Today Karcher sorted out a power supply issue I had with my WD5 vacuum and had with my 2 previous WD4 machines. They managed my complaint promptly in only 1 day. Well done Karcher you have loyal customer here for sure.

Very rare for a UAE-based company to be so customer focused - extraordinary. Instead of just trying to sell their products they actually go the mile thereafter to make sure you are a happy customer if things go wrong - 10 out of 10. Well done for bucking the trend Karcher!

Great experience overall. Super helpful staff, great assortment of products I didn’t even know existed. I went in for service, and walked out with additional new products.

The product is ok. But doesn't represent a German quality! I bought vacuum and carpet cleaner long time ago, but hardly used the water injection cleaner, the vacuum has always given me trouble with having to fix it and pay! In summery, the local service staff are inattentive, careless! All what they want is to charge customers and make money for the company ignoring the fact, customers are always right, customer satisfaction.definitely will not recommend it to my clients as iam a carpet and flooring dealer & trader.

I bought a professional machine paid more then 16,000 Dhiram, I had many problems from the begin, service very slow and not professional. They ask to us to give the sales invoice as they cannot find in the system. After more then a month they told us the machine was out of warranty.after we insist they came and replace again some parts, always longtime from the call to the service.after the hose getting damaged and burned from the high temperature (should be Normal) as is a steamed machine.now they asked 2600 Dhiram to replace a hose that most probably will survive only few month. They said that report always this problem to the Germany but not action has been taken. I paid 16.500 Dhiram for a machine which a never used, always with problems and require service. I strongly recommend to everybody to don’t have the same experience, is wastage of money and headache to deal to such as incompetent and unprofessional company. I will never repair this machine, I will throw it and I will never buy again any product from Karcher and I will strongly recommend to all the people I know (really a lot!) to never buy Karcher products!
You took my money now but you will never get one single penny again from me!
