My sisters and I love this place a lot! Coffee is great! Especially Jay, who goes beyond what customer service has to offer. Very accommodating, fun and entertaining. Will definitely go back soon.

Love the cappuccino for only 5 AED.i used to get it from mcdonalds earlier, never knew Katrina also has coffee.happy for this find and not going back to mcdonalds for coffee anymore.

Very nice place and the staff are very accommodating to the customer specially the guy who serve a coffee in the morning.the tall guy I don't know his name and also the lady in the counter.the guy is very polite and very positive vibes the way he assist the customer.

First time to visit in katrina bin sougat centre supposed to be i ordered only coffee but they offer me their best seller cake. Perfect match with the black coffee.quick service and very trustworthy best staff ever.

I would rather drive to the Mirdif branch which is a bit far from my home, instead of facing these impolite staff.

I have been standing and waiting for some assistance and they totally ignored my presence and request as i was talking to them but they ignored me.

Comparing Katrina staff between this branch and Mirdif branch they really are unprofessional and poor communication due to the number of staff present.

Cake was tasty and good, but the font they use to write Birthday wishes is horrible and needs someone to read it

I had tried choc fudge cake that tastes amazing and the staff ariela, jerome and jay were very welcoming good customer service and loving staff must recommended.

Easter cake "Kulich" really amazing this season. Me, my friends and family members like it so much! I guess it is the best in Dubai. And your Vanilla & Berry cake is my love forever. ️️️

This doesn’t even deserve one star but zero. Very rude female staff and doesn’t know how to handle customers properly. She’s even in a hurry for me to pay even I'm not yet done choosing the items I want to buy. Products are amazing but the whole store in ruined by rude and mannerless kind of staff.

Pathetic and rude staff. When a customer walks in, please be courteous enough to listen. They kept asking me to repeat and giggled along with the manager. I stood there in astonishment and left in few mins while they continued to laugh. Never ever visiting this store or any of their branches. I've been a very loyal customer buying many cakes each month for friends and family but this rude behavior is cringeworthy!

Katrina sweets is the best cake shop i both Honey cake yesterday.it's so delicious.staffs are very friendly.specially to Ms. Ruby who assist me.

I would just like to thank Ms. Ariel, for a job well done in helping me succeed my order for my wife last July 12,2022. The cake was perfect.

I bought few pastries from their Mirdiff branch yesterday. It was delicious. The staffs also were nice. Will use them for my future orders.

All I can say I will definitely will Visit KATRINA CAKE SHOP Again. Best Chocolate Fudge Ever I taste!

They delivered the WRONG item and even 5 hours passed they didnt resolve their mistake its Dubai Airport branch the one in Bin Sougat Mall

Extremely unprofessional attitude of the staff I just enter bin sougat branch I ask lady for birthday cake she answer without looking check our website for picture I was checking the website I found normal cakes I back to the lady named (Lana lala lama… I don’t remember) I found that she wrote a number and she said take this number and talk to them I can’t assist you if any costumer come I have to assist them what the hell this is total unacceptable what she mean with that I’m not costumer (the shop was empty no one is there only 2 people are eating there cake) I was planing to take big order I didn’t come for cake only, I told her the shop is empty why you are saying you can’t assist me it’s busy she said I’m sorry madam I can’t help you only this number you can contact this is totally racist, unprofessional, unacceptable

Extremely unprofessional attitude of the staff in particular the Airport branch of Katrina sweets and confectionery. I placed an order with them yesterday morning at 10 am and finalized the order with all the details of my address, cake specifications and the payment details. Earlier I called 3 branches to make sure who can deliver to my address and they kept on transferring from one to another. After that I had confirmed with one of the staff members Ms Dianna from the Airport branch for the delivery and she told me to book the cake one day prior. They confirmed my order in the morning but gave me a call at 10 PM yesterday night saying they can’t deliver me the cake due to some delivery issues. It was an order for my daughter’s B’day celebration but the female on the line Ms Marjorie had no consideration of my situation and the trouble I will face with such a last minute cancellation, in spite she told me that they can arrange a private delivery for me with exorbitant delivery charges. I told her since it was a problem from their side they should be bearing the extra delivery charge and give me the order at the prize initially finalized but she refused outright. I would never like to ever place an order from Katrina again because no matter what’s that their cakes would be decent but their attitude is far from decent and plus let’s not forget the fact that there are multiple cake delivery options available in Dubai specially who wouldn’t trouble you so much at the last moment.

Great selection of high-quality sweets; friendly service, and great coffee for all the coffee-lovers like me ;)

All I can say is thumbs upfor all the staffs and satisfaction service. And the cake omg it's very delicious.you deserve this 5 ratings from mine. Keep it up guys!

I always order my cakes from here for any special occasions as they are quick and fast and friendly. This bakery is really special.there is never any fuss or confusions with them like a lot of other bakeries in Dubai. Also, they always can accommodate last minute orders with beautifully handwritten messages.

Cannot recommend this bakery enough!

PS: Their honey cakes are so delicious. Do not miss out!
