The first floor is always closed, the ground floor is small and there is no spacing between customers, as if the corona does not exist, the amount of food is small and the prices are very expensive compared to the amount of food and the smallness of the place.

One of the best Turkish breakfast in Dubai. Don't miss muhlama. Sucuklu yumurta and their breads are also great. And very fast service.

No organic eggs. No fans outside in the dubai heat so if there is no place inside ur forced to sit out side in the boiling sun. I dont undertand why they wont get fans.

I love Kaftan. Especially their breakfasts. I’ve been there twice before my last visit during Ramadan and they were excellent. My visit during Ramadan was a little disappointing for a set menu that was interesting. Thankfully the mixed grill was delish but everything was average. My rating is for my previous experiences and I’m definitely going back.

In general Turkish cuisine has an amazing breakfast and this is also one of them. Really nice place and the food is amazing

Lamb shank, chicken in pomegranate sauce, kofte and the baklava style desert are a must have! Everything on the menu is spot on and not to be missed.

Fantastic place. A hidden turkish gem in dubai. Reminds me a lot of istanbul.
The food is just amazing.
1- ordered the turk kahvalti tabagi: the cold meat cuts are delicous. The cheese portion is small but so tasty. The honey and jam is fresh and full of flavor.
2- lamhmacun is not in breakfast menu but I ordered it to check if they do it like in Turkey. Surprisingly it’s so crunchy and deliciously crispy. It’s a bit spicy btw. The portion is big.
3- keci peynirli & ispanakli: it’s omlet with goat cheese and spinach. So fresh and mouthwatering.
4- tea is free and it’s so turksih
5- the best thay i tried is Sef’in simiti: it’s a round simit with egg, sucuk and cheese inside. Highly highly recommended.

I have to note that the staff is super professional and I give them 5/5 or 5 stars. They are very caring and attentive. I loved them all.

Overall rating is 4/5 it would’ve been 5/5 but the price is little bit pricy. Not very but little. I won’t say it should be super cheap but still what I paid, I got delicious and high quality food and taste.

Quality of food not as good as it is used to be. We ordered Mexxe and it came after the main. I like to come to this place but I found the overall quality of food and service not as it used to be. Bit disappointing

We had breakfast there, it was affordable and delicious. I liked yellow vibe. Great service we received.
Good place to catch up with your friends in the nice weather. The outside view from inside was also great! If u like to seat inside, take the one next to the big window.

My 1st time at Kaftan. Current perfect weather allowed as it sit outside. Loved the outdoor seating/ambience. It was buzzing! Most importantly, loved the food! Will definitely visit again!

The place is good for a quiet evening. Food and ambience both are good. The highlight is the service - very prompt and courteous. Would definitely recommend this place.

المطعم مستواه للأسف هبط بشكل كبير، أن كان في مستوى الأكل أو الخدمة. في بدايته كان من المطاعم التركية المفضلة عندي في دبي ولكن بعد آخر تجربة لي عندهم لن أكرر الزيارة ابدا

This is my second time going there. Great food and great service. However, today the outdoor area was crawling with mosquitoes! I soon realized it and asked to seat indoor but again same problem! Something needs to be done otherwise I'm never going back anymore.

One of the most authentic Turkish experiences in Dubai. The service is warm, prompt and the food is amazing. A big thanks to Jomz and Chino for making our visit even more memorable.

Good food and good ambience! Although shouldn't completely go with the waiters recommendation as we found out choices were good and some of the dishes with waiter recommendation we didn't like it so much! Overall it was very good!

I had breakfast at the garden. It was so good. Food and service were excellent. Also they have kids area not big but it is ok.

Great food, however the menu design looks overwhelming for a first timer. Waiting staff weren't so friendly when asked about the contents of some of the items and responded by telling me everything is written which I understand but still even some of tje written items where novel for me. A little on the expensive side for a casual dining place but would recommend for a cozy family dinner

One of the best Turkish cuisine resturants in city overlooking burj Al Arab hotel the iconic hotel in Dubai. The staff are so friendly offering great customer service. Valet parking is available at the resturant.

المكان من الداخل مكتوووم و مو حلو ابدا و الجلسات الخارجيه اقل من عاديه و لا فيه. الاكل عادي جدا. المنيو الاسماء بالتركي و الشرح بالعربي صعب التخيل و ما فيه صور. و اغلبية الاكل لحم. كم صنف دجاج و سمك اتوقع الحلى و القهوه حلوه لأن غالبية الصور حلويات انا رحت له بناء على التقييمات العاليه. لكن للاسف مخيب للظن و مستحيل ارجع ازوره.

