كنت حاجز مع أصدقائي وكلشي تمام بس تفاجئنا انو فيه اشخاص جائو من غير حجز ودخلو مكانا و لما كلمنا الرجال قال انتظرو ساعه وبعدها قال انتظرو بعد نصف ساعه وهذا كلام غير مقبول فوضى كانت وللأسف بالاخر ما لعبنا و رحنا.
كلمت الرسبشن قال ما اقدر اعملكم شي وهو أمامنا دخل ناس بمكانا وما اريد اقول من جنسيتو
بس لو يبقا اخر مكان ما اروح مرة ثانيه والحمدلله فيه كثير غيرهم نقدر نروح.

لو كان فيه أقل من نجمه كنت خليتها

I looove that place, everyone was super nice, not busy So i could drive only with my friends, since now The only place for karting i will go to

It was a very nice experience. Especially all staff are very supportive to teach us how to do it. And very good service. Thank you! Definitely we will come back.

Do not recommend I waited for 1 hour an a half for just riding for 15 minutes and the service are bad

First of all when u'r on the go cart and it stops most of the staff is so rude and is blaming u for mistakes that u'r friends did, and when u say "I didn't crash" or "that's not me" he would respond with "NO NO I DID IT, IT WAS ME. " and would threaten to kick me out even tho i'm there with 12 of my friends, for a birthday party, and its my first time on a go cart, and i'm 12 so for this guy to yell at me and threaten me is very VERY wrong. And when my go cart would stop, which makes me lose my whole entire lead which is annoying especially in first place they take there time to come to u which makes me lose my play time too. This will probably be my first and last time here. (would not recommend, unless u want to fight the staff.)

Was bit ambiguous of coming cos of one of the previous reviews. Guess he was unlucky with the machine he got. But, we felt overall exceptionally well managed and professional team running the place. Kids loved it! Thank you team Kart Mania! Keep up the good work.

Its a good place to kart at and i really enjoyed it its so fast and it gives you a safety lessons with a protection suit. It was soo fun

Didn't enjoy. Had to change karts twice due to malfunction. I was blamed for one of them. The lightest knock on the front bumper against the tire wall and I apparently broke the timing sensor. I didn't really like how the staff handled it by jumping in to middle of the track waving a red flag which made me slam the brakes on and spin. Telling me I'm driving 'dangerous' because I'm lightly clipping the tires on the apex exit to gain time. I'm shocked if the cars are the fragile. The attitude of a couple of the staff ruined the experience.

Had fun here very approchable and helpful team special thanks to kuya mark and kuya diego/ jacob very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back here. A must try:)

Very desapointed. I came with 16 friends to enjoy 2 races (1 race of 10 min and 1 race of 15 min). At the last turn of the first race, they ask me to change the kart because it was very slow and broken.i thought it was all the karts so slow but no it was only mine. They needed 10 min to notice it. Second race of 15 min, it was race between my friends and i.and at the starting line, my kart couldn't start.they need to restart it again. Finally, after 1 min it worked finally, i could do 3 tracks until it broke again. I decided to give up. I went to ask for a refund, the manager just answered it can happen and that they can't do anything. There are much better places than this in Dubai for karting, if you reallu want to have fun with your friends, avoid this place. If you still want to come and risking wasting your time, i would advice you not to take the cart number 33 and 34.

Edit: After seeing my review, the wife of the owner (that was in charge of taking the payments) contacted me saying "Thanks for the kind review" and mentionning clearly "Please never come back anymore". To summarise the situation, i couldn't enjoy any of the race because the karts were in bad condition and poorly maintenanced, she refused to give any refund and it was expensive and on the top of it, instead of apologyzing for the situation, she is arrogant. Fortunately, her husband seems more polite and understood the situation (he phoned my friend after a while). But unfortunately, this is her wife that is physicly there and not him, so if you have any issue.it's with her with whom you have to deal with. Clearly a very bad experience.

The owner is the sweetest kindest person and the experience is exhilarating! Highly highly recommend, one of the best karting courses I’ve tried:) thanks for a great experience!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The team there is absolutely incredible! Will definitely be coming again and again and again and again and again

Awesome experience. Track is lengthy enough to challenge amateurs to plan their strategy. Enough spots for overtaking and challenging the fellow drivers. Go with your own team and see who has that F1 factor. Good option for family fun, my son with no driving experience could do it as well.

This place was incredible. It was my first time here and all the staff and marshals were really nice. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

If you want to wait three hours to kart without any proper justification then yes visit this place! Not coming back ever!

To add to this and to you're reply. I arrived just after 5pm and left just after 8pm having ONE FIFTEEN MINUTE session in that time! There were others also who I saw waiting hours for their turn. You have no proper system and it seemed a free for all with priority given to larger, more financially viable groups.
The owner was extremely unapologetic and in fact told me I was welcome NOT TO RETURN!
Disappointing experience and customer service to say the least and never again - especially with other more professional and polite options available.

I took my 9 year old daughter here today for the first time, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. My daughter wishes to go there again. Thank you very much

Not bad. The only one in Dubai for children at 9 years (all the other are at 13) but this is the only plus. All the others are much better...

Could be better managed, sadly not upto standards when compared to other karting tracks for the same price.

A great people working there! Nice activity and you can have fun and excitement and of course adrinalin

A bit disappointed after seeing the positive reviews and trying this arena instead of our usual Kartdrome visits. Probably not upto the mark post covid.

- karts are not maintained and have several faults
- track isn't well defined
- short on staff
- washrooms were filthy and overflowing
- staff lacked professionalism and service

Lot of fun in Kart Mania, with affordable prices and a challenging track! The staff is super kind and professional. Really good job

I am very disappointed from the organization and the way they handle everything, we waited for over three hours because they are unorganized, I do not recommend this place.

Had an absolutely brilliant time at Kart Mania Dubai. Track and Karts are great, good prices and the staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to make our visit one to remember! 5 out of 5!

Went there, was told that we have to wait an hour before going in, alright no worries we waited, then we asked and was told that we need to wait another 45 minutes ans so we waited, asked again and the guy was like there are still 3 races before ours so it was a total of 2 hours just wasted

Well organised and maintained. Have a great and supportive staff who gove you all the necessary instuctions. Track was good and had a great time karting in this place.

Great track for driving the cars they use are very well maintained and reasonably quick. The safety protocols are very clearly maintained.

Had a great time with my friends, highly recommended. Person at the reception was extremely polite and we had some nice conversations with him

I went today with my two kids and we have to wait 1hr and 20 min to get our turn, after that I got bad car stopped twice in the lap and lost 3 min to be exchanged, the exchanged had problem as well, heavy vibration on the turn and unbalanced. Cars required to be maintained well and time management required for tickets.

I just wanted to say that I see how hard they've been working on the tracks. I admire how dedicated they are to the work they do. Giving 2 thumbs up to the marshalls and to the other staffs. The manager and the owner has been very friendly and tried hard to give us the best experience! I’ve never thought about karting that way before. You made me see it totally differently. I love that! To those who gave them 1star,
. Guys you have to come early im sure you are not disabled as if they will give u special treatment if u came late! Of course you have to wait for your turn! Love lots to KART MANIA, HAVE NICE DAY!

We had a great experience karting! Staffs are friendly. Everything is as smooth as butter from registration up to the race proper. Safety protocols were followed. Facilities are A+. We will recommend this place to our friends.

Amazing atmosphere, and the service is great.
It’s a place for couples and families, so all can hop in and located nearby a shopping mall!

Location wise is amazing and the vibe is great the music is amazing the snacks are good their karts are fast I can’t wait to go back again!
