I have always enjoyed the service whenever I have visited. My specialist has been Sandhya who has given exceptional service everytime I have visited.

Recently, I wanted to get a consultation regarding my hyperpigmentation and skin issues and I was very pleased by the service of Edalat. She went above and beyond assisting me, ensuring I was comfortable with the consultation being offered and made sure I was happy with the service up until I left the clinic. It is very rare to see such excellent customer service. Thankyou!

Dr Naina is the only reliable dermatologist I go to. She always ensures to clear my concerns and makes me feel calm and reassured. Dr Naina is trustworthy and easy going. She has a friendly personality and very easy going. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to kaya since 2021 and they do what they actually advertise. Kaya surely is the best skin clinic by far. Other than the doctors who excel in their area the staff there is stupendous. I have taken their laser, skin and Botox services and they by far have the best results. Tiffany at kaya midriff is the best and has been my constant since 2021. She is the best technician there, the way she gives extra care and time is just exemplary. She even manages the time I have always been late and makes sure that the service is always done right. Kaya is your go to clinic and Tiffany is the staff you always ask for.

Very bad experience, my son and I had a facial treatment. My son’s face became worse no improvement. We paid big amount but it’s not worth it. Very bad service too.

I am not rating the service as i canceled my appointment before even getting a consultation, it is terrible that the customer service asked me for my nationality to book an appointment or create a file, how shameful! What difference does it make, i am getting a laser treatment! Very very upsetting!

I went for a facial and was treated by Mandira. She was super efficient and took great care of me. I have very sensitive skin but she took care of every aspect of cleansing and extraction without causing any marks or blemishes. My skin is looking perfectly clean, refreshed and hydrated. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

My most recent experience here was the fire and ice facial. My therapist was named Rhea, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and delicate with my skin. The entire experience was fantastic and i will definitely continue booking my facials with her:)

They refused to send me the price list before coming to a consultation because “the price changes from one case to another”. What clinic does not have a standard pricing. I understand that some people will have to take different amount of sessions but each session should have a price that does not change.

I love Kaya services and products.ever since I started using it it should improvements on my looks with in-terms of service the staff r so friendly nature and extremely professional

Excellent place for skin problems. Had been suffering from pigmentation from LPP and Dr Nayna Nangia provided me with the correct treatment protocol. I am seeing so much improvement in just one month. Dr Nayna is so sweet and clears all my doubts. Very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Dr Nayna for anyone looking for skin issues. Kaya is bit expensive and would appreciate if discount packages are provided.

There is so much clutter when it comes to choosing a clinic for laser hair reduction, but no one matches Kaya. They entire experience at this place is top notch; right from the consultation to the actual treatment and after care. I have been getting my laser hair reduction done with Sandhya and she is an absolute gem. She makes me feel super comfortable and is always available to answer any questions. I’m also going a chemical peel at the clinic and Ray has been really good with making sure I’m feeling okay after every session. Not only do I recommend Kaya, but especially their Mirdif City Centre branch.

The clinic is clean and properly maintained.
Tiffany, one of the nurses, is friendly and has been very accommodating. At sessions, she explains the procedure to be done, and while at it, gives me a heads up on what is to anticipate. She also checks on me every after the sessions and gives pieces of advise on what to do when redness appears, itchiness occurs or when peeling is too much. This is totally exceeding expectations. Kaya is definitely recommended — A+ client service! ️

Painless Hair laser procedure. I took my first few sessions from some other clinic and it was horrible experience. But here I'm very much satisfied and can recommend it to everyone. Do visit and experience yourself. You won't regret!

Amazing experience as I did first for my
Lower legs having thick and too frequent growth. I got superb results in 3 sessions so I preferred to do some other parts as well although the results depends upon the hair thickness and other factors. I am happy with the overall service

This place has solutions to all your skin problems.
I had severe skin rashes due to unknown issues and probably in 6months time I had a good result.
The rates are not affordable for everyone but its worth a try if you have lost hope in other treatments as you will definitely get a result.
Dr. Azza is very good who patiently listens to your issues and gives us the confidence which is definitely a quality that every doctors should possess.
My personal therapist-Rae is superb and she stands by u and guides u.

I had great experience at Kaya Mirdiff i have no hesitation to say that Dr Mansi is the best dermatologist in the town, educated from one of the best colleges in India and well experienced, she listens to your concerns make you feel comfortable and give good treatment, my experience with her was excellent, other staff members are all good specially Ms Rae and Ms Dua are very helpful and friendly. I call Ms Rae even after her duty hours and she is always ready to help. Cleanliness is perfect you feel safe to visit even in covid situations

Kaya clinic (mirdif) is probably one of the best clinics to go to for skincare. Mom and I have been going there for a few years now, and it’s incredible. Very very horrible costumer service, at kaya clinic MCC. They actually forgot about me in the treatment room after i was prepped for treatment for a whole hour. If I didn’t have already paid in advance id never come back

I bought a package for a laser hair reduction - unfortunately the hair reduction didn't get much better and was given a permanent scar from the negligence and misuse of the nurse during one of the treatments.

After googling almost for a day, I decided to get into Kaya Mirdif.
First day experience—
During my first visit, I was asked to wait for the dermatologist for consultation. After waiting for a longer period I wasn’t able to meet the dermatologist as he/ she was busy. Later, the therapist Tiffany suggested to go for the laser treatment. I was also given a detailed chart of price with some offer. Though I was okay with the price, I was not very happy since I was not taken to the dermatologist as they promised.

My First Session-
The first session took place on the same day and I was still not quite confident as it wasn’t after a discussion with the expert. But, the therapist Tiffany made me feel very comfortable explaining each and every step throughout the session. I was given proper and clear instruction about post-session care. At the end of the day I felt better and happier.

Between the first and the second session—

(Its a complaint)

Since there was enough time between the first and the second session, I had to manage hair growth. Having no clear idea, I called to Kaya clinic and I was suggested to go for shave (just once). But when I went for the next session, hair growth was thicker and I was told by the therapist that I did a mistake by shaving which almost completely ruined the effect of my first session. Thus, one session of my package is wasted.

It is my advice that those who receive the call of enquires, should not misguide the people. Instead they can call back with appropriate advice.

Result after 4 sessions—
So far, I have taken four sessions and the result is quite positive. The treatment has brought a drastic change and I am extremely happy with the result so far. Thanks to Kaya.

About the Staff—
Staff are very friendly and make us quite comfortable. They are very attentive and provide us with whatever information we need.
Hospitality is well taken care off. Cleanliness is maintained very well. Thanks for making us comfortable.

I am quite happy with the treatment so far. I am curious how long the treatment would be effective after the completion of all the sessions. Let me wait and see. I will be back with further reviews after the completion.
