Beautiful atmosphere and welcoming staff. The dishes were bursting with flavors. Want to go back again.

Taste food, little bit expensive but if you are from the ones who are searching for the quality of the raw material then the price is worth it

الاكل كان ممتاز بأستثناء الشوربة فيها طعم حراق، وفي اهتمام واضح بنظافة المكان والأكل، والاجواء والمكان اكثر من رائع فيه جلسات داخليه و جلسات خارجية، السعر يعتبر جيد مقابل جودة الاكل والكميات، بخصوص الخدمة اشكر السيد حسين على الاحترافيه و الخدمة فوق الممتازه، و في شخص اسمه منذر لم يكن اسلوبه احترافي بالخدمه، وبالمجمل المطعم يستحق الزيارة.

الموظفين تعاملهم سي جدا كان ممكن ازور المكان مره ثانيه علشان الطعم بس الموظفين يخليك ماتجي ثانيه

حبيته مره الاكل لذيذ والحلى لذيذ والاجواء خيالية فيه جلسات داخليه و جلسات خارجية ، مهتمين حاطين سجاده اهنيهم غيرهم يقولون روحوا دوروا المسجد

الاكل صراحه لذيذ مايختلف عليه اثنين لكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها بالنسبه لحجم الصحن حرام والله وخدمة العمال غير مقبوله كأنك ماخذ من حلاله تقييمي له 10/5 بسبب الخدمه والاسعار

الموقع جميل لكن الأكل للأسف لايتوافق مع المكان وروعته. وتعامل بعض الموظفين غير جيد لا يوجد اي ابتسامه للعميل وكأنهم مجبورين علي الخدمة.

مطعم اقيمه ٧من١٠ من ناحيه الاكل ونفسيه العمال مش كويسه ابداً كل عامل نفسيته بطرف خشمه كأنه معشيك على حسابه والاسعار مبالغ فيها على حجم الصحن والطلب يتأخر مره مره

الاكل لذيذ والمكان جميل لكن فيه احد الموظفين لازم يكون بشوش شوي ، ويطول باله عدا ذلك الخدمة ممتازة

We celebrated and watched new year fireworks 2024 at jbr after we decided to come in this restaurant with our friends. Despite there was not so many guests in the restaurant even in new year eve almost half empty and we had plenty of good famous restaurant choices around but still we decided to try the food and experience in this restaurant.
1) Poor waiter service & communication
The food was fair, but the waiter service was extremely poor.after giving us the food on table we needed to call the waiter by going to them by ourselve they just like forget us. Our food was getting cold for just waiting for fresh hot bread which was given after with the another manager. We asked for water they forgot. We were waiting for water on table after finishing the dinner for another 15 mins. We decided to go outside and take away water with us because we had another plans.

2) Rude and non professional Operation manager
Restaurant leading staff called him self operation manager he ruined our experience due to his non professional behavior.our one of friend was enjoying the atmosphere and interior of the restaurant and playing piano which was public and allowed to use, he made the video of his friend while playing piano on his phone, mistakenly in video other family women guest comes in, so other guest complained to that aggresive manager and it was perfectly normal scenario usually happens in public places, operation Manager should request us politely to check and delete the video if there is, we could delete as any other good quality restaurant or facility, it’s normal practice, they always ask politely if something like this happens, however restaurant’s operation manager came and start talking very rudely and took my colleague’s phone and forcefully delete all his videos even personal even which he took of fireworks, and talking very rudely pushed him and said get out, and the other nice manager and the owner was not able to know the exactly situation as he was outside to diffuse the situation, but this guy till the end he was telling his guests “to us if you want to make it longer I can do” after insulting us, wow what a behavior and service with their restaurant guests who just paid 510 aed bill 5 mins ago, it’s not definitely 5 star service in 5 star location even jbr standard. The operation manager of this restaurant should work in diera at shawarma shop as how he speaks to the guest. He doesn’t know what is hospitality means, I’m sorry to say that. Owner must should take action on it.

This place is above a lot of places I have been to, the food is outstanding and the service perfect. Thanks a lot to Ayoub and Ramadan for the advices and recommandation. I went there 3 times in less than 10 days and I will be back as soon as I can

The restaurant offers a wide variety of Egyptian dishes (as well as some Lebanese and international dishes) in a lively Egyptian ambience with Arabian music, providing separate areas for smokers and non-smokers, whereas a variety of shisha options are served in the smoking area.

We were 2 persons and we ordered soujouk and chicken liver for starters and meat filletto tajine with onions for main dish which was served with rice with vermicelli on the side. The food was served relatively quickly, the portions were quite big (Egyptian style!) and the taste was excellent.

A special thanks goes to Mr. Alaa for his top-notch service and his pleasant attitude, as he contributed to making our dining experience even greater by attending to all our needs with speed and courtesy!

A great restaurant with delicious food and top-class service. We used it several times, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the meals were always very tasty and beautifully presented. I recommend trying different dishes to share. Prices are quite affordable considering the location in such a popular district. Drinks are quite expensive, but that's a nightmare in Dubai. You can spend great time on the outdoor terrace.

We often eat at this restaurant! The food is amazing! The best Moutabal and mango juice in the city! Plus dynamite shrimps and French fries. The staff is super helpful and kind. And interior is very beautiful! Can’t wait to dine outside.thank you!

I went there during my vacation in Dubai. I had very good spaghetti bolognese but a little too spicy for me and for dessert a delicious strawberry milkshake

A nice spot for family dine out in JBR. Beautiful interior and spacious restaurant. We had hummus, mutable, kibbeh, falafel, mix grill and mulkiya. Everything was tasty and portions were good value of money. Recommended to try if you are looking for a nice place in JBR area.

اولاً للاسف الاكل تأخر جداً وهم قايلين 15 دقيقه ولكن للاسف انتظرنا تقريبا 45 دقيقه، الطلب اغلبه جانا بارد، بالنسبه للداينمت شريمب جانا شرينب عادي وبارد الله يكرم النعمه ماينوكل الشي الوحيد اللذيذ هو الفيتوتشيني فقط.

تعاملهم سيء جيت عشان احتاج الحمام لان كل حمامات المكان فل وعندي حالة خاصة بس رفض ادخل
يعني حتى لو الواحد بياخذ طاولة عندهم يهون من الاسلوب بحكم ان الحمام بس للزباين! هذي حالة انسانية ماراح اطلع واخذ الحمام معي

Such lovely place, you feel like you eating in mohamed ali palace in Cairo, staff very helpful, Shisha AED 68 which normal, food is ok, also not that great rice Tajin رز معمر ok, but no pigeon inside at all small peaces you can count it 4 or 5 peaces and very expensive AED 85 so much it’s everywhere with max AED 50 even in Hadoota Masrya AED 40 that’s ridiculous place soooooo clean, seats are really comfy you can stay there for long time studying or working very nice didn’t try yet barbecue or mixed grill but surely will be next time with my family.

Despite the amazing place and gorgeous art design, food was average quality, and i was surprised by the staff arguing and almost fighting next to our table for quite sometime.
