Kaya Skin Clinic - Barsha Heights

I would highly recommend Kaya for any kind of skin treatments and services. The team is highly professional and Dr Maha is amazing at her job. She has the right combination of skill, knowledge and experience to address any skin related issues.

I show up for an appointment to meet the Dr and even 40 minutes the doctor is yet to show up! And she still needed ‘10 minutes’
Not sure how this works and a client’s time cannot be respected.
Such a disappointment!

Its all about money. I made a consultation and after went to the “auction” reception where they stated that my treatment will cost around 20,000 and after negotiation they reduced the price to 13,000. What a great offer! I decided to leave, but they said no, and the cashier brought the ATM machine and added 300 dirhams and hold it in front of my face without any explanation. I asked what is this for? They replied for consultation, when I called they mentioned free consultations if you have Fazza. After I mentioned that they gave me %50 discount. I advise you to avoid this commercial center.

Also, she has guided me throughout my laser sessions with what i should and what i should not. Because of her, i started seeing results right after my second session. Really poor service in Kaya. The focus is NOT on customer but more on how they can make the maximum money and push products on to the customer.yet they keep you waiting for more than 1 hour AFTER making appointments and coming early.it’s not the first time.overall I have had really poor experience with the Kaya Barsha clinic

I had my 2nd laser hair removal treatment today at Kaya Skin Clinic - Barsha Heights and had the pleasure of being treated by KARUNA who did my Laser hair removal treatment. I can confidently say that she did an excellent job with her professional skills. She was sooo.kind and friendly I was feeling so comfortable when speaking with her. When I first visited the clinic Karuna took her time to listen to my concerns as I am a person who is afraid of any treatment which is done to the face. She assess my skin before recommending a personalized treatment plan. When ever I go for my treatment she makes sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about what was happening. The results were outstanding, and my skin has never looked better. I took my time to write this because I felt that Ms. KARUNA deserves this note of appreciation for her hard work and the support given to me. I highly recommend KARUNA to anyone in need of laser treatment as she is the best

Worst experience ever, it’s such a pain booking an appointment with them it’s a nightmare, they make so many mistakes with appointment scheduling and every time u call and ask for a time or a date they say it’s not available and u go to the clinic it’s empty, they make u sit a wait for so long before ur appointment and not be cuz the staff r busy with other customers but they suddenly disappear into their rooms chatting, they make sure you reach on time but they never start the service on time, I didn’t three hair PRP appointments everytime I waited at least 45 mins before they start

Very satisfied with the services provided by Kaya Clinic located in Barsha. It was overwhelming to choose the right laser treatment clinic with the plethora of clinics located in the region. I’m so glad that I decided to go on with Kaya for my laser hair removal.

Don't waste your time or your money. I stopped by and asked many questions and about prices for the treatment I needed. Then when I booked the appointment everything changed. All the prices were amended and were suddenly double.when I argued about it tbey then went back to the original price. Then they didn't even have the ability to do the treatment I had booked for. They wanted to send me to another clinic. I could have go e elsewhere if I knew that particular location could not meet.my needs. They were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic about wverything.from booking my appointment time wrong to misinforming me about costs and available service. What a colossal waste of time and money. Just awful.

Horrible experience with backend staff. No complains about the Dr who consulted. There is no clarity of disclaimer. Staff at the counter and the person who spoke for refund was so unfriendly and cold. I would not recommend Kaya to anyone for the ridiculous policies they have which is not told before you start your service.

I'm a regular customer in KAYA Barsha TCOM branch. This team represents among the highest levels of customer service I've experienced. Information was accurate, responses to my queries were turned around very fast. Answers were very clear and detailed enough for me to make decisions quickly. I had 4 sessions of laser for the scar removal, the machine got changed after 2 sessions, changed the branch for the next, but at the end didnt get the expected or promised result! The service and nature of the staffs were good!

