A Regrettable Experience with JW Events
I am writing this review with a heavy heart, having experienced an extremely disappointing and frustrating service from JW events for my son's first birthday.
My expectations were completely shattered due to their unprofessionalism and lack of attention to customer needs.
Firstly, the communication with the company was abysmal. The coordination is so poor.I was bombarded with messages at midnight, just a day before the party, with the planner pushing me to pay her. This level of unprofessionalism and bad timing was just the tip of the iceberg.
What was more appalling was their utter disregard for the requests and plans made. Despite my consistent follow-ups almost a month prior to the event, I was abruptly informed a day before the party that they would not be able to provide essential items like a generator and cotton candy. This last-minute revelation left me in a lurch, scrambling to make alternative arrangements.
The lack of Apology or any form of empathy from the planner was striking. Her rudeness and nonchalant attitude towards these significant oversights were astonishing. It was clear that JW Events does not prioritize the needs or the satisfaction of their clients.
Moreover, the execution of the party elements was a complete letdown. The balloon setup, which was supposed to be a highlight, was a fail. It was neither as discussed nor did it add any charm to the celebration. Similarly, the goody bags provided were far from impressive, lacking both in quality/quantity and creativity.Also, some bags were actually empty! This left me in an extremely embarrassing situation with our guests.
This entire experience was not just about the series of failures in their service but also about the emotional distress it caused. Organizing a first birthday is supposed to be a joyous and memorable experience, but this company turned it into a series of disappointments and frustrations.
I deeply regret choosing for such an important event in my family's life. I strongly advise others to consider my experience as a cautionary tale and think twice before engaging with them for any event planning needs.

J&W orchestrated an amazing birthday bash for my nephew! Their knack for event planning is truly commendable. From our initial discussions to the culmination of the celebration, their dedication to making my nephew's day unforgettable was evident. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the colorful decorations to the smooth coordination of entertainment, was impressive. They took our preferences into account and added delightful surprises that the kids absolutely loved. The team's professionalism and friendly approach made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to J&W, my nephew had a blast on his birthday. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone seeking a fun-filled and well-organized kids' party!

I had the worst experience with the event organizer! It was a nightmare she literally spoiled all my event. She promised everything but she couldn’t even do one! I couldn’t believe my eyes like how they managed to change everything! My party was supposed to start at 3pm she arrived at 3: 30 and they behaved so bad shouting at my home. They didn’t even complete their timing my all guests were still sitting without my permission they entered my home and started packing the stuff and the women warned that if you don’t release the items I will call the police. Like I was in complete shock. Nobody collected their item until next day expect them! She promised to return my money but again she stopped answering my calls and messages. You should never trust them! I would definitely take legal action against them!
