Very bad service from cashier filipino guy.disaster and other ladies Filipino, when I ask to heat, she give me back totally frozen crapes. I will never will go to this branch again. Fully unprofessional staff

The Milk Cake from Katrina was absolutely bomb in taste!
Soft and melting in the mouth!
Also, the Danish Maple Pecan Twist was a light and savoury snack.
Their Red Velvet Cakes are also amazing.
Can testify as a customer since 2016!
You can easily trust on their quality and consistency in their flavours!

This is the worst experience i have faced in ordering the cake in my life.
Will recommend all to never order from these people
I dont have any option to mark them in negative otherwise would have marked in negative 10
We have orders blue berry vanilla cake and the order received was totally damaged.
The name we mentioned was chief and they changed the name to chef.
Also when we asked to change the cake an bring the same cake on which we got a reply that they dont have the same cake and we have to choose the one which is available.
I asked for a written apology on which they say that we are apologising on the call.
We received our order after 4 hours of continuous fight and the one which we received was also not up to the mark. The person for whom we ordered also left the office for the day.
Please be cautious and check the cake before accepting it because once you give money than you have to follow up with them

Never fails to impress me! Best taste, best service, best staff! Have been dealing with them from all branches since years and I always get welcomed with a smile and leave extremely happy and gain friendship with the staff! Love them all <3

Take care of production instead of opening branches and increasing prices for a cake thats not worth 50dhs even and billed for it approx. AED 400! Its not even the10th time this happens maybe more and you guys never get any better!

Poor customer relationship, not friendly.
They conformed over the phone, minimum 24hrs for ordering cake (NOT DESIGNER CAKE, JUST NORMAL CAKE) for next day delivery, when tried to order 1 day before, their production team has told it cannot be done and cant take order and should be ordered 3-4 days before.

I thought this thing only happens in the internet. To think that the price of this cake is no joke. At least if you can't deliver have the decency to reject an order.

Really the best in town for bakery & cakes. I tried almost all their pastries, extremely delicious! Excellent staff, nice and friendly, professional and service is quick. I am having my evening cappuccino there 3-4 times a week. 7 stars for staff! You are the best.keep it up!

We prebooked a birthday cake for my son and on the delivery date, the staff informed they haven’t made it and the option given was to take what ever cake is available. Pathetic staff and service…

The worst customer service and shop I dealt with in UAE. After waiting two hour for the birthday cake. I called them and they told me we will not deliver your order we don’t have rider now and they Rudi the birthday party.
Never ever will order from them. Dont order from them. Terrible experience

One of the most good place for cakes
We have done the customized cake for kids birthday, they meet our expectations.
But there are few point that would like to suggest:
1. For such price of customized cake you could do better than just sponge cake with vanilla or chocolate flavor, you can add jam or fruits between the layers, it’s not that expensive but will make big difference on taste and experience.
2. Need to work on creativity or suggestions, sometimes ideas of a staff can help or add value to the customer!

To make it clear, their stuff is good and tasty however their team seems to be completely incompetent to do their job. Every time I order they call to inform how some items are missing (so maybe update your stock daily?), I give them my address for delivery, apartment number and all and they decide that it is the best to cancel my order because I did not answer the call from their driver? So why am I giving my address and apartment number AND a request to leave it by the door? ! Should I sit by my phone for 30 minutes and wait for the driver to call me?

If I think of good cake or pastry item only place comes in my mind is Katrina Sweets. Their quality is mind blowing and value for money!

Katrina got a delicious honey cake in their menu. It is worth a try.

Stopped by to get rye bread and ended up buying two boxes of pastry. Very tasty. Also found trdenik here. It seems that this is the only place you can get the real trdelnik in Dubai.

I visit this shop yesterday with my family, The staff's are very welcoming, We are feel comfortable while we are visiting this shop, We order 4 kinds of pastries, the taste was very nice. The coffee also is very matching with the pastries. I highly recommend this shop, Surely we will come back to visit again.

Every thing is good only
There is no essad discount, they cannot apply it for home delivery only for walkin orders.

And for dilvery they will take charges too

My first experience is very bad.its 4 hours since placed order and now its 4: 15 order not delivered - It was for one colleagues birthday. And they dont have business ethics as without delivering they updated status in zomato that delivered

I order by tlabat the delivery by the shop my
order delay more than 1 hour and half when i call the staff was very rude and he say to me its ok if i want cancel the order so i cancel the cake and the pastry very good but i hop the staff be more polite with customer thank alot

Katrina Sweets have the best quality cakes! Were ordering from them for more than 7 years at Mirdif branch and always exceed expectations. Place is good for coffee break too. Very quiet. Staffs are always nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Fatima for assisting us with our customized cake recently. It's very pretty! The celebrant loves it a lot.

Good selection of cakes and pastries. My favourites are cream horn pastry, mille feuille and basic vanilla and choco cakes. Most of the items are usually fresh. Prices are above average but definitely recommended for occasions.

It's our favourite cake and pastry place for all special occasions. Most times we just dont need a reason to get some pastry and other goodies from there. All their cakes are a must try!

The cakes are absolutely delicious! Only that they don’t have any healthy or vegan options and no others types of milk rather than cow milk for the coffee such as coconut or almond milk. I believe that they can improve these essential things and surely we clients are going to love it.

