I LOVE PAKISTANI FOOD ALOT BUT I COULD NOT EAT THE FOOD THEY SERVED IT DIDNT TASTE LIKE A PAKISTANI DISH.

Very bad service specially i found there waiters abusive and no manners.even manager of this restaurant involved in all aspects.

I am a big time fan of the palak paneer from Karachi.been having it for more over 15years and It still tastes the same.

I would have rated it less than 1 star.but minimum will be 1 so.can't help.

Very third class service.
I went to the location for the first time today. I ordered the paratha and chose what I wanted with it, but these poor people made someone's leftover paratha, which looks old for a day, into stale paratha parcels. When I went home, I said that's all.
You are giving the taste of faith even for a single rupee.
This is the first time this has happened to me in Dubai in 22 years

Food Quality good, Taste Ok but prices and quantity are the best as compared to other desi restaurants in whole karama area.best for people who don't cook at home.

Really disappointed and dirty restaurant. Avoid going there. Even is expensive but is bad. Not like use to.

I was around the ADCB Metro area for some pending work, when I entered this place to have dinner just to save some time and Dirhams. While I didn't go here with a lot of expectations, I ended up liking the food quite alot!

Their Nihari with Rumali roti was extremely tasty to my surprise and it came with a generous serving of salad and butter milk. Though the quantity might not be enough for an individual who is very hungry and loves Mughlai dishes, it comes at a very low cost.
You have a few desert options in the lengthy list of items they have on their menu, but in all honesty can avoid as the Gulab Jamun I tried wasn't a very good one. Not bad, but not a very good one.

The lower rating I'm giving here is not because of the food or cost per meal, but mainly because of the cleanliness and the service they offer. Both need significant improvement I think.
Taste skews the weight in the restaurants favor though.

Ordered food for breakfast, not just delivery didn't reach but didn't even receive a decent reply.

Tandoor roti, kebabs (meat and chicken), Tikka here is good. An affordable restaurant. Tandoor roti comes with a gravy thats is delicious. Mutton Biriyani did not meet my expectations. Customer service is average.

Every food tastes like same. Mostly Cutlery is not in good condition very old. Taste is not close to Karachi food.

We are here at City Karachi darbar restaurant Karama. The taste of food was fantastic as well as hospitality and service was good. We ordered mixed grill and Tikka Biryani. So it’s to say that overall experience was good.

The server Zameer is very cordial. Perfect for any management.
I hope Karach Darbar recognizes he has a way of making patrons for the long term.

Today i went in karchi darbar karama its my 2nd visit in this hotel
Amezing staff service spl mr aamir he suggest me to try chikan achari and rumali roti its a verry dilecious food i like the way of talkin its a good palce nd i m visitin agian nd again in this restaurent good ambiance every thing was good i ll give above 5 star rating

Such a waste service I have ever experienced. They treated me and my friends like a beggar. They didn't allow us to sit inside the restaurant, also they provide two kind of foods inside and outside of the restaurant. Outside of the restaurant they provide second quality food, their supplier said the truth. We decided, never ever gone again.

NOT Good, If you are planning to go with family, please don't.
Even if they have a Separate family section, a creepy customer was sitting alone kept on staring us there. When we complained to the owners about him, they said they can not do anything about it & clarified that there is no such rule for family section. A single customer can sit where ever he wishes to irrespective of he is alone or not.

An amazing place to have authentic Pakistani food at reasonable prices. Still the thought of savoring their Mutton Haleem dish that i had had a good 3 years ago, makes my mouth water.

Chicken was okay but the mushroom was not cooked properly and pathetic. Service is late as well.

I visited here in person and they serve good. But when you order for take away it's bad. They mix 80 percent water in Raita. If you want to eat go to Restaurant. Don't order online.

Please do the renovation very bad toilet and service areas need immidate action.
We cannot enter like before for having food in that restaurant.

Best thing about this place, it's cheap. Tea is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, can't say the same about food.

We order two karai. Chicken karai and Mutton Karai. But both test wad average and Qty is not sufficient aa they charge.

Best Karachi Darbar branch in my opinion, been to many branches in the UAE but this one always stands out for some reason I can't out my finger on why.

The outdoor seating is great especially in winter and great place to talk and eat with friends and family.

Mad staff full with attitude and doesn't provide salad and raita its all with extra cost if you sit outside whats that rule I m the regular customer at other branch but this branch will rate -0 star for all the staff and the manager

Its ok.cheapest breakfast in 4 dhs but location wise its ok to visit.food service price is good but location is not good

If your in the mood for authentic Pakistani Karachi darbar is the place for you it is a place with all the original Pakistani dishes at its finest. Highly recommend visiting.

Haleem was good we tried mixed daal it was nice too. Staff here is very supportive and great service provided.

