The wait is too long. Place is small and crowded. I took an appointment for Dr. Which was a night mare as she is available either morning or afternoon only. Morning only 3 hrs for 9 to 12. They need to invest in a good full time Dr. She is not working on Friday and Sunday I think

After taking an appointment for 5 of finally trying over a week. I waited in line to be handed a token of 3 people ahead of me. I fail to understand if I have an appointment at 5 and Dr.has come while I m in line and starts at 5.00 so why did I need to take an appointment?

Ofcourse I left they called me at 6.30. Really did u expect me to sit for a 5 o clock appt till 6.30?

Recently consulted with Dr Balaji and it was nice experience and love the way he treating patience, specially he will not advise you to take unnecessary medication like other clinics do in Dubai.and charge are minimal when compared to market.
Management should focus little bit in customer care, reception and enquiry dept should be customer friendly.

Came due good reference on doctors.

However such irresponsible receptionists, doesn't care anything.

We had same worst experience 2nd time

Dont ever go to this Clinic and lose your life. Doctors and staff here are very unprofessional. My brother did a dental surgery and after two months he had a infection because they did the operation in wrong way.when we call them they skipped our calls they said they are not responsible for the operation and they stopped us from meeting the doctor. Please dont go to this clinic unless you want to die

Had very bad experience with clinic, went to consult Dr Grace, pediatrician d they will not value your time and physical condition.

Dr. Grace, Pediatrician is a humble soul who interacted very kindly with my daughter. She is a very patient listener and provides clear advice in terms of medication and general remedies.

The clinic is on the 2nd floor of the building and you can find parking spaces around it.

The reception staff could be a bit more professional which could be an area to improve.
Their pharmacy doesn't cover insurance medications but was informed that it will be set up soon.

Will visit again surely.

Brought our 3 month old baby girl here, and must say this clinic is very warm and very friendly. Dr Grace is an amazing and experienced professional who cares for the babies genuinely. Thank you! Will keep coming here in the future.

Dr balaji GP is one of the best GP i met in dubai, he is young but know how to treat patient's, specially he will not forced u take unnecessary medication instead he will guide u how can u treat your self with good and right food habits

Doctors, treatment, nurses everything is good. But the receptionists are worst they not even pick the call. I have called them more than 30 times and fed-up with their services. Better they can remove the telephone from their clinic

Dr Grace in Pediatric department does an excellent job and her approch to the children are well appreciated. We feel so good and satisfied meeting her each time. The attitude of the staff are also commendable.

Very good clinic. Nice atmosphere. Staff is cooperative. Dr. Farha spends more than 20 min on every patient and thoroughly examines and explains. Also guides the patients on diet as well.

Very irresponsible hospital.i was sitting with an endocrinologist in another hospital when the doc asked for my daughter previous medical report, I called Jupiter for the same as I used to go there previously. I must have called around 5 times in one hr and the reception didn't even care to give them to me.they kept telling they will call back but no one did.

I got an excellent service from them, and the cosy behaviour of the staffs is also highly appreciable.

Had an unprofessional experience with the clinic in Qusais. Went to consult the homeopathy doctor today evening at 5: 30 pm. Before leaving had called the clinic to confirm the availability of the doctor and they confirmed that the doctor would be available from 5: 30-8 pm. Reached the clinic and also received the token from the reception. After waiting for half an hour only when I enquired with the receptionist she called the doctor and let us know that the doctor was unwell and wouldn’t be available for consultation. Very poor customer service and unprofessional attitude by the doctor as well as the front office staff. This will be my first and last visit to this clinic.

I only came to this tiny shady looking polyclinci cause they said my insurance will be accepted.but after consultation they said it will not be accepted and charged me in full.waste of money and doctor seemed unknowledgable about teh issue
