but still the same issue no AC on male section and sales persons are not friendly. Both in Sharjah and Dubai.

The place is quite congested and no social distancing is maintained. They should change the location or open the shop in some mall.

Just came to exchnage the suit becuse of size.still they had 15mins to close the shop becuse of Ramdan their break start from 6 to 8 for iftar that's too much to long becuse of eid few people came from ajman so they have to wait for 2hours to exchange something or buy.everyone was requesting them for 15mins and staff and manger behavior was like they r giving us clothes free. Very bad experience and make me sad that how they r running business and spoiling late junid sbs name.

JJ as I call it is my all time favourite for men's kurtas. I love it when my hubby sports JJs. The intricate single strand thread work is outstanding. Each is a designer n exclusive piece. No repeats here at all. The colours are so soothing n novel.a shade card can be created with the display. Not to forget their perfume range.all non alcoholic n lingering.do drop in b4 Eid.n finish ur Eid wardrobe.pastels for the Eid ki namaz n bold n festive for the dinner dates. Buy their salwars too along with the kurtas.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Went in to buy dress for my 1year old daughter upon asking the staff to show us children section, one of d staff rudely spoke to us and said we don’t have anything for less than 2year old. Ignoring him, I still decided to search for it and found a dress which would fit but when I again asked him if they could alter a bit from side which they normally do he replied back impolitely I said we don’t have anything for such small kids and won’t do any alterations for same as if I went in to buy for free and won’t pay him. And I even found a full suit hanging on rack for a 3 month old baby. Wonder why such attitude

Visited first time today at J. The stuff is good but a bit expensive comparatively. During Eid additional staff and stock both are needed considering the only branch in DXB.

Very un professional staff, a encouragement training/ CRM must for the staff. Not much Variety, highly priced.
Visited to buy 3 to 4 Kurt's end up with buying only one because the rude behaviour of the staff.

Quite a reasobaly place and size of the shop and location in Deira. The staff was courteous. Over priced i must say as compared to Pakistan but getting same j dot here is good enough.

Need a encouragement training for staff to be manageable in COVID situation. Variety is ok. Stock check to keep updated designs is required else may put an offer on purchase is preferable option, covering the expenses by selling at high retail price is not good option. That may cause bit of discouragement on customer side to visit again.

Its good to see traditional clothing. Latest collection is always available. I personally love their perfumes. Products are quite expensive here in dubai as compare to Pakistan.

They have started stiching as well.

Its a nice place to do shopping.try to keep some decent colors in male section, mostly of them are teenagers and red green and yellow type of colors are there.don’t make its an occasional shopping spot.

Pakistan dress chain having stiched or un-stiched clothes. For women, men and kids different size dresses present in large number. Quality of dress very good and highly recommended.

This is the best place for traditional dresses! Go for a variety of mens, ladies n kids dresses!

This is a must visit outlet even if we are transiting through Dubai for 8 -10 hours. Love the convenient location, selection of clothes and overall ambiance. Prices are above average for sure but that’s ok for quality stuffs. Waiting for our next trip to Dubai.

Good clothes but overpriced.
I've been to their Sharjah and Bur Dubai stores and both have clealiness issue.they should keep someone for dusting and moping if staff can't do it themselves.

Moved to a different location recently, not very friendly prices the collection isn't very good, there are better places for better prices

I always do my eid shopping at JJ. Today I did same. Prices are bit more but you pay for you like so no complaints but a weird thing happened which I did not like but called and informed them over phone. The guy who came out of room behind the counter. And he was cleaning his mouth and face. As soon as I said to guy behind counter that I want these 3 suits this other guy start folding my suit but actually he wiped out his hands with my suit. I spotted him and stopped him. I told him I don’t want you to take them up and fold because I wanted to tell the other guy what he just did. But I felt I am angry and it may not come out in good words so I just said nothing just fold them here. Later on I called after 5 minutes and told him what I don’t like. Customers should pay attention so they unskilled workers can be trained properly. I am putting this here so I have done my part in a good way.

Customer service was lacking. Sales guy didn't seem to want to show products willingly. Disappointed considering the high quality of goods JJ offers.