I was really disappointed with the clinic! I have been contacting them for a couple of days to book consultation and a session on the same day and i was clear of everything i said but they were not honest with me and they booked only a consultation!
they sent me prices of every body part of hair reduction and i confirmed everything with them and when i arrived at the clinic i was surprised by the prices they gave me they were more than they said in whatsapp! It is unprofessional to do this with the clients we came to the clinic and wasted our time for nothing! I have all the conversations is whatsapp about the price list and everything they sent me! I wont’t be recommending this clinic to anyone!

If you value your time, want actual results and would want to get your money’s worth, GO ELSEWHERE.

I came to this clinic to have my acne hyperpigmentation treated and I paid over 8k for 6 peeling treatments (that’s what they gave me as a package) and products.

I wouldn’t have minded paying so much if the results were actually great, but it wasn’t. After paying all that and buying their beyond overpriced products - the marks faded just about! They’re still very visible!

Not to mention that 4 out of the 6 times I was there, I had to wait about 30 - 50 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen by the doctor for about a minute!

Seriously, go elsewhere.

Worst experience. Charging a lot for nothing. Never going to visit this place ever. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a package from JBR branch for Venus Legacy treatments 2 months ago, at the time no one mentioned the machine wasn't available. Since then I have been trying to get the service that I paid for but were given too many excuses about why they don't have the machine available. After 2 months they finally called and said they will refund the money with no compensation for wasting my time. Now, I have to wait again for the refund, god knows for how long more. Don't you ever bother to use this clinic. Worst customer service ever!

Kaya clinic is providing a very professional services. I got so upset with my skin and went to different clinics but my skin problem was only solved in Kaya Clinic. Now I am happy as I can already see an improvement.

The staffs are very friendly and professional specially jorena who doing the hair removal laser for me and other sessions she is very fast and i never feel pain with her and after every session she call and check if i am fine and advice what to do.

Just had my laser hair removal session with Jorena yesterday. During the session, she continuously made sure the laser intensity wasn’t too painful for me. Was also quite surprised to receive a call from her this morning to check if I was facing any issues after the session and advised me what to do Incase certain issues arise. The fact that she followed up on this really makes me trust that she is dedicated and cares about her customers.

The only clinic that i trust for all my skin care treatments and body laser (specially karuna.she is the best!). Love love dr. Mansi for all skin fillers and botox!

Really great service and super friendly staff! Karuna is the one who did my laser hair removal. She's been very efficient and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable right from the start, always checked if I could tolerate the pain and it's usually over before i even realize. Very unprofessional staff.they only care for money and ways to sell their products.treatment n products are expensive and least value for money. The nurses are not well trained and instead of treating the condition, they made it worse for me. I feel the staff inc doc need to be trained on how to communicate better with customer with some empathy.
Their products are totally worthless and if you have to buy them, first check Amazon before buying them from stores and save yourselves being looted by them.

After the first experience where I had to wait for a long time, the team actually called back to schedule another appointment on the house as an apology and Dr. Maha and the reception team were incredibly nice. Completely overpriced! Charging twice for single laser sessions comparing to all other clinics in Dubai. And then offer “discounted” package which I might not need! Very disappointed

They give you a good price when you call them then give you an exaggerated price and insist it after discount. I've called two premium clinics and asked the price of the procedure I wanted to do and put them on speaker so kaya employees could hear, the prices were less than half what kaya asked for. Poor customer service. I'm sure the doctors are great but the magment at that branch seemed like they're scamming you. Plus I'd advice them to stop pressuring clines to buy products, I was told one the procedure I've done to my face won't work if I don't buy this 1000 dh cream, BTW cream cost more than the procedure it's self. They're tactics are insulting and demeaning. No wonder it's not doing that good. Well shame on you Kaya and hope you stop hustling.

Extremely poor customer service: I was made to wait for 35 mins at my very first appointment and I walked out informing the receptionist that this was not done as still there was np update on when I will be seen. I didn't even get a cal back about this.v
