Lovely little place, friendly staff that are very responsive and have good products. especially popular for their honey cakes. personally I like the chocolate explosion cake, and the large fruit tart. my favourite are their caramel profiteroles.

Feels like a community corner shop despite being part of a larger chain, there’s a small seating area indoors and outdoors too

I placed an order via Deliveroo and it was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes though its just few slices of cake, however it’s been 1 and half hours and still nothing delivered! If you cant deliver people’s order on time then simply dont accept them, otherwise ensure to honor the delivery timeline. Moreover, my order has just been cancelled without notifying or even apologizing… last time ordering from this place ever!

We ordered two cakes 2 days before birthday. One we didn't get (they said that they don't have, so it can't be delivered), another one came absolutely broken.

I like to come here for dessert on occasions, and it never disappoints! All their desserts are delicious and fresh! You can’t go wrong with any dessert from Katrina’s, moreover, their staff are always so friendly and helpful!

Very horrible experience! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. I bought a cheesecake from this place with description says that it serves up to 6 people, however the one I got barely feed two persons! Then, the restaurant ignored my complaint and kept promising me to take action to refund or compensate me but nothing received. They ruined my occasion and cause my very embarrassing situation in front of the people invited.

Katrina is one of the best cake shops in Dubai, if not in UAE. Their price is very reasonable and the cakes are quality ones. Their honey cake, cream roll cake, and pofertjes cakes are the best! The taste of their cakes have its own identity and it’s not on the very sweet side, can say “less to mild sweet” on the chart of sweetness. Most if not all cake shops in Dubai falls into a very sweet chart.

You can ask them to write a message on the cake itself. They also sell candles here.

We have ordered couple times from Katrina’s bakery via Careem and every time it has been amazing! So far the best place to get dark bread and honey cake Their delivery guys are also very, very nice, friendly and always smiling. Thank you! You have us as your loyal customers

She assisted me and did not give up until I made my transaction successfully. Without a doubt, she is a the best customer service I have encountered. They always have good, tasty, light cakes. Not too sweet and heavy in the gut. We were searching for this branch in Sustainable City and for some weird reason, Waze was showing us a different way (through a restricted access road) and we thought maybe it's in that plaza that we noticed upon coming in Sustainable City. And yes it was there. We informed the staff about it and he said he also informed the same to his management I guess, because we were the 3rd customer to somewhat have "gotten lost". Now at least we know there is a decent cake shop near us.

The guy i spoke on the phone is completely useless, i order 6 pieces of what i wanted, tells me they only have 3 because they don't get more from the production. I suggest them to get them from another shop, and i was willing to pay, no, they cannot do, he said: cancel the order
Ok, I want to speak with a person in charge, there is none. Ok, i change my order while talking to him, I want to check availability and what he does? He hung up on me without saying a word. I then try to place an order on talabat and he cancel the order. I find this absolutely appalling, if you want compete in this market, you cannot have flexibility and grab every opportunity, very poor
