Visited recently & met the Dr. Usha after waiting more then 1hr from appointment time.her behavior was bit rude. Her consultation charge was 150 but she charged extra 150+250 for scanning. (Where almost all other doctors don’t charge extra amount) and I purchased the medicine prescribed by in their pharmacy for AED 50 & later I found the same medicine in other pharmacy at 20 only. They charged me 150% more compare to other pharmacy.

Do not recommend at all, for Homoeo consolation fees itself is AED 200/- which other all clinics charges 100 or less. Jupiter provide medicines from their pharmacy only which is also very expensive. Over all not worth to go

General Doctor Kiran is good in all ways.
He is humble and friendly.
He prescribes medicine which works super fast and mainly all covered in insurance.

To the management of this Clinic, please inform all your staff to be responsive to the calls and emails! They're just ignoring all the calls and emails!

We visited this clinic today with my younger son 4.5 years old with severe fever. We had very bad experience from the nurses and clinic. When we checked the temp his temp was 38 deg and waiting to meet doctor there for more than an hour after we met doctor he prescribed the medicine. During that time my kid started shivering and we asked the nurse to give him a first aid some adol or suppository to keep his temp down. But they replied they are not keeping any medicine there. So if you are visiting, keep first aid with you ;). When I went the pharmacy next door and there was a huge quote for approvals. Better avoid visiting this clinic if you are sick and looking for better treatment. Worst Clinic for ever.

Dr Shameera is the best GP at Jupiter polyclinic. Very experienced knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommed her if you are visiting the clinic.
Additionally the staff is very accommodating and super helpful

No one picks the phone, they act as an supermarket with no value to patients' idea if the management team looks after the complaints being posted, as there has been no improvements.

One of the worst clinic ever, if you care for yourself or family never visit this place, pathetic service they treat you as if they are paying for the treatment. GP named Ganga something he is a joke. I really doubt even if they are qualified, overall worst place to visit, looks like a nursery all together.stay away from this place and visit better ones. The philipino at the reception treats you with attitude like she owns the place and taking care of all your expenses. Really disappointed with such clinics who don't bother about their patients

I have visited the clinic on 26.03.2022 for my wife. She was very sick due to fever and throat infection. In their initial check-up, temperature only 36.6 degree and we have consulted GP.she was told that my wife was not sick and instruct to take one day rest. Immediately we have consulted another clinic and they found temperature of 38 degree. Above shows that basic equipment have no quality and staffs don't have any care about patient life.

Not recommended. They never pick the calls. Their Website timings & Staff timing is different.when we reach the clinic before 1 hr, they did not consult even a serious patient.

Very slow service. I have been visiting Jupiter clinic for many years since they are the nearest medical center from my house. They never pick the phone and the reception takes FOREVER to do the work and the waiting time is just forever because of that.

I went for check up last Saturday due to bad colds and cough. I got tonsillitis and was asked for Lab Test, CBC. Doc even had second thoughts if she should give antibiotic even the fact that i told her it's been a week already that I was having cough. She said she wanted to check CBC result to know if something is going high or low. I waited for a call the next day to know the result. No one has called till I have to call them myself this morning. Apparently, as the doctor was saying, "patient should only call them for follow up and they don't have a system as such that they will call the patient about lab test results. What if the Lab test result is not good? What if the patient needs urgent treatment as per the result? Aren't they responsible to check with their patient?

Very much disappointed. I reached the place by 8.32. They said that they can't take patients anymore. I am.having a bad cold I requested several times but they kept saying its closed. Please note the clinic don't take patients after 8.30. So please change your timings show here

Friendly & experienced doctors and staffs.

There is one experienced Gynecologist named Meera Velayudhan. While we consult her, we may feel that she is an unkind person. But it is only her character; as a doctor, she is an expert and experienced.

One of my friend wife consulted her before, because of her character they change the clinic. But they realize her expertise after one and half years.
In the first period of consultation, doctor told to them; she may have a Cyst. As they change the clinic, they didnt take it as serious and they did different treatments to get pregnant in various clinics in Dubai and only one doctor reach the point (after 1.5 years) which the same Dr. Meera told to them before; and that doctor was in their Home Country.

Dr. Najum is also a good and friendly doctor.

My daughter was suffering with breathing trouble. And Alopathic doctor said it’s Asthma and need to go with spray for life long. We were very upset and one of our friends Dr. Neethu as alternative medicine. I was totally against Homeopathy medicine. It was my wife who wanted to try. We found difficulties in first few days. But we tried and thanks to doctor Neethu and God. It’s been last 6 years she never had any attack of Asthama.
She treated thyroid related issues of my wife.
I have referred many of my friends and relatives. They all are very much happy. Hence would like to refer Dr.neethu for Homeo in Jupitor.
All the admin staffs are very supportive too.

Visited the clinic a few days back. A spacious clinic and very less waiting time when compared to other clinics. The doctors are very friendly and caring. We met Dr. Sameera (GP) and the ENT specialist.

Good doctors. Spacious. Excellent staff n caring nurses. Have been consulting the docs here for 5 years.

Worst experience ever!
the reception area has the worst service ever the fact that they aren't giving the lab test results upon you're registration then when you're with the doctor and they would ask for the results you have to go back to line in the reception to ask for the results and again yoi have to wait when you can see the doctor who wouldn't even try to check the records they have and would just talk and talk to someone on their mobiles while they have a patient! Worst clinic ever.they will alsontell that they called to inform that the tests was not approved by the insurance and yet i didn't received any calls or notification on my mail.i wouldn't refer this to anyone i know and won't come back for any consultation again.
