Tried them for the first time. They did a good job with no damages and the moving was smooth.
The packing staff are professional. Eventhough there was some delays in starting because of delayed arrival due to traffic, they covered the time effectively.
The logistics team were very helpful in organizing additional vehicles needed etc on time. They have provided timely advise to split the moving to 3 days to conveniently setting up the new house while moving.
I highly recommend them.

Used Just Box it house moving services for the 2nd time and all what I can say is that the guys know what they are doing very well, from dismantling every piece in the house to, coating it and proofing it all the way to its new home.

5 star rating towards: price, moving time, tools they use, politeness of the crew and obeying the customer needs no matter how far you go, consistency in their service, no dents for any of my furniture, copying the same designs to all wall hangings (they take pictures from the old hangings in the old apartment), no complaints from any of the team, almost no side talks, they ask the tenants for face to face feedback and always have a smile on their face!

I have used JustBoxIt service to pack and move everything from a 3 BR villa. Their price was very competitive compared to similar service providers, their effeceincy was really outstanding. The crew (7 persons) disassembled and packed everything with very professional attitude, then assembled and unpacked at my new home at no time.they sent handyman on another day free of charge (upon my request) to fix all remaining curtains and shelves (as we could not decide on the day of move) and everyone I dealt with from the team was really polite, helpful and very professional.

I had an overseas move. There was significant damage to a number of items on arrival and they had acted in such a way that my insurance claim was rejected - fist they had failed to put the insurance in place before packing and, second, they attempted a botched repair that invalidated a claim for the damaged item. They then strung me along for months promising to sort the matter with the insurer and then to meet the claim costs themselves. Neither happened.

I have used Justboxit to move a 2-bedroom apartment to a 1-bedroom apartment.

They were punctual, quick, extremely professional, and the team had a great synergy and clear understanding of who will be handling what. Moreover, their services have excellent value for money,

I have already referred them to a couple of friends who similarly excellent experiences.

Worst experience with a moving company in Dubai in 8 years living here. Caught some of the crew members searching for valuables among our belongings while unboxing in the new apartment and the supervisor didn't seem to care about it when informed. After that, the concerned crew member left the apartment and I had to go out and look for him. When he returned to the apartment and after building security informed him that we would review the security cameras, different valuable items started to appear scattered around the apartment floor (as this person got scared and threw everything he was trying to steal back to the floor).
Disgusting experience, management denied initially the fact that their crew was acting in that way and only admitted it when the supervisor called them and informed them bout the facts himself.
To be fair with the rest of the crew members, they seemed pretty hard workers and trustworthy, it is a shame that only because of 1 person's behavior the whole moving process became such a headache.

Had no problem with them.they packed most of the things themselves. No breakage and almost to none scratches on any of my items. They tried their best to reassemble everything to its original and now a month later still stable. Went up three stories with no complain, very courteous and asked questions to confirm where needed.value for money.only thing still have my photos boxed two months later wish they would have helped in assembling of this. Handy especially if you are making the move alone

Very bad and unprofessional quality service. Packing was very average and unpacking was a disaster. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Justboxit was recommended to us by several friends. I do not think you will find better value for money in Dubai. Communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout. We received regular calls from management to check on how the move was going and whether we were satisfied. There was a large team of packers and movers who all worked very hard, so the 2-day move was swift and we were a finished by lunchtime on the second day. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely use these guys again.

AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

I left Dubai in February and hired JustBoxit for my relocation. I had to organise two shippings, one to Australia and one to Hong Kong. I must say the service, advise and support during the whole process was exceptional. Kiran the manager who dealt with me, was also responsive, willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the shipments arrived on time, despite of the outbreak of COVID 19. I was very worried because as the pandemic situation started to escalate in Australia I thought there were going to be significant delays, however Kiran ensured to constantly speak to the receiving agency in Melborune and organised the delivery of my shipment door to door very effectively. I also made the mistake to pack some items that you cannot send via cargo to Hong Kong, and even though I left Dubai, Kiran and his team reorganised the package and delivered to a friend's place in Dubai so that I can pick it up later. He has been always prompt to reply all my messages, very attentive, honestly BEST IN CLASS! I don't have enogh words to recommend them, if you are organising relocation, look no further! These are the guys!

Even the small details of mounting curtains, shelves and pictures was all taken care of. My move overseas was quite complicated and required careful coordination as I was in 4 different continents. The plan was changed at least 5 times over the course of 8 months. Shyam was very patient and accommodating with all my requests and amendments, sometimes needing creative solutions. Communication throughout the 8 months of planning was smooth and all potential issues were highlighted, communicated and attempted to be mitigated in advance, which made me feel at ease knowing that at least this part of the move was well taken care of. When the time finally came for the work, his workers came early and was well prepared, they even brought 2 custom made wooden crates for my glass artwork and my TV. They worked efficiently and followed my every instructions. The work was quick and very well coordinated over 2 days. Shyam checked on the work in progress periodically over both days. I was apprehensive in using a smaller local company such as this at first after hearing the horror stories of fraud companies, but I found out that RNS packers and movers is a legitimate and professional company with quite extensive experience in the industry. The company being a non-international big name is even better in my opinion as it was personalised and attentive service. The cost is positively competitive too. Now that my shipment is well on the way to its destination, I can confidently submit my review that I am very satisfied with RNS/Justboxit and recommend their service to anyone looking for a professional and competent service under their umbrella of services provided. I also used their handyman service to ensure that the villa was handed over in its original condition, I received my full security deposit back from the landlord. Thank you Shyam and team for making this part of my stressful move less stressful.

I have to admit I was at first sceptical because their price was lower than their competitors. But I took a chance and they turned out to be as professional, if not more, than any moving company I've ever dealt with.
The boys were courteous and efficient, and seemed like they all got along and were enjoying themselves - which makes all the difference in any working environment.
The only negative is that while moving heavy furniture around in the living room and bedroom, instead of lifting to move, they slid the furniture across the hard wood floors which left some scratch marks. But as soon as I pointed this out, they apologised and paid more attention to the interior moving process.
So all in all a worthy and honest company to do business with.
