Karama medical center Al khail gate

Customer service is very bad, the person name BABAR NAWAZ has too much attitude and arrogance, he threw my Emirates ID card.
LONG QUEUE WAITING at customer service agent registration.
Almost after waiting for 30 minutes you can reach to the nurse for checking blood pressure, weight etc.

On helpline their price is different but when you reach At clinic their prices are double I extremely suggest all of you please don’t visit this pathetic clinic ever

Had very bad and rude experience, even though some Doctors are good, but receptionist are unprofessional, they make sure your BP gets raised, and no one cares. Still wondering why management don't care about these. Dr Meena is the only reason I go there, excellent pediatric.

I visited this clinic few days ago and I was suffering from injection molding and I was hoping that someone to help me then from this reception team Mandeep and Babar help me lot even I don't have to much money they give a discount price for each and everything even they asked the pharmacy to give a discount for medicine, I just want to say this guys are really good and Dr Jayan is so nice to me I am really happy and satisfied with their services I will recommend to people to visit and give them a change to serve.

I swear the worst place ever in my life and the worst experience ever, i want peoples to avoid this unprofessional medical centre. This was my second time today in al khail gate, first of all receptionist are the worst ever i swear they dont know how to talk with the customer and how to deal with them. The staffs are literally very rude. I had never been in a place like this. I higlhy denied peoples to go there. Peoples gonna regret with the peoples of this medical centre.

Hi, I would like to give a suggestion. Today I visited to the clinic. There was a shortage of Nursing staff. Sister Reyma was very very good but 3 doctors were there and she was alone. We faced too much trouble. I went fory two kid and me as well. But almost 4 hours I was there.

Service and staff good but please put the sufficient staff for more easier. Thank you

The worst experience. My baby had cold coughing and difficulty to breathe but they told me at reception they can not treat because I don't have appointment. I don't understand why this is a clinic, what if it's an emergency? What if someone is dying? This is so bad.

Honestly, do not come to this place. They try to use your insurance by giving to 10009 of medicn you do not need. Very dirty place unknown people coming when you are doing your tests

The lady doctor who works as General practitioner is the worst kind of Doctor a patient could ask for. I think she doesn't know the fact ppl visit to her are paying money and its not free service that she is doing. Doesn't even look at a person's face and very unprofessional. She spent more time chatting with fellow nurses and was so rude. Even the Nursing staff are very unprofessional and behave like they are in thier house do not even bother to acknowledge a complaint.

Nurces are very gentle, and friendly but Receptionist are rude, they just don't like if u question them their Behaviour is very arrogant.

The best hadler in in treatment room! Nurse remya in al khail gate 2 branch made me feel that needle poke can possibly be painless! That was my first time i ever felt nothing on needle poke! What an expert nurse! She's very caring too!

Very bad experience not recommended at all.
My son is just four years old and suffering with cold flu, & cough and it's been 1 month almost. During this time we went there 2,3 time and still he did not recover well. Today evening he start to cry and telling that he having ear pain & take me to doctor. I try my best by requesting for appointment but the right health admin just refuse and said there is no chance that you will get appointment today. Even he was hearing in phone call that baby was crying continue. Useless to go here not recommend to go especially for kids. They will never give good medicine.

1. Previously Doctor John was really very kind in difficult situation. So many already left. But really hearty thankful. May almighty bless them all. Especially sister Manju and other sisters who showed real care on patients health without any shouting.

2. Dr. Sarla Dodani, My dearest Doctor close to our heart ️, not only gynecologist, very motivating great Human being. There will be so many paragraphs if we write about her. I can give 10 stars for her alone. One of the best gynecologists in Dubai.

3. Dr. Meena Karle, pediatrician takes more responsibility for our kids health and explaining with patience. From Mama’s point of view as well. LOVE WITH CARE.

Some of the staffs are very great from office boy to receptionist (Mr. Mondeep). But too much delaying in getting approval and delivering. Nowadays waiting time is less than before. But if the staffs in reception become more responsible, it will be very helpful.

I visited recently to Right health in Alkhail Gate i was very sick and as a paitent i need a good treatment which i got from there. Dr.are so kind hearted and from the receptionist guys they treated me as they are well trained and i specially want to mention some name Mr. Mondeep and Mr. Babar.both of them are welled experience in there work. I want to say thank for that. Lastly i want to say this is the best clinic in Alkhail

I had very very bad experience with the dentist. She refused to do deep cleaning even if it is covered by my insurance.

Karama Medical Centre Al Khail Gate is a disaster place and not recommended at all, you will not get healed but more chances of contamination in this clinic, I will not call it, particularly a clinic as it doesn't look like it, but is more likely a fish market. There's no proper seating or waiting area for the patients, and no token system so everyone can be treated fairly on their turn. Staffs including doctors and nurses are so rude, untrained, disrespectful, and perfectly unprofessional. If you complain or give suggestions they advise you to write a review for the management to know! Unbelievable! Doctors' behavior is worst than anyone else (no example) he prefers to be in the JVC branch but was forcefully appointed in Al Khail Gate so he is taking revenge on the patients. The receptionist needs grooming and training to deal with patients. Rude is not a suitable word either! Don't know what to say but never go to Karama Medical Centre Al Khail Gate.

