DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IN JVC. My friend is still sick after a week. How can a doctor never used his stethoscope to check up my friend having cough. Never checked her throat or heartbeat or lungs. He just diagnose the patient by looking at her face. My friend is the one who is saying what might be the problem and he's like "it could be" or "maybe". I will make the doctor's name anonymous out of respect as a person.

Dr Sana is undoubtedly the best pediatrician in Dubai. Her diagnosis are spot on and she is the extremely gentle with kids- both in her interactions and medicines that she prescribes.
Always available to answer questions patiently, she is perhaps the most good natured doctor I have ever met!

Dr. Sana Wasim is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my babies health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. This practice is terrific. Dr. Sana Wasim combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of paediatric care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Krish at reception is very polite and super helpful, and Dr Kiran is by far the best gynaecologist I've seen, an absolute angel! Definitely recommend JVC branch!

I called 9: 39am to check what time the pediatrician will be in and he said till 7pm, he asked if I want to make a booking, I told him I will come directly because we just usually come over without booking.

Around 12: 45 when we arrived at the clinic and that’s the only time I came to know that the pediatrician will arrive by 2pm. So I asked for the option to see the GP, maybe he can help. So my daughter was seen by the GP, and he said my daughter is normal, without touching her and he told me to get a 2nd opinion from the pediatrician.

I went to reception again to tell him what the GP told us and the rude receptionist told me that available slot is 4pm. I was in shocked as he’s serious that he’s asking us to wait from almost 1pm till 4pm.

I told him that he should have told me over the phone and the moment I reached the clinic. I don’t know if he’s really a receptionist as he don’t have any qualities of being a receptionist.

Considering that the patient is a baby so I don’t know why he don’t have a bit of empathy.

Me and my sister went to this worst clinic that i have seen. And believe me the recetionist guy named ROHED was the worst front desk staff that i have met in my entire life. He was so rude and i am pretty sure that he was not trained to become in front desk.

Big thank to Dr. Vimla Bai. She did root canal treatment and filling. I was suffering from severe pain and she helped me a lot. She was very caring and attentive, very professional and she made sure that my issue is sorted 100%. She is my dentist now.

The staff are really kind and helpful. They've been very helpful with my dressing for a week. They made me very comfortable and I'd definitely recommend them.

I visited this clinic with one of my friend who is so sick and we dont know our insurance details and then from the front desk they call the insurance and help us to find our insurance details and they give a good treatment as my friend needed. I really want to say thank you to those two guys. They are really nice with helping nature. Really appricite these guys Krish and Mandeep.

Personally i will say this a kind of humanity. God bless you guys. Keep moving

All thanks to Dr. Rekha she is not only a doctor she is an amazing human, she is caregiver and responds all massages at all times, and the reception people are nicely taking to the patients.

Following things please keep in mind before anyone visiting this clinic:

1. They do not have token sysytem
2. They do not check your Vitals properly (they ask u what is ur weight height.etc and make note)
3. Doctors, iam no expert.but when i visited one week before met Ms Ayesha Majid, she prescribed paracetamols, cough syrup and nostrils. She told to wait for the blood report to prescribe the antibiotic after blood report nobody called from clinic.since condition was not better i visited again 1 week later and met Dr. Manohar Chander he told me he has prescribed antibiotic.later from pharmacy came to know that there are 3 medicines he has prescribed and not informed me properly by doctor.
4. At the pharmacy i told the pharmacist i dont require the pain killer, she said she already applied for approval and cant change now.
5. Even after taking all their medicine, iam not feeling better and my nose started bleeding (came for cold and fever), so i called them…nobody picking the call so iam here being helpless writing review about clinic very bad never visiting here again.

MY ADVICE DONT VISIT THE BRANCH. Need To Inform the DHA for their poor SOP

Righthealth JVC branch did an amazing job! Kudos to all the staff from the receptionist guy whos wearing glasses to Nurses, Cleaners, Assistants, Doctors especially Dr. Arathi Subhash.

I hope righthealth JVC branch can add additional specialists like derma, ent, optha etc with complete medical equipment.

