I asked for a nice blend of light coffee and hazelnuts tht they offer. At first they said its AED32 per 200g. Which is cool.
Then they came back saying sorry we dont have enough. We can only offer u cups now.
I said ok no prpb, and sat with my wife to have 2 of that nicely blended flavour.
The shock was when the girl offered us the cups:
1- the cups were literally half filled.
Imagine a small cup of coffee thats only half filled (like oje cup divided intp two).
2- it wasnt even made in a "kanaka". Infact it was like pjt in the cup with sum hpt water on it.
3- they chargede AED50 FOR LAME COFFEE THEY PROVIDED.
THAT WAS AN UTTER RIP OFF. ZERO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. FOR 2 EMPTY CUPS OF COFFEE THAT ARE EVEN MORE EXPENSOVE THAN THE MOST EXPENSOVECOFFEESHOP IN PARIS.
I SAID WHY IS IT HALF FULL!
SHE DINT ANSWER ME! I PAID IN SILENCE AMD LEFT.
NEVER FELT RIPPED OFF AS MUCH BEFORE.

As someone said before - I was surprised to find such gem in this neighborhood. I was looking for a place to buy good coffee beans, Kanaka has a variety of good quality beans from around the world. Coffee preparation is on high level, fresh coffee beans and master’s baristas are making the difference. I would mention Emalyn and Nika, and all Kanaka Dubai team, thank you for hospitality and all good vibes. Always is a pleasure to be here

Coffe is ok, but expensive compared to the coffe shop location also the area very small and the chairs not comfortable at all

This place is so amazing. I had spanish latte and piccolo Rwanda. And i loved it so far the best coffee. Highly recommended to friends and family. Shop ambiance is calm, music was good while having your best coffee. Staff is friendly and welcoming. 100% gonna come back here

Such a mesmerising shop that literally prepares coffee with love. I couldn't imagine that there is a place with specialised people who really understand what is true coffee in that manner. Mr. Hassan the cafés manager is a decent person whom I could easily call a proffesor of coffee. I highly recommend this place because it's not just a hot drink on the run but a turning point of your taste buds.

Nice coffee, but the price is little high. I liked the experience, staff and the coffee but I feel like I payed More!