Amazing facility and wonderful Admin staff and Medical team.
I would like to mention specifically Mr Shiraz for his very human services and going out of his way to help us with our insurance issue, I can’t really thanks him enough, such aa kind soul. God bless you always.

Worst response for pregnant ladies

Very unprofessional staffs, very frustrated staffs due to the crowd

Paying 180 dhs is not at all worth for such standards

Can get many more better high end hospitals for the same price

They don’t even have the sample collector for the urine and they request you to wait for 3 days just for the bloody sample collector which is not evens 1 dirham

Really unhappy

1 star is given becoz there is no option for 0, we fed up with the clinic mainly receptionist shiraz and supervisor umesh. Both didn't know how to behave themselves. Many people did not mind but we are not kind of that people.

I had one of the best experiences with Dr. Karunan she and the nurses really took care of my situation when i got injured last year. They advised what to do and talked to me on steps we should we need to undergo because i am mentioned to her that I am diabetic and I unluckily burned both of my feet. Now because of Dr. Karunan i still have them. Thank you again Doc!

I used to visit here cause I am patient of Doctor Sarla. I always feel comfortable for my every visit, but nowadays after visiting for two days for follow up, everything changed, from the ambiance doctor and staffs. There is one guy name Arslan before who’s assisting and prioritizing always me cause I am pregnant, but never seen him again. The guy in insurance now is not better he’s talking like full of ego and will look at you with sharp eyes. When i ask staff where is that guy before he said better to not ask bcoz he will not comeback anymore, so I was thinking that maybe resign. To the management I suggest that you should keep staff who knows how to understand and talk and assist proffesionaly. Now a days I’m not getting good service, and facility has no manager.

Very impressed by this clinic. From the greeting at reception, to the nursing staff administering medication, everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Was fitted in same day as required. Will use again and highly recommend.

The clinic staff including reception & billing are very understanding. We consulted pediatrician Dr Khushboo Verma who made us feel comfortable and guided us very well.

Clinic is all time crowded…especially when it comes to staff it looks like they are really under staffed…Normal test generally takes long due to the crowd so would suggest to have more test centers inside.
Receptionist has been cooperative when it comes to attending calls and guiding throughout the insurance process
Clinic need to be worked on more staff so that it wont be too chaos around the entrance

Only 1GP in the facility takes more than 2 hours for me to wait to reach, GP took a lot of time. I was very sick of bodily pain and have been waiting for my consultation.

Receptionists are very approachable and friendly!
You don’t have to wait for a long procedure because services and attendants are so fast. Even the pharmacist are so cooperative… Keep it up and more power!

Very poor service, when i went to the counter they ask me to wait 20 minute then they sent me to room no 6. I waited 1 hr 30 minutes. Those people who come after me they was going to doctor first,

Under staffed and not even bother to check the patient who has made pre-appointments and payments.

Waiting in the treatment room since more than 20 mins and nurse has no idea.

i went to right health al khail gate and had very bad experience. Doctors are so rude they are not willing to help patients and giving excuses that You are fallowup for another Dr so we can do nothing.what it means You are not Dr and we can not even go to another clinic for 7 days. No choice we have.kinldy behave like Dr's because i didnt feel like you guys are Dr.
And appreciated that fornt desk they cooperated and make me feel relax. Doctors should learn from them how to treat patients.kindly consider it. I dont think so next time i will go there or
refer anyone to visit there.

From work to the clinic it took me 2hrs of travel and when i reached the clinic it was so busy that u need to wait for almost an hour just for temperature and blood pressure because there is only one nurse on duty.after this, they have informed me that Dr. Sarla cant attend me anymore as she finished her duty by 9pm. So i have to go back another day. I’d been visiting this clinic for a year now and they are always short of staff which is so incovenient for the patients.we are tired from work and sick the same time but the worst part is you are getting this kind of service from the clinic.really disappointing!

This is one of the best clinic that we have in our neighborhood,
it is not just consulting doctor to get opinion or give a try, a good listener
and observing for right diagnosis, effective explanation and of course compassion that we have witnessed from Dr. Khushbu verma (Pediatric specialist), Dr.we will never forget your support and kindness.

Have been visiting this facility for almost a year and should say they don't disappoint you. They have well Informed staffs and positive faculty. Would recommend to anyone.

I went there 2 days ago, I asked the receptionist if I can get a sick leave certificate as I was sick. They said I have to see the doctor because she is the only one who can give or not. I talked with the doctor & she just gave me a certificate just for an attendance proof that I’ve seek a doctor that day. I asked her again to give me a sick leave as I need it badly to rest from work coz I was really sick & she said everybody goes there is just make drama to get sick leave. Didn’t she see in my face and in my voice that I was sick and I was even coughing? ! If the mindset of a doctor is like her how can she/he will cure a sick person. Besides I came there to pay for any charges not for free. I’m so disappointed with that doctor and the receptionists as if they don’t know their works. I won’t recommend this clinic. My company accepted that paper but its unpaid leave. Just a waste of time to go there.