I just now went there tonight 5 dec 2022 at 8.15 pm bcs the reception spoke to me a week ago that they will schedule me on monday around 8.15pm, when I came there reception said my name is not in the system just like that rudely and so many excuses and they rescheduled me again and again, is really bad service and unprofessional service especially for the one who making the appointment (reception) Please tell them to be professional so that it won’t wasting someone’s time! Reception guy is very rude and don’t have manner how to deal with customers. Please train the reception guy to have some manners about dealing with cutomers.

We visited This clinic, It was A great experience By the entire team. Excilent patient servises and cleanness also, We would prefer to come to this medical center only and also suggest to my known.

I visited jvc branch today staff is superb specially Mr Ammar he guide me properly he's so polite. Thank you right health. Yes highly recommend no doubt.

The doctor spent so much more time on computer than trying to examine me. Didn’t even touch me, all regular questions a nurse would ask.

I was in JVC right health clinic couple of times and the service i experienced was absolutely amazing. Nurse named Anjali was so friendly and professional and she was willing to assist on all the enquirers i had. She is one of the great nurse and dedicated professional, committed and understand the emotion of the patients to whom she deal with. Thank you.

One of the best clinic in JVC, i have had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. Experienced doctor, very kind and courteous staff. Especially the staff nurse Anjali who was collected my blood sample her approach was so kind, strongly recommended clinic.

It was my first time to visit Right health Medical center JVC, Why i gave one star for clinic, The Receptionist boy very rude and showing attitude to customer, if you are in service industry you always try to understand customers also i see treating so many people in wrong way, Atleast put someone who know customer service, Plus point- The Lady doctor general practitioner she is very polite and good! Property atmosphere are good!

Wonderful staff very helpful. Anjali was very helpful and taking care of the patients was excellent. Ammar in the reception is very good polite and welcoming.

There is something illegal smell in this center. No direct call has registerd so far and something is messy like the customer service dosen't know anything and in clinic everyone pass by pass someone. DHA Need to quick inspection.

The receptionist (male with turban) has zero knowledge in customer service. He don't care with the incoming patient. I will never recommend that branch. I already made a complaint in their HO hopefully they will not tolerate that wrong doing.

They literally only care about money. The customer service agent had no idea how to fix my complaint. They kept transferring me to another agent and then back to the same agent. It was so hilarious. Still my appointment wasn’t confirmed.

They Say we have issues with Oman insurance and they are blocking our Dr so we can't accept it.

Don't bother coming here. Terrible experience with the GP. Anything and everything's solution is antibiotics

Too small and crammed up. Grocery stores in JVC are larger than this medical center

I have visited right health clinic and Dr Bakhtiar gave us the right treatment and all the staff is also very supportive and good at service and friendly

Yesterday I visited the clinic at JVC branch I really appreciated and thanks to Dr. Bakhtiar I feel that he is very kin and responsible doctor.

The doctors are great but the guy in the receptionist dont know what is good service. Be polite and speak nicely. He don't know how to treat patients.

Went to this clinic for check up. Doctor is very good and knowledgeable. One of the few clinics with fast and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Dr. Arathi is so professional and kind and so dedicated in her work. Got good treatment from Dr. Arathi.very efficient doctor.

Very friendly clinic in the neighborhood of JVC. I had a cut on my hand and it needed stitches immediately and very efficiently the doctor and nurse handled my case while making sure necessary formalities are taken care of.

Thanks to Mr. Krish at the reception who made sure all formalities were done swiftly and welcomed me with a big smile every visit. Nurse Sangeetha (hope I am naming here correctly) and the doctors were very kind and efficient on every routine visit.

This Clinic is a great support for all people living in neighborhood of JVC:)

Excellent service by all the staff. Aisha doctor was very friendly and the way she explained the things was really amazing. Staff at the entrance was very friendly (Keerthi). Both nurses were excellent and they really care about their patients. There is a huge improvements in service compared to the previous team. Ambiance of the clinic was excellent and the cleanliness of the clinic should be appreciated. Big kudos to the whole team

I visited 1st time to Right Health Karama Medical Clinic Thursday. I was not feeling good, I meet Doctor Bakhtiar, who is really well educated Doctor and really appreciate his work and Attitude and the Nurse Miss Angeli, She was caring and supportive Patient Nurse. She look after very well her Patient. Thank you Doctor Bakhtiar and Nurse Miss Angela A. R.

