I would recommend doctor Komal -gynaecologist* to anyone. She is very good and gives good advise and makes you feel very comfortable.

I was visited right health burjuman and I visited obstetrics docter and they charge me like 280/- just a consultant fees. It’s very very bad within in 5 minutes AED 280/- charges. It’s not good to eat poor people money.management should take care all this.

Horrible disaster clinic, never suggest it to anyone, absolutely not humans, I arrived to the clinic in soooo for an emergency" I am pregnant on top of that" seeking for medical attention and the man at the reception rudely spoke to me without even looking at me and took the land-line to make a call without any explanation or trying to refer.
This is absolutely not standards for any clinic.

Dr. Sujaya is an excellent surgeon. She treats everyone in a very friendly manner and has very good knowledge. All staffs are very cooperative and we can avail the services at an affordable cost. I will recommend Dr. Sujaya especially for breast related issues.

Worst service at right health and phone call service they receive the call then they disconnect if you don’t want to talk please don’t receive and waste our balance horrible service

Place easy to locate, parking available nearby, consultant awesome but one minus even after appointment had to wait 40 minutes

Never seen such lazy team.

I had a bad experience yesterday. A polite dr. From burjman branch referred me to this branch dr. Who was an internal medicine specialist. I went 15 mins prior the appointment as i couldn't bear my condition. Waited 30 mins to hear from the internal medicine dr. That he cannot treat me, another nerve specialist should. When i said "so u also cannot help me". He said "when u use words like that it signals that i am guilty of something

All the staffs are very approachable, especially Dr. Shwati my OB she's so kind, and caring with her patients she'll make sure that you and your baby are healthy.also for my kabayan receptionist (filipina receptionist) who's been very helpful whenever I'm visiting the the medical center.they are very kind.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS USELESS PLACE! Doctors are useless & and don’t know how to do their jobs properly! They give you over the counter medication when you need prescribed antibiotics! I am not basically deaf in both ears because they gave me use medication! Stay away from this useless place! If I could I’d put -5 stars

I went to see a gynecologist went in 20 mins after my appointment, that was going well till that point. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and i asked for a general check up since I'm only a visitor here and I'll do the complete scan when i go back home, she started judging and telling me no one will do the complete scan beyond 20 weeks (which is not true i asked multiple technicians) all she wanted is to get more money since i don't have any insurance here. She did the fastest scan took literally 1 min all she said was heartbeats are good and baby is growing good. Didn't even confirm the gender (said its too early, its my 2nd pregnancy and i know that by week 20 its pretty clear what it is) also Didn't show me the baby or bother turning the screen or even print any photos for me. I should've stuck with the gynecologist i went to see in ajman a month and a half ago she was way more empathetic and showed me the baby and printed pics for me, she also said it looks like a girl to her but might be too early to tell for sure, i just didn't want to drive that far. Felt like a waste of money seeing this gynecologist i regret it so much.

Hopefully this message will reach your department head manager.today, oct 30 2022 around 10: 10am im calling on the pharmacy in the right health clinic near burjuman metro exit 2.im just asking if i left my emirates iD on the pharmacy or in the clinic but she dont want to help me instead she is arguing with me and said "call to clinic.the reception is here on the pharmacy? " how sarcastic she is? And she drop the call shes getting on my nerves.really u keeping an EVIL STAFF oh my God, what kind of staff you are this lady is very rude and its very uneducated person.why u keeping your staff like this behavour? Hopefuly you can teach a good manner your staff! I didnt get here name bcoz she drop my call hoping you will take some action on this rude & uneducated behavour.i have visited how many time on this clinic and pharmacy.bcoz im sick ofcourse then this kind of people i will encounter.hoping the owner of this clinic will not tolerate this kind of people.

Please change the staff at reception. They have zero knowledge of which insurance is acceptable or no.

Worst service ever from Right Health receptionist as they don't know how to accommodate in pain or sick people. Mopping floor without putting signage can cause minor to major accidents. Been to different branches but only this place is a disaster. Good thing Dr. Sujaya Rajasekhar is there and made our visit worthwhile. Management should pay attention to the reception staff esp. Miracle.

The services that I received from Dr Sujaya were excellent. Dr Sujaya was quite friendly and ensured that I was properly informed about my health and care. She did a great job. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I would have no qualms in recommending her to my family and friends.

