Pathetic Service from Justlife…….
There’s no way to connect with Customer care department.

I’ve booked a professional for TV unit installation for 12Nov 2023 which is today from 9:30am- 10:30am.

And till now they haven’t even assigned a professional and now we need to go out for some important work.

I need to get my refund back asap in the same source of account.

I’m not getting the option of Cancellation also.

Very bad service company, they send me some one to clean, without any equipment and I booked it with full equipment, no experience in cleaning u feel like they just want to spend time with using vacuum and basic stuff, no dettol no soap just wet napkin, very disappointing company and not recommend at all.

Used to be good, but now the service is terrible often cleaners or PCR tests just do not turn up. They don't have a contact number, only an online chat which takes over an hour to get an answer which is useless. It feels like they have grown too fast and can not cope with the demand and do not care if their service is carried out after the booking is taken through their website or app.

Very bad service, maid claims she is cleaning my house but she has not arrived (now 1.5 hr delay.) support executive replies every 15-20 min, so far only copied my address to confirm it. Did not inform me why they are late, if they are coming, when they are coming (total of 45 min speaking to support exec) and zero resolution.

If you want professional company, do NOT book them.

Absolutely pathetic PcR testing service. Massively late for the appointment. The customer operative I spoke to was evasive and clearly had very limited connection to the actual testing team. Expensive to start with. Instead of being offered a discount I was actually told there would be ‘no more charges’ for my rescheduled appointment. Left with zero confidence I will actually get my lab results on time. Clearly embarrassingly out of their depth in new territory for them.

When I first heard that they changed the branding I was really hoping that the service got better thus I booked my cleaning for today. Not only they changed the professional I booked they have send another one “Gloria” who literally has no expertise in cleaning.
She was pretending to clean and use all the booked hours on the master room, to mention that I literally cleaned half of the master bathroom, did the bed with her and cleaned the whole kitchen my self.
So I am wondering what is the use to book a cleaning service if we end up paying for the service in advance and doing the job ourselves.
As she was planning to escape cleaning the rest of house she left the living room almost not done (except that she vacuumed superficially), she started insulting me in my own house, loud mouthing with her colleague Joli on the phone. They both assumed I wouldn’t understand but they were wrong!
She used defaming comments, slander and insults in my own house.
I reported this to her company and surprisedly they offered a free cleaning instead of tackling the real issue, free cleaning is not what I am looking for rather they should take this seriously as defaming
And slanders are agains the local law.
They should be responsible for their employees and ensure proper management and trainings.
Never again this company!

Not professional, no proper cleaning, customer service not helpful at all! Staff members are not polite.

We renovated our new home and so i booked an A/C deep cleaning service followed by deep cleaning and mentioned that we have construction work which is why i wanted these services and how important they were since we were moving in the day after to our new home.

The A/C deep cleaning service was for AED2000 almost and they promised a ton of things while sadly when one of the A/Cs stopped working a day later and our contractor had to come and look at it technical and then found the coils were so dirty from the construction debree obviously which is sad because they seem to have cleaned superficially and thought we would never come to know.

Now the service team are convincing us to agree to 400 refund which means nothing as we have to pay another company 2000 if not more to get the job properly done again.

Update 24 nov: they finally decided that their team worked hard and even though they didn’t do the job that they were supposed to do but they can only give us 400 when I other company would take that value to do the full service. What a pathetic response and a shameless company.

Zero customer service.cleaners always arrive way ahead of time than scheduled.the cleaners however are good people this is regarding the app

Today 1.5 hours late. Last week 2+ hours late. Countless calls to chase. They always say 10 more minutes regardless of how long they really are going to be. Instead of taking away the stresses and strains. They add to them. Just awful.

As popular as this app gets, the more the service drops. I had made a complaint to them on over 3 weeks ago and all I received was a missed call and no other attempt to call me back.
I had requested for their cleaning service while I was admitted to the hospital. My husband was available at home to supervise. What a horrible job the cleaner had done. The washroom seemed like it was just wiped with dry tissue. And the pot was still had stains.
It seemed like she has thrown water all over and wiped with tissue. The house on the other hand was another mess. Dusting was not done and even after vacuuming dirt was found everywhere.

Not only did I waste money on this service but also my time. And most shocking was their amazing customer service team who did not give me a follow up.if I am not reachable on phone, you can email me. I am never recommending this app to anyone, and surely will share my experience with friends and colleagues.

The best service in Pcr test, don’t depend on them even if you pay extra … you’ll get the same bad quality service …. I paid extra to get it within 7 hours but didn’t get it and the funny thing there is no contact number or even to chat … email was sent but no reply … very bad in Pcr but in cleaning services they are better

This company simply can be awarded for the worst customer service you can even experience. I used to be loyal customer for 8+ years till this week. They simply have no idea about how to deal with customers. Had no show than over charge without any communication no respect of their clients.my credit card is updated in my profile so they charge without even informing. And if you try to contact them than good luck! The staff including the supervisor Jerry will be a waste of time to deal with. The cleaner are honestly the best from Norma, Jennifer, MA to sujuta. But you can't get there without having to experience the worst customer service in dubai.

