بصراحة المكان رائع لاكن المعاملة سيئة جدا والموظفين غير محترفين. يعني موظفة هندية قبل ما نطلب تقول اقل مبلغ لكل فرد ٥٠ درهم. مافي مشكله انا احترم والتزم بقوانينكم لاكن اسلوبها في قمة الوقاحه وماتعرف تتعامل مع الزباين. نحن يينا القهوة عشان الاسم الطيب للمكان نحن مو فلهند عشان حد يعاملنا بهلاسلوب الوقح. اتمنى تتحاسب عشان ماتشووه سمعه المكان الطيبة وتشرد الزباين

Great shisha! Would recommend to try the Chicken Club, not too heavy on the stomach and tastes great!

Only downside to the experience was the wait time for servers to assist with orders however that can be attributed to the football finals that took place else would recommend this place highly.

1 of the best caffee in uae, and I am much impressed by Hamza working in same caffee, he is very hard working, good human being, give respect to all of his guests and loyal to his work.

Place nice and variety of food and beverages but put in mind during the football matches it really gets crowded and pricess ante high and sometime the stuff will insiste on selling something you don’t won’t

They took our order, came back and said we did not PAY ENOUGH to meet their "minimum per person" and protested that we abide by their policies or face being evacuated from the premises.

Worst experience ever. The waiter harassed me and my friends into paying a ridiculous amount per person if we wanted to stay. To add fuel to the fire, they also harassed me for bringing in a MASAFI WATER BOTTLE?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, do not ever come here. Save your money and your sanity and go to any other establishment

Well it is more of a bunch friends than a place for family or a date.
Great ambience if you are watching a match. TV screens everywhere.
No matter how crowded it is, the service is quick and correct. Very reasonable prices.

Without any doubt one of the best Hookah places in Dubai.they have a huge menu and every item is something.every time I go there I look forward to order something new

Ordered shisha and brought shisha used for another flavor which made it extremely horrible.

Changed it for me but still the head wasn't changed and it was not ok.

One of the Best Cafés in Dubai with a great menu, social mix, shisha and great selection of sweets and beverages at reasonable prices.

Very rude cafe manager called Alaa. Just read through reviews to see how many bad experiences people had because of him. I don’t know based on what he is hired if he doesn’t know how to respect customers!

3 is the magic number… you have to order 3 times until you get the right order. Also they have a very complicated system for charging your phone. You have to download an app and register and provide all your details and add your credit card details and pay for charging your phone. In Kana Business Bay they will bring you the powerbank to your table or at least offer to charge it at their desk… no more Kana Mirdif for me.

They mention that they open at 8am? ! But I was there from 9 and they said stuff will arrive within 5 mins and at 9: 30 am I was asked by a waiter if I want shisha or no! And when I said yes they said actually you need to wait as the charcoal is not ready. So please change your opening or serving time and make it actual. Thx

Used to be much better but they are deteriorating specially with the Shisha and food quality. The one in Business Bay is much better.

A great place to sit and relax with friends, with some of the best food you will ever have. Can get quite busy if there's an important football match going on but still a great choice of a hangout place.

Sheesha - very very bad

We had gone here on a Friday evening. Ordered our sheeshas. The sheesha came and within 15-20 mins it was hitting. We asked the sheesha guy to do something about the sheesha and he kept changing the coal. This happened 3 times. Until we went and spoke to the manager about it. He was sweet and got the sheesha changed. But again with 15-20 mins the sheesha died. On complaining again the sheesha guy came charging towards us like he's hit us for complaining about the sheesha. This was witnessed by the manager also. He did apologize for the sheesha guys behaviour. But we did argue a lot with the sheesha guy regarding his behaviour.

Next we had ordered a few dishes here. The quesadilla in particular took almost an hour to come. The rest of the food came and was consumed. But the quesadilla didn't come. On asking again and again we were told to wait for 2 mins. By almost each staff member Including the manager.

All in all this place has arrogant staff, bad quality sheesha, slow service when it comes to food.

Great cafe and great location. Always a frequent visitor of Kana Cafe. Perfect if you like smoking shisha but also great for food and drinks as well. Perfect chill joint.

This place is amazing, however it is too crowded and they don't have place to sit inside. If you're sitting outside, they don't have sufficient ACs. Therefore, if they improve these services, it'll be easy for people give them 5 stars

Message to management - change the manager immediately! This guy doesn't know how to deal with people. He's rude, obnoxious and constantly states at your table if you haven't ordered expensive drinks or Shisha.

He needs to be kicked out

Will do cause there aren’t any other shisha outlets around. The quality of the shisha is 6/10 and the service in general is alright. Prices are pretty high consider the quality of the shisha.

Main dish served 30 min before the salad as all were ordered at the same time.
They were lost as they kept bringing wrong orders.
Yet shwerma was good
Not good follow up for orders

You don't feel hospitality in Kana, they
have become too popular that they dont care about customers any more.

