Karakoy Gourmet - Dubai Marina

My Turkish husband and I bought sujuk from there which was labeled as "Kasab" Butcher Quality but tasted like pure soya. Having tasted many varieties of Sujuk including that of real butcher quality- this was far from it. The Fresh "Homemade" sarma - Stuffed grape leaves were not fresh and far from the original taste of Sarma. They do have other great products but these two in particular were not up to the right quality. Hopefully this changes. Not worth the time to go hunting for the same.

Horrible service. They claim to provide an online delivery service without committing a delivery time. It is up to them when to deliver. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. If you want to have better alternative, try Bakkal.ae

Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE THEY CHARGED MY CARD @ 1745 pm AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. FOR THESE INDIVIDUAL SHOPS YOU ARE BETTER OF WITH #INSTASHOP. I CALLED AND THEY SAY I HAVE YO WAIT TILL THEIR DRIVERS ARRIVE, SO I GUESS FROM 5 PM YESTERDAY TO 930 AM TODAY NO DRIVERS. They answered but what they wrote is incorrect.
THE MANAGER IS WORSE HE HANG UP ON ME.

Good products however very bad delivery service exprience with their ahoy partner.one of reason ı will never place order again.

On the Talabat site, the bread in this store is in the FRESH column, but I got it frozen. I'm disappointed.

Amazing Hospitality, great product variety and the prices are ok for the quality provided. Would definitely recommend for some turkish products.

I am very happy to find my favorite mussel in town. Loved every bite of it. Thank you so much. The baklawa is also very good.

Acayip fena. It was the worst midye dolma I’ve ever tried. I received it frozen‍️‍️‍️ Okay microwave solved it, the biggest surprise was inside - I couldn’t find midye It was full of dry rice and on the top something reminds me “old stockings” I guess it was midye. I was so excited to find my fav food here and such a disappointment. Do not waste your money ordering from there.

Feels like little Turkey! You will find the necessary stuf you need here of which most of them will be from Turkey. Ready künefe is price worthy and easy to make once you bring it home. Definitely coming back!

This is the first time I write a review, but I must say amazing staff working there. Very kind and helpful.they helped me pick the right products I want. Thank you Omar for the great help! PS their pastrami is wow!

Specialty authentic gourmet Turkish food and groceries, fantastic and amazingly helpful staff and great selection.

Wide variety of turkish products, some at reasonable price others not so much. Visited the place after finding their SZR place and having a great experience when talking to the manager.

This brach, however, is another story. Visited this place last week to buy some kolbasa for salad. We tried explaining what kind we wanted but the butcher couldn't quite understand it, so we settled for something that would be categorized as medium-range in my county.
When I was about to check out, I saw the price tag of AED 99/kilo and was shocked. I went back to return it and explained why, to which an older manager in green shirt replied that I cannot expect good quality and cheap price. I told him that this isn't good quality and even then, I would never buy at this price for a salad, instead of a cold cut.

Long story short, ny the end of the conversation the guy turned hostile, cynical and rude. Before I left with the rest of the purchases, he was giving off "yella-bye" vibe.

Definitely not going back to this place again. The non-treatment of a typical Carrefour is much better than this mistreatment of customers.

Was my first time there today. They are so nice and friendly. I am impressed. Fantastic selection of nice Turkish items. So nice to kids. I hope you guys are existing for long. I will come back!