I am taking everyday parcel from Karachi darbar karama.today I am surprised after looking of behavior of your cashier and waiter.
Really very bad behavior from your cashier and waiter.
15th April 2020,6.30pm I went there and ask for 1 cup parcel tea.he told very arrogantly: s"me khade raho. ". I really feel very bad.
After that he bring 1parcel tea.but due to rain in Dubai today, I told him can u please give me tea so cup cap.he told caps finished. I asked to cashier can I wait outside here and take a tea.he also arrogantly replied " wait there, u can take a tea by sleeping by sitting by running etc like this.then I am taking a tea out side one person came and he ordered some food and tea. When he got his parcel I saw in his parcel, his cup is covered with a cap.
After saw this I asked to waiter why u give him cup cover when I asked u told all finished then how this is available. He told I bring from kitchen.
Really bad service in my Dubai life.
I request to Karachi darbar team to take strict action Against this.
Your cashier and waiter speaking arrogantly which is not good.

I loved mutton sheekh kabab briyani here. It tastes unique and yummy. I used to go here once in a month

If you are fan of Pakistani food or if you want to try the authentic pakistani food then it's the best place you can have food economically.
They are a very different authentic taste of Pakistani food. I tried Peshawar mutton it was awesome with Tandoori roti.

But remember when they serve food don't touch the vessel it's too hot.

Used plates are not cleared off the table, tables are not wiped clean, flies can b seen near the table.nobody will come n take order u need to call them.

The resturant has got some excellent paratha, tea and omlete but the resturant smells like toilet. This smell is a patent smell of this resturant that I have been smelling from many years now. It comes from the toilet that is on the right hand side of the restaurant after entering that leads you to the family dining area.

Very worst experience service so slow and irresponsible like animals are work there.i take meal 2 times but both time face same behaviour.
I think owner of restaurant feel all is good going on that's why all is not good.

I was very unhappy when I take dinner there.meal just ok staff behaviour totally irritated I so many times calls for my next order but they ignored me. I am a traveller and I visited so many restaurants but in this restaurant very horrible experience.i am also from Pakistan and this restaurant belongs from name of karachi city but it's very hard to explain because I feel shame.
Any way people go there for cheap food but menu not cheap.i give 3 stars because only for this name is Karachi darbar restaurant.: (: (

Chain of Pakistani restaurant in Dubai. Where ever you go, there is a Karachi Darbar closer to you. From kheema paratha in breakfast to chicken kadai in lunch and chicken tikka in dinner, everything is flavorful and delicious. My all time favourite is Namkeen roast. Nobody serves it better than Karachi Darbar.

Excellent tasty Pakistani cuisine casual and cheap.good portions.ambience is street type restaurant but food quality and taste is excellent though.biryani, daal and karahi are excellent and not spicy enough for Pakistan's.

Service is very bad. Waiter disappointed me to much. Im not really happy to go there. I will never go back to Karachi darbar.

I am veg and i tried Veg biryani. It was ok. Not impressive. But my friend was non-veg and he is happy with non-veg food.

Heard a lot of good about this Pakistani restaurant. Wanted to try their breakfast for which we had stayed in Dubai. Unfortunately we reached late there like by 12 and all of their breakfast was finished by that time. So we were left with the option of lunch items. We ordered daleem and a Punjabi samosa from them. They had a sitting place but we preferred for take away. Daleem was good in taste and so was samosa. Would love to try their desi nashta for which we have heard a lot. One thing to mention that their naan (bread) are a must have. So tender, soft and yummy. They were a definite try.

If we need some paratha for the breakfast I'm always buy in thes restaurant Karachi darbar paratha is so nice Becos only litle oil and serve new cook and some of other salona serve us well fresh cook.g0dbless&gudluck,

Worst experience ever in Dubai. I had a biriyani in which the rice was like RUBBER uncooked rice. I asked for a refund and the cashier does not care and demanded the money. I felt cheaten given that biriyani. Just had one mouth of it I couldn't eat it at all. Inspection should be carried out here.

Look, this isn't the best Pakistani restaurant in Dubai. It IS the best Pakistani food at that budget in Karama, though. If you're looking for great chicken tikkas, barbeque, biryanis and karhais, all for less than AED 100 for 3 or 4 people including soft drinks, then head over to Karachi Darbar. Some other great things about this outlet: Friday mornings until 11am, they serve Halwa Puri and Cholay Great chai. As in, proper Karachi-style doodh pati chai

Karachi darbar dosent have its excellent customer service anymore. Dining experience was not good as expected before visiting.

Reasonable prices, services and cleanness shall be improved. Manager on the cash counter shall be trained to handle the complaint like an educated person. If a customer complaints about the food, Manager shall not freak out and say this is best food we sale in Dubai and nobody complaints. He should listen to the complaint and look into the facts.

The worst Restaurant in the Whole middle east not even Clean Manager on the counter was bad no response nothing and I am suggesting u not to go and have food over there Manager on the counter shouting at the cooker s I was buying a tandoori Chicken and there was lizard I wont even give one star
