I gave steam cleaner to the service, for almost 3 weeks there was no answer, no call. I went to them myself, reminded them, but a week passed and no one responde. Trying to call them, no one answer. I never expected such unprofession servise from Karcher

تأخير في الصيانة و عدم التواصل مع العميل على الاطلاق لاخباره بالتكلفة او الوقت المراد للصيانة ، و اسعار الصيانة غير مناسبة و لا يوجد لديهم اشخاص للتواصل مع العميل باللغة العربية ، و كانت تجربة سيئة مع الشركة.

Delay in maintenance and not communicating with the customer at all to inform him of the cost or time required for maintenance, and the maintenance prices are not appropriate and they do not have people to communicate with the customer in Arabic, and it was a bad experience with the company.

I took my Karcher vacuum cleaner to their center for repair. The response was super quick and I went in and out within 10mins. Kudos to their technician Nizam and engineer Hammad. They were super helpful

I give my matching to service more then two weeks there not responding an when I call them there ignoring me keep hang on me its really bad branch Ras Al Khor branch much better then Al quiz branch the staff very has very bad attitude also there doing not properly after service two months my matching get stuck again

If the customer telling u that the product online cheaper, as salesman give any excuse even not a reasonable one or not even logical one but never ever tell the customer go & get it online, sound very rude & poor customer service & u loosing sale.

My newly bought cordless VC4S’s Motorhead doesn’t work properly, it stops intermittently. Last week sent it to the Service Center, after one week’s inspection, the technical told me, it is because the dirt box is dirty!

Every time I clean the dirt box after using. The technician told me he cleaned the Motörhead which is not true. The Motörhead is still dirty.

Unprofessional technician and bad experience.

Very bad service from dubai service centre. Warranty Pressure washer given on 28 th OCT 2021 still there is no confirmation of return from the service centre after several follow up calls.

I was overwhelmed of the action of Dubai service center specially the manager Mr. Asif and incharge Mr. Calderon regarding of our Water pressure Proffesional machine. Issued fixed and done. Thank you.
