Most worst food i ever eat bad smells and staff also not meat very bad attitude if you order everything they will give the half of that very eresponsible staff and billing person don't eat there

Not the KD that's present across the city. Unlikely flavours and dull ambiance. Service, not quite much, had to ask for a waiter aloud.

Terrible experience - very illmannared staff - they have no clue how to speak to a customer - all because of lack of competition in the area - called for some order, while explaining the address he interrupted and said this place is so huge give me a room number - I told him in the same tone not to interrupt and told him to deliver

After i had a meal there with my friend today early morning, we both got stomach pain, they also charge you for the sides dishes

Terrible experience. Employee named Suman treated us very badly. When we asked about the Salt and tissue paper. Request the management to take appropriate action against this person- who doesn't know how to behave to the customers.

Good spot for cheap food. Huge dishes variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking items.
Food taste is good, grilled and bar b q items are better than curry items. Breakfast is recommended.
For family dine in, sitting area is not as much suitable so better to take away or ask for delivery. Overall good option for day to day food

Mutton Pesahari is more delicious and Like the taste. Even Salad need to be served at first, here most of the customers get the Salad items later on once the food were served.

One of the worst branches of Karachi Darbar. Ordered 4 paratha and 2 haleem and one chana. Delivery came after 1.5 hours, and wrong items: 10 roti, 2 haleem and no chana.
Haleem tasted very bad.
The restaurant guy Muhsin had nothing to say but that he forgot my order after calling and reminding him almost 3-4 times.

This is unacceptable and I think the Karachi Darbar management should look into such stupid and unaccountable behaviour of the employees.

Not gonna order from Karachi Darbar for sometime now.

I would give -5 if there was an option.

One of most worst behavior of the colleges, i went there and ask for lemon to one waiter name gulzar, he said not available, surprisingly i said lemon is not available. Another waiter came listen and bring it. Totally insane act. After that when i ask reception guy what gulzar did it. Gulzar came and said, you are not only the customer here very annoying and bad attitude.i am done with it.if i can give below then one star definitely i give.

Now a days management is very bad even on family place they are putting for bachelor's so family person cannot seat there we mostly go there with family

Very bad all over the uae this branch is worse very poor and bad service. The staff is not entertaining the customers at all. Request to all please don't visit this branch

I ordered chicken biryani and it server quick because I wanted to finish my lunch quickly to attend the driving class in Excellence Driving school.
This restaurant is opposite to drive school.
Food is average and reasonable price.

We ordered below items
1. Chicken tilka
2. Tikka biryani
3. Chiken karhai

This branch whenever i visit i enjoy the food and its taste moreover fresh bread enhance the taste

Absolutely shocking rude behaviour from the attendant name Gulzar. Extremely rude.
When asked him about specific dish he refused to say anything. We left he kept arguing behind us with inappropriate language. No apology no sorry.
Shame on Karachi darbar service and staff.

Food was cold & service was also not upto the mark. This branch of Karachi darbar hardly impressed the taste buds & overall experience.

Not good experience, waiting for 10-15 minutes, no body takes order. Two times told to receptionist, he no response. Morning time same issue and afternoon same. Very bad experience. I never had that kind of experience. If you don't respect your customers, u can't attract customers

Bad experience.worse management.order something which tasted not what we used to eat here before.the manager still charge it to our bill even when we returned it.very bad experience just avoid it. I was a regular customer with family but now not anymore and advise other the same

This is the second time we got dal salan and it was stale (basi) really disappointed. Not recommended at all. All family had same experience stale food (basi)

It used to be good but is a totally unhyegenic place who doesn't care about the female customers it seems. I visited to have chai and snacks in the afternoon and it was packed. They didn't care to serve me and one more lady sitting in the family room. I went to the counter and reminded of my order and still no vain. I tried after 20 minutes thinking maybe they were too occupied but nothing. Same rude response. So biased.

Very unfriendly staff, came here a few times to check if any difference bit always the same. More over if u complain then this would show in the servings and the attitude. Place seems ok for a small item pick up only. Other branches are better.

Good evening Karachi Darbar one of the good restaurant In UAE Spatially for Pakistani foods I really enjoyed the tast And I want to introduce the new menu at will be available to order on new year 2022. To Karachi Darbar management i was been there a great experience with the my family i really appreciated because of the great service. And they have a great staff Mr Mohsin his amazing gay.

Not all food is tasty some are tasy and some are roughly cooked dont try specifically chicken kharai its heart broken

Nice neat and clean restaurant with wide variety of Pakistani dishes. Good to see the fast response to the ordered items too. Overall a good experience

Karachi darbar is very good restaurant in UAE, food is very good fresh and delicious. Staff in mushaina 4 branch is very nice, especially Mr, Mosin, Abid and sohail bie are very nice, they provide very good and quick service. Its a best place to have lunch, dinner or breakfast. Thank you dear Mosin and Abid.

Very bad experience. Just ordered one daal mix takeout. When I came home it was water and daal mixed together. With no taste at all.
Worst taste, never will go back to KD ever. Won't even recommend this food for my worst nemesis.

PATHETIC delivery time. They take forever to deliver for less than 1.5km. Called them thrice and each time same response “it’s on the way”.

Never ever food order from them. Just 200m away. Just told me its on the way. After several call around 1.5 hour they said ur food is not out of delivery. Worst experience in my life. Never ever food order from them.

On the board outside the shop, 4 ice cream was found to be 9 dh and ice cream was bought 4 x 44dh and cup ice cream was cheated.

Good experience with my last visit. Ordered over phone & it was ready at promised time. Staff was polite & friendly. I loved mutton kadai with rumali roti.

I visited the Karachi Darbar near Excellence School, and faced a very bad behaviour of your Staff of the Cash Counter. Their services are too late in case of serving.they have no manner how to talk with a Customer.i would not recommend anyone for this Resturant. ILL managment and illetrate staff

Until now they are keeping money, they are not punching order they will just keep money and make you fool with talk.

Low quality chai they served like 95%water and only 5 %milk only for giving color very disappointing to visit

Best food and correctly priced for every individual. Try their bihari kebab on thursday and friday.

As there's no cafeteria or resturant near that location so they have a very good opportunity to grow.

Never ever order from them they took 1 & half hour to deliver 200meters away I called them 10 times regards my order very poor response and in my whole life I have never seen butter chicken in white colour wasted money I ordered around 50aed

The biggest mistake of my life that I ordered Chinese from this restaurant. I worst quality ever. And even the waiter cheated me for his tip. He asked me to pay 42aed when my bill was 40aed only, I realized after as I just pay and came out from there as even environment was not good for family.

Karachi Durbar food is very fun And best service is given You go and enjoy your lunch or dinner.