My message to Kana management is: money is important, and customer is important too; focus on both, otherwise, you will loose both.

I will never go there again, althoug i loved the place and used to go there often since it is very close to where i live.

Relaxing atmosphere! Good please to get together with friends or even for work! Plenty of focus on social distancing between tables.

It used to be good place, I used to go there frequently, but it seems there are changes in management and that is changing the attitude of the waiters and the quality of service.

For example, you order tea, the waiters will try to make you order juice, since juice is more expensive than tea.

There are many other examples on this attitude, you can go and check the place and see this attitude, then you will decide not to go there any more.

Branch manager Alaa is a very disrespectful man. Alaa called his employees animals and was speaking to my friends and I in a very disrespectful way.

I would never go back visiting Kana cafe branch in midrif uptown and I dont recommend anyone visiting that cafe.extremely bad experience.

The place is really nice but the manager is the rudest guy ever he doesn’t respect the people every time i go there i have to have a fight with him and he will be a great loss if he is still there as i know a lot of people stop going there because of him

Stuff very rude and carless.zero welcoming attitude.they couldn't find one chair for me.for one person.even when I spoked to the manager.forgot his name. I know he is from Tunisia.he said I can't help.you because we are full.and you see a lot of empty tables but they reserved.what happened to first come.first served? I dont recommend anyone to visit.plus it's very expensive anyways

I have been a regular customer for a year now and was shocked to be told by the manager that you have to the minimum bill. Very sad coming from a place where I live in the neighborhood.

I have been to the business bay cafe several times and I love it, before that, I used to go to the uptown cafe, today I made the mistake of taking my friends there. I had no problem when they said that the only available space was outside, we requested that once a table open up we go are moved inside, 3 different tables opened up (I kept on checking) one of the tables, bthey claimed that it was reserved ahead of time and the other 2 tables, staff offered no explanation for (obviously they were filled by individuals who were deemed "better quality customers" then us). What took it over the top was when a group of guys made a scene about being seated outside 5 minuted after being seated, they were immediately moved inside (knowing that there were more than 5 different groups of people were waiting their turn). When confronted, neither the staff nor the management provided conceiving explanation and kept on using corona and social distancing as an excuse.

Nice place to go with friends, or to use the internet there, the confusing thing when you order some thing you will find many bills for different restaurants!

A very beautiful place to hang out with friends. Good thing is that they have a separate sitting area for ladies only it’s gives plus point to have all the madness with your girl gang.
The ambience is superb, great picture points, very friendly staff. I would 100% recommend this place to go out and have fun with your friends with the weather so great these days, the cafe also has a outdoor sitting area. A must visit cafe

I don't like smoking. This is a smokers cafe. They have good for and ambiance. I'm sure smokers will enjoy out more than me.

I was at the Uptown Mirdiff Kana. The food was good since i tried it for the first time the Hummus and Shish Touk. The caramel coffee shake was Okayish. Shisha was also good but little harsh for first timers so order the light ones.

Best Shisha so far, the place has a nice vibe. We'll trainned staff. Can't say anything about food but good selection of beverage, love their dress juice selection.

Juices and Hot drinks are very good and provides very high quality. Shisha is good and the atmosphere is nice with nice decorations and facilities.

Am a regular in shishakana since 10years, a shisha lover like many others. My average monthly spend in shishakana on checking my credit card statement is 1700dhs which in a year over 20,000dhs. Multiply that with 10years of my business to shishakana is 200,000dhs.

Yesterday when I ordered for sheesha with the waiter, he stated MUST order drink as well. I told him it is up to me to order a drink with sheesha or not and I enquired the reason with few other waiters as they know me as a regular client they stated there needs to be a minimum spend. Cheap way to do business felt like a tourist in Venice near Rialto where they ask first will you spend 50euros before they let you sit Cheap management style observed lately even from the congested seating arrangements. Use better strategy to increase business one for start is look after your old customers, stop forcing drinks. Anyways u lost my 20K business to shishakana.

This is an upscale sheesha spot with good parking in the basement. Casual dress are allowed. Great menu for every taste. Amazing sheesha complimenting with one of the best Mojitos in town.

Very good service, quick service too, I love their fusion juice, nice quick biite food too, best place to see football matches. Only issue all time traffic/crowded inside and parking outside not much but still u can park in the mall.

Awosme place to hangout and watch soports amazing shisa better then so many well know places.

Nice and cosy. Amazing location. It's a residential building with other shops and amenities. Shisha isn't the greatest specially compare to the one near jumairah. The outside seating is comfortable. We ordered shisha and drinks. Their mix drink was tasty. One downside though, the electricity power went off for sometime. It didn't particularly bother me but it did annoy others
