Karama Medical Centre - Al Quoz Mall

The worst worst clinic i ever went in alquoz mall, took a appointment with the surgeon, dont know his name actually, patients are waiting outside and he is talking with some medical representatives inside for more than 30-40 min.i waited there 35 min to see him, and he is saying that wait for another 10-15 min.patients are waiting outside and not giving importance to patients. All of us are giving money but atleast give value to the patients.the worst clinc and doctor.

Very bad customer service in front office unprofessional behave when I came to dressing my hand and put medicine they telling not acceptable out side hospital patients if they cannot they have to say method very unprofessional talking and service in my life very bad bad experience with RIGHT HEALTH AL QUOZ MALL BRANCH

I VISITED THIS CLINIC LAST WEEK. VERY GOOD DOCTORS AND NURSES. RECEPTION STAFF ARE VERY POLITE. MUST VISIT CLINIC FOR QUICK TREATMENT. THANK YOU ALL STAFF.

Extremely satisfied with the clinic. Friendly and caring staff. Proper procedures and approvals from insurance, very smart doctors and nurses.proper communication and clean hygienic environment.
I wish the clinic to grow further and I highly recommend them.

Clinic starts at 7 am but counter staff is eating food and patients are waiting. So 20 minutes are wasted. Management can pay staff extra so that they can eat food before 7 am and not keep patients waiting unnecessarily. Good day

The worst service ever I had.my wife did ultra sound scanning 3 days ago still I didn’t get the report, which I can receive the same day of scanning normally many times tried to call them many times only one time they received and the person who attend the call saying that it’s not my problem. Awful experience.
Never visit again in this clinic.

Its not good the service.i cannot get until now my sick leave certificate.until now no network.i cannot get my sick leave certificate until now.i go there in the afternoon

The Doctors, Nurses & other Staff are all superb and very friendly and special thanks to Dr. NILUJA. I have excellent experience in this Clinic. Highly recommend it.

U won’t get PCR result even after 48 hrs. No proper service. Centre in charge is not responsive.

I recently visited clinic dr junaid is a wonderdul doctor.very helpful and professional.reception staff also excellent.

Which kind of docter there.they don't know if some has fever and headache so which medicine he should give him.my friend had fever and headache before 3 days ego we went there he explain everything but he has fever and headache and you know docter give him medicine for cough and flu when he buy the medicine he went docter and then he ask to docter but docter nothing says.and for me he told me do few tests cholesterol.thyrite. Sugar t3.t4.tch.and i give tests after i receive reports there is no sugar report no cholesterol report i went to docter i ask him for showed him everything is fine and again he told me oh I forget to right the sugar and cholesterol tests he told me go and register again and then do the tests and come back mean you need to pay again for register and wait for 2 hour in rush.again do the tests and wait for 2 days again for result and then he give me tests like think if we don't have insurance then I don't know which type of docter they are i don't know were i go and complaint thatswhy I m posting here plz I m requesting to health center choos qualified docters and staff your service is too good but they are making bad.

Dr. Priya Babu is a very kind, compassionate, understanding doctor. I was suffering from severe fever and cold, but her medicine treated me very well.

Worst ever. 3hrs of waiting then + 1hr before the nurse will test you.reception is so slow.youve been waiting for your number for many hours already.so i went out and have my breakfast, before i left it was 17.so after an hour past by, i ask them what is the number now.they said its 23.i said, oh that was fast (sarcastic way). Then came back to my seat while surfing facebook, after 15 mins.they just called number 47.i told them, your number just went up? Wth.this not a car testing or registration.and the guy said we will deal with you later.worst clinic.slow reception.they will wait for you to die first before they will attend your concern.the kmc should replace this people.

Our Pakistan government hospital service is better then this private clanic, located in Dubai!

Very bad service specially dr Sadiq. She even not get full history and tell to staff to do infrared therapy and give injection. I have to go back her room and say madam I had high chlostrol and need to do tests also.

She is very rough. Will never recommend anybody.

I called the clinic in Al Qouz Mall and the lady i talked with is very rude and arrogant. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
