Dr George is my dr would say more than 2 decades and a family friend too. To ably assist there Is Navya and they make a good team. Always a doctor who is so well experienced in the area is a blessing and to support Navya - it's a relief to the expatriate community. In this busy world the efforts they take to see that we don't have to wait, follow up calls and frequent warnings when some parameters go up - gives a level of comfort. Jupiter management is blessed to have them on board
Poor customer communication, time is precious for us here, they giving us wrong information when we called they said all covered by the insurance then now theyre telling its not covered and the doctor is on day off.
WORST TELEPHONE OPERATOR & RECEPTIONIST! NO WONDER THE SERVICES ARE POOR AND SLOW. WE BOOKED 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ANY DELAY IN MY MEDICAL AND ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT THEY TOLD THAT THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSED/CUT OFF EVEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT… THAT MEDICAL IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THEY JUST REJECTED WITHOUT CHECKING THEIR SYSTEM. Soon DHA will teach you the procedure and etiquette. Be Ready!
Very poor services. I called the reception and the way they talk to you is not welcoming at all. Getting approvals for x-ray takes a thousand days with no one directing you on what to do or where to go. They are taking their sweet time knowing doctors live exactly when their time is up and to get a specific doctor will mean waiting. I came to see the bone doctor early morning but was made to wait until 5.30. There's no customer service at all.

Not happy with our recent experience with the ENT specialist. He couldn't cure an ear pain problem even after 10 days. Further he didn't talk fluently with us, you need to ask 10 questions to him to get one answer. Please engage with quality professionals.
Overall, the service is good, but the charges for nebulization are too high at DHS 100 per sitting. I request an update to a more reasonable cost for nebulization.
People who’s incharge for making appointment is not paying attention. You will not get a quick response for them. Upon visiting the clinic staffs are not welcoming like they doesn’t care, even to do simple greeting. I have met one OB doctor which having arrogant behavior. Seeing the patient in a bad condition as a doctor you should make her feel relax, not to insult her nor to make her more feel bad with her situation. Worst clinic
I was seeing Dr Priya throughout first 7 months of my pregnancy and the overall experience there was too satisfactory including staff behavior, efficiency and doctor's kindness. Doctor Priya was always so friendly and explained each and everything so well knowing the we are first time parents. Highly recommend for OP. The only thing that needs improvement is washroom cleanliness. The place is easily accessible through metro and limited car parking inside the premises is also available if you go by car.
Worst Service, they are least bothered to send the reports to the patient. Till reports are not come they wont start medication. Till 3 days my friend was in high fever and they were just disconnecting the call and asked her to come hospital for email update and this that update in that situation too.
More worst are the people over phone, they take their own time laugh pass comments then reply, i told her to share the reports ASAP she was like how can i send now i have my personal work i will send when i am free.
After the Patient dies you will send reports or what? Firstly the calling team support should be active rather than laughing on someone's condition
Hi, Everyone, I was reading all the below comments, I wondered because I had very good experiences, for my pregnancy time, Dr Anita mam treated me very professionally and carefully. And not suggested any unnecessary medicines or tests, for the insurance approval cases also she helps to get fast approval.
Amazing staff and specially Dr Jerica who is always willing to help with a smile and has a personal approach:). Not only they are very accommodating, they always follow up and update their patients. It easy to get in touch with the right people in case you have inquiries. I always recommend the clinic with my friends and co-workers.
Its quit upsetting that, the OB gynecology doctor form this clinic asked me to conduct so many lab test (not covered by insurance) that they dont let u know what was the result. And it has been 2 months (if i didn't call) and followed up thru phone, i will not know that the result was there, and the asst told me Why i didn't followed up. The fact that they told me they will give me a call once the result is ready. Clearly, its money making, they do ask u to do unnecessary test.if that doctor ask u to conduct and if nit cover by insurance dont do it.
I had a very terrible experience. I had visited Dr. Abdul Rahman (ENT) few days ago and was under his medication. I was still suffering and ended up with swelling. I have been sleepless and in terrible shape. I informed my condition to the doctor and he asked me to come see him which I did. Informed reception about my conversation with doctor they still wanted me to take a token. Don't blame them may be that's the process. I saw the doctor and informed him prior that I did not come prepared with payment. Since I could not handle the pain I had to come right away. He was displeased about it and refused to check. Said I should have come in 5 days if i wanted the consultation to be free of cost. I must have been late by a day or so.even i have to come back after a week an ethical doctor would still have checked my condition. I am not sure if doctors like these take hippocratic oath seriously. They are blinded by money. I did not refuse to do payment I was just not prepared for it then. But his attitude was so inhumane. Would never visit again and would not suggest anyone. Thank you.
I visited the medical center to get some tests for my aged father in law. Dr George has a very thorough approach and was very kind and considerate. Staff nurse Vineetha was very helpful, the entire team was very professional and even called us (sister Navya) to confirm we received the email. The place is spacious and clean as well
Dr Linda I didn't see a docter like this in my life, she is very rude to patients.she treat my kid 6 years girl in a angry way.she don't listen to our problem and not respond an answer.consulting a another docter is good for me in my experience.
I would like express my appreciation to my OB Gynecologist - Dr. Katherine Ola. I have been diagnosed with Fibroids in 2019 and became her patient at Amber Clinics, Rigga Branch. Since then, she looked after me and being with Jupiter Medical Centre at present, I am under her care. Dr. Ola addressed all my queries thoroughly and provided options on my condition. Her compassion to patients is without a doubt! I can say she does well in balancing professionalism and her friendly nature with patients that made me feel comfortable that I’m in better hands. Last Oct, I surpassed the required procedure on my case with her utmost support and encouragement. My overall experience with Dr. Ola has been very satisfying and I highly recommend her to women needing OB care. Once again, thank you very much Dr. Katherine Ola and keep shining on your field!
Dr Linda such a rude lady. Last 10 years am staying in dubai and I had met a lot of dr but in my life first time am seeing a doctor like her. She is shouting to my kid (6 year-old), when he shake his head at the time of checking his power.
Dear Management, One thing i want to notify you guys that recently i have visited the hospital (Jupiter clinic karama) for my wife, we have met Dr Anitha (Gynecologist). I am not at all satisfied with her attitude. The first thing i din like is when we entered she sent me out (I am her husband and we came to know the problem, there is nothing to hide from husband) She told so much unnecessary tests and she was forcing my wife to do all those tests, apart from that she even told my wife that she want to take my tests (Husbands tests). I don't understand one thing we went to the hospital for my wife and doctor want to do my test? Can you believe that? She even told that she might end up in infertility etc etc. Is that really necessary to tell a patient about such things before the test / Result? Why she is making the patients to feel the fear? Is that really necessary? She was not a doctor who solve the problems or make the patients comfortable, she is the one who say lots of things and make patients fear about their problems. I really din like her attitude towards the patients. For the insurance approval we had waited one week to get one medical report from the doctor, We had to follow up everyday for that. Very irresponsible doctor. Kindly look into this matter seriously. I personally have a good experience in Jupiter but this doctor really made us think about visiting again to Jupiter. We come to doctors by thinking that this doctor will solve our problem or they will cure us. We come with a respect and fear to doctors. We need doctors who are patient friendly not like this doctors who are money minded. I am really worried about her other patients. What would be their experience. Sad to know that we have got such a money minded doctors who ask patients so many test unnecessarily in such a great country. I feel like reporting her to DHA.

