Katrina’s has recently opened and their food and coffee are impeccable. I was so glad that they have opened a branch in Sunset mall as I have always bought cakes with them on special occasions.
Staff are superb! Very friendly and accommodating. What’s surprising is that they are open to suggestions too, they make an effort to connect with customers. Mark makes amazing coffee mixes and gives suggestions when you’re stuck on your order. Same goes with Carmelene, who is very attentive on your needs.
Overall, very happy with the customer service and food.
Hope they won’t increase their prices

Finally they open next to us! Cakes and coffee are within reach! Their food and drinks are budget friendly! So haaaaapppppy!
