Visited Kaya in Burjuman for my skin treatment and very impressed by their quality of service and hygiene. Also Silky was very helpful to guide me through payment and process. Nurse Ramya is very patient and takes very good care of the customer during all treatments.

It was a great experience being treated by Dr Naina, she is exteremely nice and friendly with her patients, and changes are really visible, would recommend 100%

Visited the clinic for a chemical peel, Dr. Kausar did a fantastic job where by the pigmentation on my face has significantly reduced.

When I first heard of Kaya Skin Clinic at Burjuman, I felt it was for women only. But its unisex and their services are very reasonable with accuracy and customer satisfaction. I recommend this to everyone.

Today was my first laser session at Kaya skin clinic at burjumaan. I had booked my session with mika and i must say she is the best, i was very very nervous before the session and mika made sure to calm me down and assured me that i am in safe hands. She was very patient during the entire session and made sure i was doing fine. She is very experienced and professionsl and the same time she is also very kind and friendly. She is best at what she does. My entire session was very quick and painless. I did not feel any discomfort. I left happy, great and confident from the clinic. Started my hair removal laser sessions a couple of weeks back, and my first session was really good. Pallavi, Mica and ramya made sure that I was comfortable before starting the session.

Would definitely recommend laser hair removal as Kaya knows how to takecare of their customers unlike other clinics out there.

Overpriced consultation and they don’t accept any insurance also. For sure this place is for rich people and not for middle or lower middle class.just my opinion as I never visited there but only spoke on the phone and asked them the price of consultation.

From the day i enquired for the Laser hair removal up to the first treatmet I had I can tell that Kaya Clinic is very accommodating and professionals! I am very thankful to Ms Pallavi for the encouragement to do it and recommending Ms. Mica to me. She is the best in her craft, explained the process very well and not intimidating as for the 1st timer on this treatment. I would also recommend their high end laser machine that was very painless. Far different from what i searched from the internet on laser hair removals.
By the way the location is great and the clinic is very clean and hygeinic.

Regretfully, I would have tried this clinic as it’s close to me. However, it seems like there are repeatable customer service problems from the front line staff reading through the reviews. Money doesn’t grow on trees and life is short.

Recently I did kaya ultra youth glow facial
When I went their one of them send me to the facial area and explaining me all the facials they have
She ws insisting me to do her new launched facial but I said her my skin is very clear and I need only relaxation and glow so I will go with the kaya ultra youth glow when I asked her regarding the payment she is saying me not perfect amount but saying me it's in 800 range. 600 range like that then when I asked her what about the kaya youth glow she said me 700 then I agree she called her receptionist to take the payment then she said me you have to pay 777 i asked her why it's so high price she said we are going to use machine.
I went their coz one of my frnd taking treatment from their but my mistake ws I didnot called my frnd and asked regarding the payment.
Then I finish and came back
When I met my frnd and told he said me they cheated you it's very high they charged you.
Even when I asked them the menu for price they dont have with them.
Then the next day itself my frnd called in that clinic and checked for the same facial and asked for price she said its 600 plus 25 percent discount.

I really tell you trusting these people and they literally cheated me.

Kaya skin clinic is an excellent place to do the laser treatments. The team is well experienced and highly skilled. If you are looking for any skin care treatments Kaya is the best!

Horrible customer service. Days waiting to book appointment and when I finally call to see whyyy I didn't get any email for appointment they finally book me one. I finally go and they said they cannot see me bc the doctor is busy so they will reschedule in 15 DAYS! I said why 15 days just bc she's busy? She said bc you been to Thailand in the last few days so we cannot treat you for you skin. Seriously? So I wasn't bc she was busy.
I wasted my time just to not get any help but discrimination bc I am cabin crew and I travel so they are scare that I'm sick. The WORST experience I've had in customer service.
Do not waste your time with this clinic.

Before i express my disappointment, let me get this clear first, I don't have a problem with their doctors. In fact, Dr. Tabassum, who has been taking care of my acne-prone skin, is a great (and pretty haha) dermatologist! Gentle and she listens! My skin improved quite a lot so that's 5-star for her.:)

This review is basically for receptionists/nurses.

I USED TO LOVE KAYA CLINIC - BURJUMAN BRANCH. They HAD the best nurses and receptionists.but not anymore. Every time I visit the clinic a year ago, one (or two) of them would gladly welcome me with big smiles, ask how i'm doing and offer me something to drink. I felt at home! <3 AS MENTIONED, IT'S A DIFFERENT STORY NOW:)

No big smiles, no warm greetings, no drinks: D

Everytime I request for an appointment with a specific doctor for a specific treatment, the new nurses/receptionists ALWAYS fail. I repeat, ALWAYS. There will always be a problem such as:
1) booking an appointment for a treatment without the machine lol
2) booking an appointment for a treatment without the doctor i requested (there was a time when the nurse was already cleaning my face only to find out that my preferred doctor isn't around! I only trust Dr. Tabassum ok)
3) they don't know when the doctor will be out for vacation so when you're there, they would ask you to have a check up with a diff doctor.

None of them apologized when these things happened. Instead, they reasoned out and gave me an attitude <3 sweet!

It was the first time that I did laser hair removal. After my first session I can see considerable changes. Nice staff as well.