If they call u and you miss a call they will n
never call u again even if your issue is serious they have a policy to call only once. Ensure that you are available for them and you are not in neeting!

Worst app. Worst customer service. Amount deducted a day before the service. 1 cleaner came to flat on time, 30mins later another lady called said I have booking. Check with justmop and they said there is no booking for me. I was blamed by the customer service that I made 2 bookings in the app (same time & day). How is that possible? I was scared that i will go home and all my stuff will not be there because according to their system, my booking is cancelled. The amount is also deducted from my account twice and had to make a call to my bank because of the system they are using (deducting first before the service even starts). Made booking a week later and amount for 3hrs already deducted. The cleaner only cleaned 2hrs and they're not willing to credit the full amount back, with the correct amount. No phone number to complaint, i asked for office timing and no one replies to me. Worst service! Don't ever use it again.

I do not recommend this company, their staff unprofessional and don't instructed properly by management. They can throw something away without asking, this happened more than once, they do not know what to do. I sent a lot of massages but no-one solve my problem. They don't care about their clients and staff also. The poor staff only asks to always not put below 4 x points, otherwise they will be deducted by management from thair salary. Very bad management, I have never met worse!

Worst cleaning company in Dubai, they send you different cleaners every time even though you preselected weekly cleaning to get the same person. The drivers don't pick up the cleaning ladies on time so sometimes they have to wait for hours after the service has ended. Sometimes the cleaners don't show up at all but they still charge you for it. The customer service is appaling.

First time was a wonderful experience but the second time was the worst! They didn’t show up and the driver ignoring me!
I contact the customer service and WORST the WOSRST customer service team on the planet. They don’t answer any questions directly, and they say contact the customer service to help you better! Excuse me I’m speaking to whom now? ! Seriously? !

Terrible service! Never book cleaning in this company.
They outsource cleaning to smaller not reliable companies, you never know who will clean your apartment.

They cancelled the booking last minute without any reason or call for explanation. Horrible experience with them.

Very efficient, We booked a laundry service here and it was quick and very good. Everything was on time as well and the price is good too!

Never really faced any issues with this professional company who always provides us with really lovely and hard working Ladies to clean up our homes. Keep up the good work guys. God bless

Justmop is just another below average cleaning company after multiple times of receiving their services today I decided that is it. They provide very slow cleaners who dont even clean properly their promotions are all scams and no promo codes from their flyers even work.im sure the next company i will blindly choose will be much better than this. Quick booking process and excellent services. They are always on time and the customer service is very good too.

Used their services two times now and I'm very satisfied, prices are fine and cleaning was done really good without any supervision, which is a great perk cause a lot of maid services offer similar conditions but when you leave the cleaner alone they're pretending to work

I had the worst experience with them. I booked an appointment 11: 30 then they called and said that the driver dropped the maid at a wrong location and then rescheduled me to 1 pm then a maid came who doesn’t know anything about cleaning she didn’t touch my kitchen she doesn’t know how to change the bed sheets and when i called to make a complaint nobody called me and it has been 2 days shame

Awful awful experience. One time the driver has no license and the other time they're an hour late.

So disappointing cleaning company.
They provide Ungygenic cleaning service. I book maid for my home and she show up with broken hover full of rust, one bottle of fairy and one water bottle of chemical. She did not had cleaning material that I paid for. So embarrassing and unprofessional Not recommended at all

Very bad experience they wasted 2 days of time first they said they will come at 6 pm then next day 11 am then till 12.30 they kept fooling me they took my money and didn't give me service

I am curious about the kind of training the cleaners receive. I've tried 4 ladies and you would think its common sense to vacume under the sofas and in the corners. Its almost like they've been told to "Just Mop in the centre of the room with dirty water". When I asked her to change the water she argued the murkiness was from the floor cleaner? !
I dont see any point in calling a maid service, if I have to get the vacume out and do it again myself.
Its reall a shame as they have a great app, good phone manner and are punctual but it all amounts to nothing as the actual service is mediocre.

Awful cleaners. Even when particular cleaners are requested they do not send them. Today for a job that usually takes 4 hours for one cleaner, I booked two cleaners for three hours. Honestly, rubbish service. Basics not even covered.

Sirjana Devi - was extremely polite and efficient, I definitely will recommend her and Justmop.

They Cleaner was very good but was coughing a lot so you would need to make your cleaners put in masks for our and thier own safety

The cleaners are really hit and miss- sometimes the beds are made, sometimes the kitchen surfaces are cleaned properly.
Today they hadn't turned up for nearly 2 hours so I enquired about their whereabouts; in the meantime I'd had to cancel my plans as I was waiting for the cleaner so I asked to cancel as I'm home for the day I'll clean myself.someone turned up 20 minutes later

Very well catching up with the competing peers. I was nearly a drop out from opting their services, but their persistence on proving their credibility forced me back to call them again. Trust me I am happy now. They did their job well