I've visited this restaurant a lot of times, but just realised that I've never shared my experience. Yesterday I visited it again with my friend, after a long time. It was a Sunday afternoon, and nobody was there.whole garden was ours! We really enjoyed it. It reminded me to my granny's backyard during the summer.
Position of the restaurant is good, just opposite Wild Wadi, with a nice view over Burj al Arab. Tastefully decorated! They have indoor setting as well, but we always prefer outside area.
Service is good. Guys were always polite.
When it comes to food, everything we've tried so far was amazing! You should try mezze plater, su boregi, borek, pogaca, simit and all other pastries hummus with meat, yaprak and when it comes to meet everything is very tasty. Our favourites are Kasap kofta and Ali Nazik. Also big choice of deserts, we always ordering baklava.very tasty, but too sweet for my taste (like all other turkish sweets). At the end they will serve you complimentary turkish tea, like in the most of the turkish restaurants. Prices are like in the most of the good restaurants, but some meat dishes are more expensive.that's why having the Entertainer is always a good solution. Keep it going! See you soon!

Really great turkish food, one of my favorite super reccomend to anyone who wants good quality turkish food

I was there for breakfast. The restaurant has a great outdoors seating with a great view of Burj alArab hotel.serves Turkish food, Fast service and great staff. The menu is extensive and the food was great. There is limited parking space but valet parking is available.

Tea is complimentary. For food wise, maybe the richest restaurant, which has lots of traditional Turkish foods in its menu, in Dubai. Service, food, quality is very good.

The prices look fair but not actually.
•If you want to eat rice or french fries you have to pay extra for it.
•Breakfast items are expensive and big itself, f you want to share many things you must visit as a group and share the portions. They must release an offer for single ones.

Outside sitting is realy nice, food is very good but dont expect to know any plate unless you are a Turkish

Everything was very delicious and the waiter Jomz was very helpfull and friendly. His recomendations were mouth watering and on point. Great location, ambiance, food and kids can play in the playground while parents enjoy eating.

The place looks very nice and classy upon entering, but The kids playing area has totally ruined the armosphair, many children screaming in front of you and the staff said nothing they can do about it, I won't come again

معامله بفرع لامير سيئه جداااا وكانت تجربه لن نقوم بتكررها مره اخري
لا يوجد اي اسلوب للتعامل انتظار اكثر من ٣٠ دقيقه لتجهيز مكان ل١٢ شخص
من تاخذ منا الاوردر افريقيه تتعامل معنا باسلوب كله استهتار واستهزاء معامله نديه بشكل لم نراه من قبل ابدااااا ولفتنا انتباههها اكثر من مره ان هذا غير لائق وغير مقبول

وصول الطلبات بعد فتره كبيره جداا
و علي فترات متباعده جداا كل شخص اضطر لتناول الطعام بمفرده
ولاستكمال المعاناه بعد ساعه من انتظار فردين ل طبقين (اسكندر) يتم الاعتذار وتقول لايوجد بعد ساعه من الانتظار
وقبل الانتهاء من الطعام
ياتي الينا شخص باسلوب سيء يطالبنا بالمغادره قبل ان نقوم بطلب الحلويات ويقول لنا
ان المكان لايتيح لاحد الجلوس اكثر من ساعتين بالرغم اننا لم ننهي طعامنا واعترضنا للمره الاخيره علي مايحدث معنا وهذه المره الاولي لنا بهذا المكان واننا كونا فكره سيئه
واضطررنا للمغادره والذهاب لمكان اخر لتناول المشروبات والحلويات وطلب غداء لمن تم الغاء الاوردر الخاص بهم

لم اري من قبل مطعم بهذا السوء
ولا انصح احد الذهاب له
الاكل ليس طعمه جيداا بل عادي سمك غير متبل ومشوي بطريقه اقل من العاديه
الجمبري سئ ٥ واحدات بالعدد معهم صوص غير مستصاغ الطعم
البرجر طعمه سيء وحجمه صغير جداا ورفيع وطعمه عادي
وباقي الطلبات علي نفس المستوي اقل من العاديه
وعلي الرغم من اواجد مطعم تركي اخر بجانبه ذهبنا له مرات عديده لم نصادف بمثل ماحدث معنا بل كنا نستمتع جدااا
فاليوم اسوء يوم بالنسبه لنا لاننا فكرنا بتجربه