Very bad "clinic". Wrong informations, lies, unprofessional, disrespectful, "manager thinking she is on top of the world because of a title she does not even deserve ", hangs up on me while it's my right to go there and fight for my rights, and thinks she is scarring me and threatens to call security on me before i even came to the clinic to get refunded because of the bad consequences due to a first session hair treatment which is called "needleless infusion". What is the ppint of follow up then and where is the follow up? This treatment is made to improve hair growth and reduce thinning hair and prevent from hair loss and a few days after this, I started loosing hair in an unsual amount, and paid alooooot of money for nothing, and they won't take responsibility for their actions and get scared because they know they are wrong, so instead, they try to use something against me not to let me come not to refund me or fix the problem. Where is the clients carring here as you pretend you do? The manager is saying they are not happy with me because my honesty and truth hurts her. She even said that the Dr didn't want to work with me anymore either while the dr and i got along very well and never said this to me face to face or on the phone so i will go there to get my refund as mentionned on the terms and conditions that if a bad side effect happened due to a treatment from their clinic, they have to refund wether they like it or not, so stick to the rules and law and common sence miss "manager". I don't even want to continue with them and won't and don't want to end up bald. They arent the only clinic in dubai. You should accept critics to improve yourself and get knowledge instead of a hidding and not assuming your mistakes. The kaya call center also told me i was welcomed at any kaya center even after this inconvinient, while the manager of this one lied again saying i wasn't welcomed and wanted there? Is she paying rents there or she the owner to act like she can make such decisions? LOL. They are ashamed of me coming to the clinic and don't want me to make a scene and fight for my rights, not to show their true colors to clients and lose them. They are stealers. Avoid them! There are sooo many good clinics in dubai cheaper and better and worth your time. They are very bad and they are confused and lost and don't have specific answers and list prices. Changes their words every minute. Unconfident. Avoid them people. The manager should save herself the embarrassment and avoid from fighting with clients and disrespecting them not to be fired. I understand her worries though. You don't respect the client and don't make treatments well so clients gets back at you in the same way. There is no smoke without fire and every action has a reaction.

I called them to ask for consultation with dermatoligist, as i was having symptoms of chicken pox. The response & dealing is good. But the wondering thing is, they dont accept medical insurance. Need to pay the full amount that is nearly AED300.

I visited Kaya clinic in Burjuman yesterday after being highly recommended by my sister who is currently a client there. We live in Arabian Ranches, so it is definitely not the closest branch, however I specifically chose that branch because of my sister’s recommendation.

My reason for visiting the clinic was just to get an initial assessment of my skin and a better understanding of how to care for it. First of all the consultation itself was 220AED. When paying that much, I expected a thorough examination, recommendations and at least some notes from the doctor regarding my skin condition, what things to avoid, what products to use etc. I was given a small scrap of paper with two products written on it. When asking the admin staff specifically about what the doctor had prescribed they were very reluctant to share details that would have enabled further research on my part or at least given me a better understanding of what was recommended to me.

The whole experience was purely sales driven. The consultation itself was very short, the doctor bombarded me with information and as I did not know much about anything she was saying I felt very overwhelmed. I did not even know what questions to ask. I at least thought she would write some of what she was saying down and give it to me so that I could remember it later, considering I was paying for a consultation and also considering that Kaya skin clinic is apparently one of the best in the country.

As someone who is quite naive about skin, I felt like they took advantage of me, recommending numerous treatments without having my best interests at heart. Overall the whole experience was extremely disappointing on my part, it was not at all personal and I felt like the consultation itself was extremely rushed and not at all tailored to suit me. I felt like from the doctor to the reception staff, they were just pushing treatments onto me and trying to convince me to purchase it when I wasn’t even sure if it was truly beneficial or necessary for me. And I am not even able to further my research or come to an informed decision regarding these treatments as like I said before they refused to give me specific details about my consultation. It’s hard to imagine that they really care my skin at all, and not just about making money.

Finally, the worst part is that every member in the clinic recognised me from my sister who is an existing client, and yet they insisted that I paid the full 220AED for my consultation. After my consultation I spoke with my sister who said that she has referred people to Kaya clinics before and as a result they have gotten free consultations. I feel thoroughly disappointed and cheated by the whole experience. I truly had high hopes that Kaya would be the solution to all my skin care needs, and we were even planning on sending my father who has had some scarring on his face. However after this experience, I feel like the whole business is very money-minded and not at all about what’s best for the client, and frankly that is a disgrace.

I’m not really sure how this place is even operating! They give you misleading information, the price list outside is HALF of the actual prices, they do not have any price list you can refer to, and they push you so hard to get 4 sessions to get “the best price” and they will not tell you about the discount you can get if you have the entertainer or other partners.they had me speak to the manage who was also not helpful either. I don’t think you should trust these guys with your skin. There are many cheaper options who are way more trustworthy.

Just a week back i got the laser treatment done so far my experience was very good the customer service is very good they call you as your appointment date arrives and they always smile and explain the different treatments, they even provide you with drinks and a TAB you can watch youtube/ Netflix with to pass your time. I appreciate the extended care from shramine the receptionist and fatma who did my treatment they both made me feel very comfortable.and i thank them for their caring i still am waiting for the results after which i shall know if this all was worth it.and after which i can promote about the same to all my colleges and friends.hoping for the best.

Please I advice everyone not to do botox at this clinic they have no clue of what they need to do! And u keep coming to them and telling them plz i never had wrinkles im doing botox not to have! And after ur injection my skin become full of wrinkles all what they say ohh u need more then lets put more! Then they charge u more! And u and up paying more with zero result!