The worst experience in my life. Visited gynocologyst anitha devi/dinesh with my wife.her attitude was worst than kerala police interogation. She ruined our day. What an arrogant lady. The clinic and other staffs was good in their service

Registration is bit busy and sometimes become very crowded in the evening. No prior appointment system available for GP visit. Parking is limited and sometimes get tricky.
General physician are very rude (No greetings, no rapport building) and most of the time, they do not even listen to your complain fully. They already typing something or doing something in computer while patient telling his/her complain. They just want to get rid of patient. But they will do what you have requested.
Dr Saji (Ortho) is very nice and welcoming person. A person with great professional ethics. He listen to you patiently, examine you carefully and do not order unnecessary tests.he gives us the best advise possible and try to help in each possible way. Highly recommended for expert opinion.
Lab and X ray staff also co -operative and provides fast service with minimal waiting.
Never go to this clinic if you are elderly. Doctors are not punctual, especially dr sajeev, even though he’s a good doctor, but he’s always late and never seen him on the scheduled duty time.
I had a bad fall and rushed to the clinic. Dr. Sajeev from the clinic was very thorough and perfect with the diagnosis. His treatment was perfect and I am recovering well. Thank you Dr. Sajeev & staff for being very professional at the same time compassionate.
Plus when you visit the complex, you feel you are in a resort due to beautiful trees and greenery + peaceful environment. It is difficult to believe you are still in Karama.
I recently visited Dr. Sanobar Sathar. Such a suffocating approach from the doctor. She is very arrogant and is not at least interested to listen the patients’ difficulties. She’s prescribing the medicines even before getting the actual problem of the patient. Please try not to visit such irresponsible doctors. Totally disappointed.
I am filipino but my experience having an Indian Doctor is so amazing Dr. Sanobar Sather ease the pain I had when I experienced injury in my lower back and shoulder blades due to prolong standing and pacing. She is not only talking or advising to me as a Doctor but like a mother who knows what is best for her child. Shes so accomodating and so friendly. The second visit I had when i had tonsillitis and she was concerned about me without insurance but still she helps. Thank you Dr. Sanobar for being a good Doctor. #kudosforajobwelldone
Not good hospital. Went to doctor for shoulder pain. Asked to take RA test. Thier blood test report came as RA positive & was referred to RA specialist too. When checked with family doctor in home country, they clearly told based on symptoms itself that I am not having such disease & suggested some exercises. Now after following that, am back to normal. For the illness that I didn't have, spent 800 AED (includes RA specialist)!

Have checkup every month, staff arr veru accommodating, yeah i have been waiting for an hour for my turn, people saying that is more than 30 minutes, cause your not the only one on the line, shoutout to Dr. Pat and Kim for the assistance, and to the staff of the hospital
Based on my last visit in this hospital on JUNE 2019, actually the doctors especially General Practitioner are very afraid to give a referral letter to other hospital, you know why? They might have an issue with insurance companies, if they issue referral letter twice in a month the insurance companies will not approve the same in a month, actually they don't have much knowledge in insurance dealings, as you know the referral letter is only valid for 7 days. There is not much treatment on neurology then they should refer to the other better hospital. So in case any emergencies better to go for a good specialty hospital in Dubai, if you choose JUPITER hospital karama you may suffer like this. So my suggestion is go for another better hospital.
Been here 3rd time. Each time clerks are extremely rude and if you ask a little questions then they roll their eyes. Doctors are not professional and consistent. Big turnover.
