This little hidden gem has one of the best Iranian food in Dubai. They only have outdoor seating, and when the weather is good, it just hits different! The kebabs are perfectly cooked and come to your table on their metal sticks! The rice and hummus are great and they have the most delicious pomegranate juice. Portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. You can easily share a meal for 2 with 3 or 4 people. Enjoy!
Food/Price: Food is good. If love kebabs then this is the place near Downtown Dubai/City Walk where you can get fresh & hot kebabs for reasonable price.
Service:
Felt staff bit biased, more pleasing to certain segment of people (social status).
Ambience:
I liked the ambience very much. This restaurant has outside seating and it's very pleasant & peaceful during winters.
When I sat there on open chairs with my grandchildren I saw the surrounding is very interesting. I thought to just taste the Kabaab due to the restrictions of my age (76 yrs old). But when I tasted a little piece I could not control myself and finished one complete stick. Good news for elderly people like me is that the food is very tasty and easily digestive.
Great value for the price. Meals were decent. The only thing is like all kebab restaurants they cooked the all kinds of meats on the same barbeque at the same time causing mixed flavors. You cannot distinguish whether you are eating lamb, meat or chicken. Cosy place and stuff is very friendly.
Kabab Al Fareej is a fantastic budget Iranian restaurant, they have many branches in UAE. We visited the Al Safa branch.
Food was good and the service was excellent. The Menu is mainly based on meat and chicken Kababs, served to you on skewers. They even have biryani, prawns and some lentils dishes as well.
It's right next to a mosque and parking is never a problem.
It was the no. 1 hidden spot with amazing food every time, then sadly they changed the menu and meal sizes and food took a deep dive. The food was beyond eatable, the service zero and food size minimal with pieces of cut up chicken. It looks not so appealing. Later we realized we got food poisoning on a mild scale. The chicken was old, the tabouli was off and the rice was old and heated. Trying to call to speak to a manager is impossible as nobody ever picks up the toll free number. I will not recommend anybody to go there again. Maybe they got a new chef, but the original taste and portion sizes were zero. It was less than half of what we normally got for a higher price and nothing appears clean even the tables and outside furniture. Its like it needs a good scrub and really going backward ever so sadly as was once our favorite spot.
Are you a fan of juicy tender and well marinated authentic Iranian kebabs Al Fareej is the place to enjoy the dinning experience with a view (burj Khalifa) at Al Wasal Branch. Dine in a traditional way. Food served in the big platters and the restaurant has the traditional seating. Their kebab’s are yum! Juicy tender and to my surprise the meat kebabs were just melting in mouth. Very tender not all chewy. I like how the serve the food. Variety of kebabs in chicken and meat. Served with rice or bread. Different salads, yogurt and humus. A busy place during the evening. Make sure to be well ahead time to enjoy the quick serving. I have been to this place many times now.
Delicious food. Fairly quick service. Seating space available. A bit more expensive than would be expected for this type of food (hence, four stars rather than five).
Their Iranian Kababs are very delicious and one of the best in Dubai. Normally we regularly visit their Twar branch but it was the first time visited Al Wasl Jumeira outlet. The quality and taste is as great as their other outlets. This is a must visit restaurant for Kabab lovers and if you enjoy Iranian cuisine. It is very refreshing and pleasant during winter for outdoor sitting. In Wasl they have an AC cabin hence is better option for summer period.
Good grills. I tried the yogurt tikka, lemon tikka, and Kabab sandwiches, and I can say their Kabab sandwich is definitely worth trying. The rest were below average. The Laban used to be much better in the past.
Famous tikka, kebab & all grills, with rice or bread, taste is delicious, located in a knighthood close to city walk & has a outside seating with view of burj Khalifa من أشهر مطاعم التكة و الكباب ، الطعم ممتاز و المشاوي متنوعة ، الجلسات خارجية ، موقعه في المنطقة السكنية قريب من سيتي ووك و الجلسات لها اطلالة على برج خليفة
