One of the decent eateries available in DIP although you'll find it difficult to reach unless you use a map as it is not on a main street.

If you want to eat such dirty food, why should you pay so much money to eat such dirty food? Too bad

I Ordered chicken Dum Biriyani with Egg.it was excellent. Thabjs to the Cheff and the service people.i always noticed the take away is really fast rather than dine in. Even the breackfast also very tasty.

Poor service, whole management of the restaurant is very poor but rich by the high rate of food item,
Mainly the food delivery is very poor and poor, i don't recommend to anyone to order food from this restaurant and he foods are full of oily and typical a lot masala taste which may lead to stomach ache

The service by restaurent is very poor, they take almost 1 hour toi bring one tea in able and if I ordered it they take almost 2 hour and food are with high quantity of oil which is enough to give you heart attack, prices of food are higher than most of the expensive restaurent

Bad experience. Order given for mango fresh juice.the taste of juice it was very bad and feel like milk powder or rainbow milk used in fresh juice.

Very bad experience from servers. They come tense and busy and take the order. They are very impatient to hear the customer's order correctly. They are not at all interested in retaining regular customers.

They have no idea about how to handle customers.

Restaurant management is a complete failure.

Don't choose this hotel. Very bad quality with double price. I order some prawns chilli.its like the same chicken masala used for prawns, no taste at all.only few prawns with 3 porotta total amount was 21 aed. I can get good charcoal or full grill for the same price. Even a buffet also available. Whenever I visited there many customers complaining and shouting to the staff for bad food and service. Better you can choose Aiko mall food court with delicious food and low price

Popular restaurant near our work place and we use to order regularly but we stopped now ordering as they not sending proper chutney even after complaining.

Too much late to order the food and after that when you need to cancel the order they don't call and apologise they just say okay

Delivery order took 2 hours to be delivered even if we ordered earlier than lunch time and staff doesn’t seem to care at all!

Food good but if you order home door delivery they take 1to 3hr.so don't waste your time door delivery

This restaurant is Ali Baba. I take order always of Thier food and every time I order I was wonder the food was going to small in the parcel. This restaurant is not recommended to everyone coz it's Ali baba. And no take action for the complaint. For just a small amount of money they are going to ruin their restaurant name. Ali baba

Karawan good restaurant but this area labor camp area compare to main area’s food expensive here.
Kind request less little amount for every food.there middle class people’s, please don’t mind this is my suggestion.

Who is the delivery order receiver their? I understand that she's busy. But the way she manages call is in a disrespectful way. Can't understand why she's this much busy when she is in line and because of that sometimes call gets cut and need to recall for the same. This is not the first time, the same complaint has raised by my colleagues also. When you order food, we expect some patience from the receiving end then only we could order peacefully. How could you earn or run a business if this is the way she treat customers? The understanding of values are important rather than business. This is something that i experienced and i hope a change will come soon.