The reception staff is very unhelpful. They don't provide correct information.

Dr Yogesh made us wait for more than one hour and 40 minutes even though we had an appointment. Absolutely unacceptable and no one apologised. The reception staff kept saying there was nothing they could do. Rude irresponsible behaviour. Never coming back here again!

The only highlight of coming to Right Health Karama is Dr Maunika who was polite and courteous and always on time with all the physio appointments.

Amazing experience, the efforts made by Dr Jumana, always went the extra mile.the intricacies are handled with care. I've been to the medical center for teeth cleaning every 8 to 10 months and Dr. Jumana handled it very well, I've never experienced a better procedure of teeth cleaning, she has taken good care of my family and their dental needs as well, i always leave with a shiny smile! Would definitely recommend! The best dentist I've ever been to yet! Will keep coming back to her for my dental advice very often.

I have visited other dentists before but I have to recommend Dr Jumana because she is very flexible with her hours, and went out of the way to accommodate me during her break. It showed her sincerity as she understood my urgency. I went to her for a filling and I felt quite comfortable with the procedure as well and the price is also economical. For future dental issues, I will definitely visit her. Thank you doctor.

I have visited this clinic recently and consulted Doctor Jumana (Dentist) - best dentist I have ever met - she understood - heard my dental problem patiently and explained to me in detail - completely satisfied with the treatment I have received. Also I have referred many of my friends to her - got positive feedback from them too.

The treatment given by Dr. Jumana Erawala for my tooth having fixed front four teeth bridge crown was simply marvelous. The job done was awesome as I have regained my Binaca smile back.

Doctor Shwetha Sachin (Physiotherapist) has given me the treatment for my shoulder pain and swelling which was there in my shoulder. Just within 3 treatments provided by her, my pain has reduced a lot and I m not feeling that swelling on my shoulders now. She also explained clearly what's the cause for that pain and also explained me the treatment procedure she was going to take me through in a detailed way. I am very happy and thankful to her. Dr. Sweta Sachin, a very good doctor, she helps me to cure and relived my upper back pain. She makes sure that every patient understand well about the procedure and made sure that the patient is well happy about the therapy session. She's one of the best physiotherapist doctor.

Very bad service, Mr. Prashanth, the manager of the clinic is very arrogant and behaving with the patient very bad. Management should take the action against him and try to understand the feeling of a patient. Keep some one who knows medical ethics. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the staff specially one girl name rekha she was really helpfull and did whatever was needed for me in just in abit of time.i would really recommend evryone to go there docters are reallly good and the staff is excellent specially rekha.

If you visit this clinic you have to wait at least 1 Hour even if you have Appointment. Because they don’t differentiate priorities of Appointments and Walk-in customers. I think there is no point of taking prior appointments.
Even doctors and admin staff also seen to be taking priority clients on there personal calls.

Services of Diagnostic center is really better.

I would suggest them to hire more staff and doctors in the clinic. And make some difference in Prior Appointments.

I had a bad experience in this clinic. I came with one of our friends who has an injury in his hand and from the reception, they said first you make the payment after will check with doctor is doctor could do today or tomorrow since the time is late. The manager is not talking in the right way

We have been seeing Dr Ashok Verma for many years now for our son (6year old) and he is absolutely amazing. Attends to us really patiently every time and has a great approach towards treating kids. Has been super effective.

Visit Karama medical center "right health" which was difficult to find out, I visited there with my son I liked the way front desk response, pediatrician was so kind he helped with every thing. To be honest the previous pediatrician was not qualified doc. Sorry to say that because I noticed she was asking almost every baby For blood test which I personally feels not good because of infants.thankyou so much Prashant and team including nurses.gona recommend your clinic

Inefficient management of appointments. My doctor's appointment was rescheduled 3 times by the call center to the 3 different branches and when I finally reached the clinic for the appointment at 2: 30pm, I was told that the doctor was not available until 5: 30. I immediately raised complained by calling the call center who did not do anything about it! Incorrect information conveyed by the call center who again have no idea about their own clinics doctors and timings! Very disappointed!

I had a surgery 2 weeks back, Dr Yogesh Agarwal (orthopedic) and Nurse Sheena were the people incharge. They were very supportive and informed us properly about the procedure.

The staff including other nurses were cooperative and very nice. They took care of me and made sure that I did not feel scared.

I would recommend this clinic for their excellent service.
