Average food and terrible service quality. Most of the waitresses are rude and don’t know English…

If you're sheesha lover must try this place they have good flavours and food is also delicious.

I always am very honest when it comes to food quality, and here I could notice a lot of room for improvement place, atmosphere and service is great! Food and presentation could’ve been better, I even forgot to take the photo as it didn’t look very appealing to my eyes. But taste is subjective so maybe it will be good for you!

I recently visited Kana Cafe in Silicon Oasis and had a delightful experience overall. The Jordanian Mansaf was a standout, rich in flavor and authenticity. The mango juice was a refreshing complement to the meal. I also tried the dynamite shrimps, and they lived up to their name – quite flavorful!

However, my only hiccup was when I inquired about Pepsi alternatives due to a personal boycott. Unfortunately, one of the waiters was a bit brusque in response. Despite this minor issue, the delicious food and pleasant ambiance make Kana Cafe a worthwhile dining choice. I recommend it for those seeking a taste of Jordanian cuisine in Silicon Oasis.

Excellent place to meet with friends and to have shisha and hot or cold drinks. One thing they should add some instructions in the parking becomes it was so hard to know the entrance from the parking garage

Music is too loud, seats are not comfortable, herbal tea served with no filter so you have to figure it out yourself how to drink!
Shisha was good. There is bachgammon boards available to play. You can smoke inside.

Very nice but ground floor indoors gets so noisy n smokey. Upstairs is good. It will be nice to turn down volume whilst watching football ️. Not everyone comes here to watch the game

A hidden gem in Digital Park, Silicon Oasis. Delicious food, pleasant staff.
A very calm place.

Nice venue and ambience, no doubt. But service could have been better. The staff barely listens to your call or pays much attention. Rushes through everything and not easily accessible.

Finding the outlet was a little challenging at first. You need to park at the P4 parking area, and then walk into the building closest to the lot and then go right, and then you will see a small entrance door with Kana written over the frame.
It opens up to quite a big restaurant set on 2 floors.
The juices and coffee are served in big glasses, an iced Americano came served in a pint glass, so hope you come thirsty.
The food is decent, but the manaeesh and sandwich came cold, which was disappointing.
The sheesha is a fair price compared to other cafes and lounges we had been to.

Good service and decent food in new location in Digital Oasis. Wish we had found it earlier in the week. Sports bar with lots of football.

Rude service! One of the worst experience! The stuff is so rude and not welcoming at All! Never again and I will make sure that I will spread the word.

It an amazing area to have time with friends and work, staff are so friendly and menu is various.

Very disappointed from the customer service. Especially the lady at the reception.

After a tea I noticed that I've forgotten my bag there so I called the restaurant immediately. The lady on the phone told me that none has been found and it is not there. I asked "but did you check" she confirmed she did and nothing was there.
I came back to the restaurant and ask again. 2 of the team comfirmed that nothing was left at this table.
From far I could see my bag under the chair so I asked if I could go check myself. Another employee ran next to me, moved the chair and pick up my bag to give it back to me.

This experience doesn't make me want to go back to the restaurant knowing that I couldn't count on the employees for something as important as a forgotten handbag.

New shisha spot recently opened in DSO, exactly at Digital Park.
Nice location with high end Interior design.
A place where you can smoke your aroma shisha in quite atmosphere away from all busy cafes, music is nice along with its volume, service perfect by it is staff.
Shisha and coffee was amazing, need to stay more.
Cafe very clean and well decorated.
Have outdoor seating, very nice in winter weather.
Free Parking available.
Prices are affordable same as other kana branches.
Deserve to visit it again and again.
Good choice for people living close to it.

One of my Fav places. I love it. The atmosphere is very good. The menu variety is good. Prices are so reasonable.

Great lounge (might be bit noisy for a lounge per say). Ambiance is great. Indoor two floors (upper floor opens after 7pm only) and an outside seating area in winter.
Staff are friendly. But you need to look for one every now and then. They probably need to install bell buttons maybe. I dont smoke shisha but presumably its excellent (too many smokers hit the lounge for shisha). Food is great. Drinks are great (not caffeinated drinks though). The parista dont know the difference between a late and a cappuccino -critical-.
You can spend a good time there. But if you have work you need to concentrate on dont go. Or sit outside.
Prices are fair. Just at average.
My favorite dish is the rib eye stake and rocca salad.

Shisha is the best and really enjoy friends gathering at Kana - high price in comparison with same level

A nice place to chill out especially in the winter evenings and in DSO. Finding the place is a quite the wild chase though

Ordered a simple fresh Avocado without sugar, and the drink came totally wrong, with sugar and ice cream. Spoke to manager and waiter, and they simply ignored the situation, didn’t change the drink, and said that next time we will remember to bring you without auger. Totally rude and unprofessional attitude

I like kana cafe but this specific branch got really POOR Service. Most of the things we ordered were missing stuff and every time we tell a waiter to bring something they be saying that i will call the other waiter to take your order and they never come. I prefer the branch in Business Bay because its way more organized

Very spacious and cosy. The noise from the TVs can get loud and annoying at times. Prices are reasonable for the service.

Good food, great choice of drinks and smoothies (well served too). Shisha is great and the place has a chill vibe. Out of all Kana lounges, this one is my fav.

A place to enjoy your coffee, the most thing i like about this place that you have your own space to work and the social distancing is maintained, they have good internet speed and at the same time the cafe is covered with Du UAE WiFi, good hospitality and quality products used in preparation of F&B.

To people who smoke shisha be careful about the pipes open the bag by your self make sure its cover not used it happened to me and i admit it was my mistake until now i am so confused how i accept to smoke although I noticed some thing weird and in corona time its crime just i want to send this message to kana management watch your workers.

Food is great with a lot of choices.
In love with their milkshakes (Mango, Oreo and Strawberry), Francesco chicken sandwich and the crispy chicken boneless wings.
The reason for me giving a 4 star is the music they play is way too loud. Very difficult to have a conversation when the table is inside.

Very relaxed, fun and also professional staff. Absolute happiness with the service.

Wide choices of great food and beverages. Have to highlight pizza, which I consider as the best one I Dubai so far I have had. But this might be subjective.

Shisha available as well, with constant re-charcoaling and overall great quality. Very happy I dont have headache which I am prone to experience at some lounges.

Visited place few times, always sitting at outside area, which I personally prefer. But interiors look very cozy and comfortable also:)

Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating area. They also provide sisha and free WiFi if you would like to meat with friends or finish business.

The Shisha is horrible. I ordered their special Shisha and it was below average. Their food menu is very is very limited in choices and nothing from what I tried tastes good. The only good thing is their drinks but this is one place I'll never visit again. Over priced for nothing.

Great place! The food is very good we had bolognese spaghetti, fajita wraps and dynamite strips which was amazing!
The drinks are absolutely delicious and so generous in quantity. Try the Oreo milkshake or the Kana cocktail. The presentation is on point as well.
And pricing is very fair, for the environment, the quantity and the quality that you get, prices are very fair.
The staff is very very nice too, always around to check if everything is fine
