Poor food quality. The quality of food has reduced immensely and isn't the same anymore. Service is very slow. I would avoid going there again.

Food was very tasty & well cooked but the waiter suggested some things that probably were not fast selling. Other than that - whatever we ordered was good option.

This restaurant is one of the few places where you will get good quality Indian chaat with reasonable price. Friendly and helpful waitress and staff.

Worst service we have ever experienced, not a place you would like to hang out with your family where reception counter is so rude. Better avoid this place

Been ordering from last 1 year and Ordered from talabat and sent small portion and ready to argue for small thing. Cheap thrills

Kamat Business bay opening timing is 9: 00 am, we went for breakfast during the opening hours and the staff - KARIM was not welcoming at all. Politeness n professionalism missing.

We have gone here so many times and it has NEVER let us down. Fast service, great food and nice staff as well, they always greet and have a consistent order of dealing with us, a lot of variety offered as well. Highly recommended to everyone.

Ordered samose chole without onion but served with onion and as expected when asked to change few onion pieces removed and served. Also samose chole was maybe half samosa and a spoonful of chole and this for 15AED is a rip off

We ordered some lunch to go- dosas- plain, cheese and rava including lemon rice and some tikka options- the food was awful, rubbery and tasteless- not expecting this quality from such an established brand.

A very good authentic vegetarian restaurant specialising in South Indian dishes and also North Indian. The quality & taste is good. One should taste their sambar rice & filter coffee which is very authentic udpi taste. Service is OK.

The Kamat Vegetarian Restaurant was a good India Restaurant. We ordered the Sweet and Sour Soup which was spicy and tangy. The palak (spinach) corn pulao was rice coated with the spinach mixture, and lots of corn sprinkled above, I really enjoyed this meal. Vegetable Stir Fry was an adequate dish which was paired with the Vegetable 65, the dish contained mushroom, broccoli, and corn. We did not enjoy the Curry Leaves in the Vegetable 65, as they gave a South Indian taste, which was not my cup of tea. Mysore Masala Dosa was another mediocre dish, we felt it was distasteful and boring. The service was unsatisfactory, we ordered the food in a sequence, with our appetizers first. But we did not receive our food in that sequence. The service was protracted, our food took and extremely long time to come. We ordered Papad which was brought cold, we had to return it to receive a hot papad.
Overall, the food was all right, service was quite slow, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was of high standard.

Ordered for Idli and Dosa which is average as compared to other South Indian restaurants. The worst part was the juices that we ordered. Literally 20 -30% was juice and rest was water. No taste at all.

The taste definitely needs improvement.

Stepped into this place for quick lunch on a weekday and was served with a delicious thali. For some strange reason, everyone else in the restaurant got servings of rice but I didn’t — I will put it down to my inability to order correctly rather than the restaurant’s fault. Overall, at AED26 for a fairly delicious lunch, this is an unbeatable deal.

It was all throught a wonderful dining experience at KAMAT RESTAURANT at Business Bay. They were very welcoming, accommodative to all our requests.
Mr. PANKAJ who served us during our visit was way hospitable, organised and efficient in handling our requests. Definitely one of my best dining experiences.

If you're big fan of Indian food, you must visit here. Kamat provides amazing buttermilk, must try veg Hara bhara kebab. A decent place to have your meal.

I went after 1 and 1/2 years to Bussiness Bay Executive Tower Branch Bcz of there bad behavior and delay in service, thought the things will be changed but got again same treatment I ordered for Gheerost. They have served it but when I have asked for Samber they said "Okay Sir bringing it, I have given him reminder got same reaply. Finally I have finished my dosa then brought the Samber. They have given the justification it happens due to rush.
There service is very pathetic and waiter do misbehave.

Quality of food maintained. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Pro tip; don’t be shy to ask for extra ghee on your roast.

But yesterday I tried paneer chilli and it was delicious

They have lots of variety for dosa.

Authentic Indian food is being served here quality of which is good, however rates are a bit on the higher side. Ambiance of restaurant is good.

A trustable name run like the way it should be run.one of the best restaurants in Dubai for sure. I can always strongly suggest them and I know no one will be dissatisfied.
Lately ordered a tiramisu and it was so yum. Definitely going to order more from them.

I asked for a lemon mint drink. U expect a lemon mint drink with salt and a straw in it in a glass prepared in kitchen which you can drink. You know what you get in kamath. Squeezed lime juice and a can of soda. You make it yourself. And pay them money. (This is not a review about their quality of food and other services. This is what i got today.).
There is not even a spoon or stirrer for this.you expect me to use my finger?
Why kamath. Why?

Best vegetarian restaurant in UAE, enjoyed all foods, sply Paneer Kolhapuri which suggested by staff member

We ordered 1 plate of Gajar ka halwa, it was not up to the mark the price that we paid for. The taste was not so good, very less quantity and there was hardly any mawa that made it really taste less. Wasted money ordering gajar ka halwa. We thought that gajar will be from India, that's why this much of price but it was purely china carrot with bad smell of milk.

This have been our favourite vegetarian restaurant since last 13 years and we still enjoy it to the fullest.

Kamat restaurant is always a good option from Business bay or downtown, if you are looking for a vegetarian food.

Good place to explore veg dishes. Ordered (home delivery) papdi chaat, Aamras puri, veg seekh kabab it was so good.

Its a mandatory thing to have a red tomato chutney along with dosa being served which Kamat dont have.

Very Bad service, i have ordered a ghee dosa came only with white chutney and sambar no red chutney not included, and dosa was so hard and very small potion not worth for the money what we I spend.

More than food I go there for Matka Kulfi, it's just so delicious! The food is good as well, specially the South Indian dishes. This outlet is located in Bay Avenue in Business Bay area and mostly is crowded over lunch and breakfast time.
The food is constant and almost same taste as other outlets of Kamat.
Worth a try specially for people who are vegetarians

Very poor delivery. They kept me waiting for more than an hour to deliver a dosa to an office 10 steps away form their outlet.

From Chinese to Indian- They have literally everything you could ask for. The reason I like this particular branch of Kamat is because of the ample parking in the area. Also, Mankhool is relatively traffic-free as compared to other parts of Bur Dubai. The ambience of the restaurant is casual and is a great place for a family meal. Their prices aren't highly exorbitant either. They do have a wide range of Jain options too. My Recommendations- Dosa, Vada, Gobi Manchurian

Visited dubai during Valentine's week, visited kamat restaurant twice for lunch and next day for dinner. Superb food superb place, very good tanduri and dal khichadi. Thanks for serving very good tadka on my family's demand

Tourist visiting Dubai, who are vegetarians, this place is a good place. Staff is good and menu is varied.

If you want a range of fresh Indian snacks (particularly pakoras), Kamat is the place. From Dahi puri to dosa (not to forget the delectable khichri and sarson ka saag among the main dishes), they make fresh stuff that tastes reasonably well. Service is a bit slow (and unsmiling) at times and the place can smell a little better. Generally speaking, if you are looking for a bit of hot spice on a rainy day, Kamat will serve you well.

Food is good as usual. Also good location as Bay Avenue has spacious parking facilities around the building.

Nice place to relax, eat, and meet people. South Indian food are served to its best. A cup of tea cost AED 7.00 which I feel is little expensive.