Not recommended for those who will take sick leave certificate. I’ve been working in a hospital and only this doctor (general practitioner) is the worst. She thought everybody goes there make drama. If doctor’s mindset is like that, how you guys distinguish if the person is sick, need cure & rest from working? Most of us are working standing for the whole shift. Besides we came to pay and not for free. I’m really disappointed.

The Center is overcrowded but they get the job done. A big thank you to one of the best doctors I have seen. Dr Sibuy Elyias is a very professional, caring and extremely confident doctor who knows what she is doing. Cannot thank her enough for treating my wife.

Ridiculous Front desk. First they say your insurance is acceptable, then while billing they claim you are out of network. Better off driving another 5 minutes to next clinic!

I visited clinic last day with severe joint pain due to muscle spasm, even after 3 hours they did not take the registration, number of people in the consultation queue was very less, that means delay is from the reception.management has to take care this, otherwise it will be a bad mark for their reputation. Doctors and staffs are good and helpful. But waiting time is more. I guess after implantation of tocken system, it more worsted. It can be improved if registration & consultion of doctor by tocken system and bill payment by standing in 'Q'.

I went in this clinic in al khail gate branch, it wasn't my first time, i came as a walk in. She said wait to call my name in room 5, i waited for 30mins without knowing there was NO doctor in room5, then i said no doctor inside, she said she'll transfer my name to the other doctor bcuz the doctor in room5 left already. It means if i didn't ask her I'll wait in room5 for nothing. She said I'm the next after the man before me, then after the man they called other guy. I asked her why he went inside, it should me first before that guy. I came first before him. Then her voice was loud at me. I said i want to cancel my appointment bucz i was upset already 45mins i was waiting. She was so rude. And while waiting the entire clinic was VERY noisy, 2 ladies in the reception was arguing about their schedules, i ended up canceling my appointment to the doctor bcuz of that recept ladies. I went there fto make me feel better, but they ruined my day. Not good experienced this time, they were un approachable. I AM SO UPSET WTH THAT LADY IN THE RECEPTION

I was at karama medical center today for a simple check up for cold. I went there at 3pm and waited for almost 4 hours. I enquired many times, as to how long it's taking for a doctor to get a simple check up done. Then finally was informed that their systems have changed and it will take some more time.
I regularly visit the doctor for my Blood Pressure checkup at karama medical center and the wait time goes on increasing.
It's ridiculous that I along with many other patients have to wait for so many hours to get a simple check up done. Makes one feel of no value waiting. It's utter waste of time and energy. Firstly not being well and then waiting for long hours. Would highly recommend karama medical centre at Al khail Gate to reduce the wait time for patients. This wasted my entire day, as instead of taking rest I was waiting for a doctor at the medical center.

Professional and caring Doctors and Nurses. Last week I visited the clinic for health issues and it was nice service. After treatment, Doctor Henna Kutty was calling and checking my health condition every day till I completely recovered. Thank you very much doctor. Highly appreciated

Very Bad service. The whole system is slow. GP is kind and good. But the overall process is slow. Have to wait too long to register and then again so long for consultation.

Today I visited karama medical centre in alkhail gate. Poor service. The attitude of reception staff is very very disappointing. They are taking too much time.each counter they are taking too much time. We should go personally for getting the prescription signature. Very very bad comparing to others. Karama clinic will be my last option in future.

I have not been to a hospital or clinic in more than 15 years, but I was forced to visit one, due to an issue that required me to visit a GP before being referred to a specialist. I met Dr. Henna Kutty and I could not be more thankful. Not only did she do her level best to keep me calm, relaxed and at ease. She listened intently, answered and carefully explained everything, and literally went out of her way to make sure that I was referred to the right specialist. I felt like I was her top priority.

During the course of this, my insurance were being absolutely difficult and demanding of ridiculous requests in order to approve me seeing a specialist. Generally a GP wouldn’t get involved and leave insurance matters between the patient and the insurance. However the level of care from Dr. Henna, made her not let the issue go, as she put her foot down and went beyond and out of her way to make sure that my approval was not rejected.
And long after I left her care and was being treated by a specialist, Dr. Henna still kept in touch regularly to make sure that I was getting the treatment and care I needed.

Dr. Henna Kutty is highly professional, experienced and I am so fortunate to have had her treating me, and highly recommend her to anyone needing a GP.

I have been visiting KMC in Al khail gate from long time I have seen a great difference in their treatments and the new doctors whom I feel is take patients seriously so it’s going great keep it up!
Just bring in more staffs but not just from Kerala.

Very much time taking at cash counter, only assistant following all patients, this very ridiculous. 80% time taking only for to complete formalities and management has paying any attention.

First time I visited alkhail gate clinic but verry bad experience from their staff. I visited by 9pm but they rejected my appointment. Working hours until 10pm. They advising me if you have urgent you can go to any hospital emergency section. How a clinic staff tell like this. Then I call clinic incharge he told give me few minutes I will update you what hpnd. But no any updation from him also. How the management run this clinic with same staff.

Inexperienced people.lady who takes blood sample is not experienced u will get bruises and pain after the blood sample is extracted.