Booked a birthday cake for the wife whilst being abroad. Rachel Anne was absolutely fantastic with her customer service, responded really quickly, gave me a good price for a create my own cake based on the kids design wants. Managed to book the delivery spot on for the perfect time & date & to the wife’s office address. Great service Rachel, & Katrina’s Sweets shop really appreciate the help!

The cake and Customer service was amazing. Cherry coordinated with me and the head chef to help me customise the cake I liked for my daughters half birthday. She was in touch with me till 11pm helping me out!

This shop is really a great place to get varied variety of cakes. The shop sits in a hidden gwm of mirdif. The staff were very helpful to explain the different types of cakes and helped to me make choice soon. I chose a vannila white chocolate.version and was good per my taste. I think honey cake is their trade mark. Will try it next time.

I was there at MIRDIF BRANCH to make an Order and don’t know wat design of my cake.but the staff is so helpful and help me.and the cake is so delicious.

In general all the cakes they have are good and tasty but recently their quality for the last two times were not as expected. Also they have good quality and finishing for the birthday cakes but price is a bit higher than other cake shops

It is a very nice place as i get the honey cake about 1 or 2 times a week, it is my favorite place to have cake at, all my birthday cakes came from katrina, all my celebration cakes came from katrina because it is underrated.

Am a regular customer of Katrina Mirdif for long time but unfortunately the taste has extremely gone down lately. It is not worth paying high prices for low qulaity cakes and pasteries.

Very SWEET place. Many options. Clean and neat. Staff were polite but a bit stiff. I believe no need to be that much serious in a sweet shop.

It's a good place but lately their service has gone down the drain. Their cakes are super expensive and one goes there for a good overall customer experience. The Filipino staff is always courteous but it seems the Arabic lady has some issue with brown skin in general. She ignored me and started taking order of a lady standing behind me in the social-distanced queue. I wanted to protest but I thought she might have made a mistake. I was sure it wasn't a mistake when the same thing happened again. Katrina could learn a thing or two about customer service. I buy at least 12-15 cakes a month due to my engagements. I am NEVER going back here again.

Ordered through carriage these listed items only one of the items arrived and the rest were replaced with different products without informing me.and the items they delivered are not things I eat so they are of no use to me. This is stealing.they should have called to inform me so that I cancel the order instead of sending things I wouldn’t eat

I’m actually very disappointed. I’ve been dealing with Katrina for more than 3 years and every time their cake is used to be very tasty, but today I got shocked when I received my son’s birthday cake which is by all means “bad”.
First, they didn’t follow the specifications that I have given to them and repeated it many times. Second, the taste of the cake wasn’t at all up to the standard of Katrina’s cake. It was very heavy, creamy and inedible.

This is the last time to deal with that shop and I don’t recommend it anymore to anyone.

I'm going to exaggerete or call it whatever you want BUT! Profetrol (sorry for speling) with caramel sauce is good to die for! OMG IS EVEN BETTER TO DIE FOR! This softness and flyffyness and combination of caramel sauce is something out of this world, when every bite gives you a firework of flavors! Definitely Chef who created this masterpiece is blessing of all might God cause I have no idea otherwise how this havenly desert was created! Thank you guys for making my day!

We are regular customers of Katrina Sweet since they opened many years ago. The most delicious cakes I have tried in the UAE. Always fresh!
Customized cakes designs are always as we request.

Poor service. Didnt bother letting me know they wont be able to deliver my order despite waiting for 2.5 hours. Pathetic - a lost customer.

We used to buy the honey cake from this bakery and it was amazing a juicy but unfortunately recently they are not doing it as before. They are amazing in the preparation of suger paste cake with amazing designs.

The honey cake is made to perfection, have been a frequent visitor. It is not too sweet, having the perfect balance of ingredients.

They have a lot of different types of cakes, and they can also customize it however you want it.

When it comes to price, it isn’t expensive to get a cake off the shelf as most of the prices are 100AED-200AED. Customized cakes are usually more expensive.

My personal experience: every cake I have tried tastes better than the other, and the seating area is quite cozy. The staff are smiley and friendly. I enjoyed my time there.

Unfortunately Quality and Customer service has gone down drastically. It used to be a good cake shop in the neighborhood but seems their expansion is backfiring (common business mistake) they're cutting corners now which in my opinion is affecting their brand. I was a loyal customer for over 7 years but am ready to take my business to a new bakery that'll appreciate it!

Delicious variety of pastries and special orders. Patio to sit and eat dessert with coffee or juice. Inside is very small during hot weather, though.

I wasn't too impressed with their croissants or the raisin buns, Dainish bun pastry. White chocolate eclairs were just o.k. The white chocolate tasted very plasticky. Caramel cake slice and Red Velvet which according to my family were good.

The cakes are really out of the world. I ordered Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake and it melted in my mouth. Delicious! Highly recommended.

It was one of the best cake shop and still the best. But unfortunately they change kitchen location from mirdif to DIP2. Which is very far and delaying the process. Before when I need to add pictures to the cake they take minutes but know since the kitchen is very far you have to request one day in advance

I went there yesterday and was asking about the cakes and they made me feel like i was bothering them with my inquiries. She didnt even bother make eye contact. And when i was leaving, two of the ladies made a ridiculing comment behind my back in their language. Very very rude. Did not feel welcomed.

I Truly love this Place. One of the best Confectionery place in whole UAE. They have the best cakes thought I love their honey cakes, its the best.
