No way again. I haven’t received my delivery in same day, which is too bad for a food delivery service, considering the Dubai standards.

I love Türkiye and when I found this store out I was so happy. It's my go to store to buy Turkish products in Dubai.

Terrible service and bad experience. I placed an order online yesterday, after 2 hours and after following up with the store, I find out that they are not be delivering the same day and will have to wait till the next day. Sent an email canceling my order and spoke to the store to cancel it. Still the next day someone called to deliver the order. They did not see the cancelation.

المحل صغير ولكنه يحتوي على منتجات تركيه متنوعه من خضار طازجه ومجففه فطائر مثلجه لحوم مثلجه شوربات انواع من القهوه انواع مختلفه من الزيتون اجبان مبرده ومثلجه ولين عيران مبرد ذو الطعم التركي اللذيذ حبوب تسالي محار مطبوخ ومثلج بوريك بحشوات مختلفه بالجبن والسبانخ والبطاطس انواع مختلفه من مشروب الكازوز واشياء اخرى كثيره ولكن ينقص المحل هو وضع اعلان او لافته خارجيه باسم المحل كل الشكر للموظفه بالمحل حيث قامت بتقديم الضيافه من لبن عيران والماء المبرد كل الشكر لاصحاب المحل

First time Made an order online. Confirmed. They didn’t deliver they didn’t even call. When I called to ask they are like let’s see if we can deliver, we don’t promise any time etc.don’t take risk if you want your order to be delievered.

Products are good. Staff don’t know anything. Even I have shown a drink with a cherry on it and asked her, she didn’t know what is cherry. It’s better to keep 1 trained staff than 4

Nice place for Turkish food. The staff should be better trained - they hardly know what they sell to the customers.

So bad experience I had to wait 4 days to receive my order but the status didn't change.when I called them they said no idea we will call you back.after all they said you have to wait 3 to 4 more days again because we don't have too many orders to your area

Very nice shop.almost have all the turkey products you need.highly recommended.dont forget to get the turkey cheese and butter

سوبر ماركت للمنتجات التركية اسعار جيدة ومنتجات عالية الجودة. مشكلته ان مش معروف بالمنطقة وحتى لافتة ماكو اتدل على السوبر ماركت بالصدفة لما تدخل للبناية اللي فيها شركة تأمين البحيرة تلاقي رول مكتوب عليه اسم السوبر ماركت ولما اتخش تلاقيه على يمينك مليء بما لذ وطاب من المنتجات الغذائية التركية.

There are many items belongs to Turkey. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Some of the items are priced normal and some of the items are priced slightly high. But overall its a good destination for Turkish shopping.
