Karama Medical Center (AlQuoz Grand City Mall)

I have really bad experience in this hospital.all staff are so rude.like they are ready to fight.please guys don't west your time in this medical center.

My friend had fever doctor treatment is after 1 and 1/2 of hour later meet Dr.
Dead slow

Great staff & environment

But the process of the treatment is very slow I have completed treatment there which have taken much time even there were not More patients in the moment

Very rude and arrogant staff on the front desk especially the thin girl I was feeling sick and dizzy there's at first they were treating fine but later when she asked me about my company's insurance and she was saying that it's not working you can visit our other branch like it doesn't make any sense how if it works there and doesn't works here then she's saying come tomorrow if a person is dying or it's an emergency they will say come tomorrow what kind of staff is that? These are the services they provide and the way they talk is so rude especially the lady. She really needs to learn how to treat the patients

Very good hospital. The dental doctor is very helpful and very nice character. She is the best doctor ever I seened before.

I went their with my friend at grand city mall right health clinic the staff was so helpfull

My friend forgot his insurance card They help us to find our insurance company

Very bad experience like he’ll we are waiting more w4 owr no doctor available why the don’t inform to people the workers are luberr no one listening all stuff very rude no one here for listening poor people

Worst experience in this medical center, to meet Dr we have to wait at least 3 hrs. For taking appointment 1 hr. To Meet Dr 2 hrs.only one Dr available, no seating facility. My opinion Best to visit Al Quoz Mall Karama.

Very uneducated and untrained staff working here. If you need just a medical checkup they'll get more than three hours. Very irresponsible and immoral stuff here. If you don't believe you can try here a medical checkup. Doctors are v good.

Worst staff'i never have seen in any hospital'there is no customer service at all' i have been to this hospital at 20: 30hrs and there are two staff at the reception one lady and one man 'they said its close' very rudely'''when i said but when i called u' u said its open until21: 30hrs""and why u r saying its close'after that they started arguing with me 'and they dont care at all'they are saying u can go to some other hospital". I dont understand they are workimg in hospital or superarket! I think there seniors has to take serious action on it!

Worst experience I have ever received in the health facility. I took few simple tests but it took these medical centre 2 weeks to provide the test results. The most annoying thing is that the receptionists are un professional. I kept on visiting the centre for my results but they kept on telling one lie after the other and service is offered to patients depending on the race. Indians received quick treatment as most of the centre staff are Indians.
I never recommend this to any one coz the service delay and delivery puts one's health at a risk. Thanks to Dr Abilash who recommended the tests and Dr Liza Babu.
