Horrible, horrible service. We split the bill and as we were leaving, the waiter came with the bill and told us in a very rude tone to pay the remaining 6 aed of the bill as VAT. I told him that he should've charged us VAT the first time, and that its unacceptable that he's acting like that for 6 aed. He explained that it was VAT, and it wasn't added in the first bill, which really wasn't my problem. This wasn't about the extra 6 aed, thats pocket change, the problem was with the attitude of the server. Also, we had to ask for a water bottle 3 times before we actually got a bottle.

As for the food, I ordered a mexican chicken pizza, and my friend ordered a gourmet burger. Portions are massive, the burger was great, and the pizza was just ok. The pizza crust was nice, thick, and fluffy, I loved the dough. The toppings were just average, though I do appreciate that they used fresh ingredients. The burger was great, but it was also a simple burger, nothing special.

The ambience wasn't all that great either, the seats were reasonably comfortable but the music was way too loud, my friend and I could barely hear each other talking. Also, I would've appreciated it if there was a non-smoking area cause I don't smoke, and I don't mind the shisha but the tables are so close together that there was a plate of coal burning right next to me and it made me really hot and uncomfortable.

I can see the appeal of this place as a shisha hangout, but I don't smoke shisha and it's not my type of vibe at all. The biggest reason for my rating really was the service otherwise I would've given it a 3*.

P. S.the waiter later apologized on the phone after I complained to the manager but come on, that was a very silly situation.

Specially The Hospitality of Ms. Madiha, I know her since 2017, She is very kind and a good host, Her service is getting better every day, She is very generous and worm welcoming girl

The food is insane but the prices are even more insane! 750 DHS for 3 meals and a Shisha (the Shisha is 130 dis for the love of the angels!). I get it, you pay for quality but there Is a fine line between quality and charging outrageous prices!

To make things worse, one of the waiters had a horrible body odor like he didn’t take a shower for a day it was so bad I actually had to tell him to leave then complained to the manager. This is simply NOT acceptable in any way, shape or form in the food and beverage industry.

المطعم عادي جدا وديكوراته متواضعة وبالمقابل اسعاره مرتفعة جدا مثلا البيبسي 33
درهم بدون refill (اعلى سعر شاهدته في منطقة جميرا)
وحتى سعر الشيشة مرتفع مقارنة بغيره من المطاعم في نفس المنطقة. باختصار لا يوجد ما يدفعني لتكرار التجربة ولا انصح به

Das Essen, die Getränke, die Shisha und der Service absolut Mega! Genau wie es in Dubai sein sollte. Man muss keine 10 Sekunden warten wenn man etwas bestellen möchte, weil das Personal extrem professionell ist! Das Essen kann man nur in den Himmel loben wirklich klasse. Zum Thema shisha: keine bessere in Dubai geraucht wirklich nahezu perfekt! Jederzeit wieder und jedem zu empfehlen! Kabana4President)

Try slow cooked lab neck dish, it will take you to sky from it tastes. Also their Shisha was excellent. The food is expensive but worth to try

Nothing fancy. Over priced. Crowded. Alot of smoke in the air, looks like the ventilation system is not working so well. I've ordered berries Mojito that I didn't like at all. Other stuff were average also.
I rated the two stars for the turkish coffee.

This is lovely high-end Afghani restaurant.the restaurant is opened from 9 am till 4 am and serving a wide range of delicious food, amazing breakfast as well.the food comes in big portion.they are serving a nice shisha
the restaurant have a valet parking service and an upper floor for non smokers and families with children.

Kabana, for the boss. Amazing lamb shanks. Great pipes. Free VIP Valet parking. Always has to come with a price.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

We went there after a long tiring day and we did not regret.

The shisha was amazing. Food and drinks were great too.

لكن هالمرا التجربه سيئة مرا، استقبلنا شخص جنسيته تركي وكان اسلوبه غير لائق ابداً. ويقول انا تركي امشي على النظام اذا تبون انتظروا ٤٠د الى ساعه لان الطاولات فل

It’s an outstanding cafe, their service is amazing, Kaban is one of the best destinations in Dubai I recommend for chill out.

The place is one of the best in service. The staff is so welcoming and the Manafger - Musa- is so attentive to the details. They make you feel a regular customer from the first visit. Awesome experience indeed.

Best service best staff very polite Good service reasonable price 120 dhs sheesha no minimum spend. One of the best sheesha in Dubai. Best food excellent vibes must visit place in Dubai.

We all can agree that the place is very nice and kinda of sophisticated, the staff are friendly and helpful, however that doesn’t meant that we need to pay huge amounts for normal food. Not even that delicious, it’s extremely expensive and not like before at all, the prices are so high. This is really not normal

I loved the ambience, shisha and the food, but not the attitude. The staff will treat you as a princess, until they think they can fool you and serve the VIP options you were not asking for, however, they will show their second face, when you try to prove your rights, explaining, that was done without a notice. The waiter swiped card and ran away instantly. That is not the way you should treat any guest. ‍️ P. S. Added 2 more stars after conversation with the manager. I sincerely hope it was a misunderstanding and a bad coincidence, all the best, guys.

A very Lively place to sit and enjoy the food and Sheesha, service is always up to mark. Overall a bit high range cost wise but worth to spend money.

One of the best places on Jumeirah Road, the food is really nice, shisha is good as well. Service would require a little bit more training but overall very nice and my going back to place.

The place is amazing! The food is amazinnnnng! The prices were a bit high but its worth it! The staff were amazing with there warm welcoming, the shishs guy was super helpful! And the beautiful waitress (victoria) was also up to standard in term of serving us with her beautiful smile!

This Place is amazing with the delicious International Food and wonderful music and very cooperative staff and best Shisha in the world?

This was such an incredible experience here at Kabana. Everyone was so pleasant. I’ve been to many restaurants but this one topped it off. By far the best food and shisha. Heard so many great things about this restaurant I had to come see it for myself. If I lived in Dubai I would be here everyday. Thank you Kabana and staff for such an amazing experience. Much love from NYC.