Extremely disappointed with the guy in the reception. Me and my wife went to see the doctor and to know whether our medical card covers the treatment. The person in the reception was so harsh in the way he aswered our queries. It was not at all the standard we expect from a customer service or receptionist especially of a clinic or hospital. There should be minimum courtesy or standard he should maintain in the way he communicate to us. Extremely disappointed

This is thee worst clinic I have ever been to, firstly the doctor hasn't got any time to see you, she never listens she basically just tells you what she thinks is wrong with no examination or xray or any actual medical check. The doctor also answered personal calls twice, was interrupted twice by the staff who just basically stood around, the unprofessionalism of this place is crazy. I happened to come on a day when the bosses where there, and all the staff walked around smiling and acting nice, but the minute the bosses left the one nurse was openly showing that she was irritated that there were still patients there because she wanted to leave. I was waiting on a blood test and was told to wait 20 mins, because it took longer than 20 mins they wanted me to come back at 5pm, even though I had to wait a hour to be seen by a doctor, who didn't bother to ask me anything. It's disappointing that in a first world country like Dubai, to get medical assistance it can be the most exhausting and tiring thing ever, not to mention expensive.

Bad communication!
I came twice
The first time they told me the GP Doctor come at 5pm, and when i back at 5 pm the Doctor still not coming and there is no reception also.
The cleaning guy he do the registration
The DR come at 5: 30 pm
And there is a patient come after me and go to the dr directly
When i ask why he did like this the told me becouse he came before you!
I told them no i came before him and you can check the camera and the baddest answer was there is no camera!
How can its happen medical center without cameras!

Please if you care your Health don’t visit this place. It’s better to spend some time to go to any better far away place. I’m day 6 with throat pain and still not cured even a little. Doctor is busy seeing medical reps and giving medicines never heard before and not related to the illness.

I came here in emergency ay 8: 45pm and they denied to serve my dad because she said we are close were the timings clearly mentioned as 9 pm.
Poor stuff very disrespectful.

Very slow in service. Visited clinic for GP doctor and asked to wait as three patients are in wait. I was waiting for one hour without my turn, on inquiring again, I was told that still two patients in wait.so 1 hr for one patient to serve. It’s really annoying and irritating. Administration staff is really slow.

Had an appointment with Dr. Henna Kutty. Had an amazing treatment and speedy recovery for my throat infection. Dr. Henna is very friendly, professional and gives utmost importance to patient with a very holistic approach. Absolutely recommend her.

Such disappointing service. Also I have this sneaking suspicion that the doctors here are prescribing the wrong medicine on purpose? I had a chest infection, no fever etc, but I got prescribed something for body pain and fever? No communication or explanation by the doctor.

What a horrible experiance. No one asked me if I had any allergies. Which I do! The "doctor" prescribed me a bunch of none sense medication that was not relevant. (I had a chest infection which i clearly needed antibiotics) instead she prescribed me pain killers and other medicine for fever which i did not have, and both were rejected by insurance company. She also unprofessionally judged my weight.

Don't go to this clinic unless the doctors and management is changed.

I’m writing regarding the pharmacy adjoining the medical Centre. The pharmacist doesn’t even get up from the seat to gather the medicines until he gets approval from the insurance. And then even though my insurance is usually really good, the approval process takes a very long time.
Worst part is that pharmacist didn’t even have all the medicines prescribed and he didn’t inform. He just billed everything and said to come next day and he will arrange for the medicines which aren’t there.
When I wrote on the insurance paper that medicine is pending he started fighting with me about it. Very poor service. Won’t go there again

Went to the doctors once and she prescribed a bunch of medicine I didn't even need. Antibiotics are not required for a flu. It seems as though they just want to get what they can from the insurance.
My husband went and had to wait an hour and half to see a doctor. The doctor was not helpful at all. They couldn't even provide a sick not because their systems were 'down'. My husband asked if he could come the next day to pick up a sick note but the doctor refused. My husband asked for a hand written note with a stamp but the doctor refused. Disgusting customer service. No help whatsoever. Complete waste of time. Certainly will not be going to such a poorly run medical centre where they don't even diagnose you properly or help at all.
