This is an average restaurant, never go with big expectations. Mr. Anzal was so polite and friendly.

The first thing is the staff warm welcome was not satisfied …
The toilet was not cleaned properly
Whenever we asked something to eat, they simply said that it will more than a hour,
we just ordered alternative foods but they simply said it wasn’t available, just ignore the customers request casually… and we check with cashier, he didn’t givens the proper reply…
What kind of customer service they are providing we didn’t understand.
Even the restaurant didn’t even crowded
Kindly avoid this restaurant if you want to save your time and money…

08/09/23, Eaten called button briyani.
They given white rice not a ghee rice, gravy and mutton pieces called as briyani. No briyani spices at all. Just gravy and mutton pieces with bones and strong ligaments, you can't bite also. Wasted 21 Dhirams. And for one or two persons they won't on the AC which is Highly disappointed with staff behaviour issues. Not suits for hotels and hospitality catagory.

I had the worst experience on yesterday. We ordered both chicken and beef biriyani and they have simply put some beef curry in ghee rice and served to us and that too worst I had in my entire life.

Simply waste restaurant not recommended.

Worse experience. Food is not good. I am not recommend anyone else to go there.

26.08.23 I ate beef biriyani. But it's like geerice with beef gravy and the taste is also very bad I paid 19 AED for that. My first and last visit. Please don't go there humble request.

Faced very bad service from the hotel management on 5 th aug 2023, those who order food also be prepared to get insulted.

I had the worst experience today. We ordered Mutton biriyani that too the worst I had in my entire life. The meat was really bad and had a bad texture. We complained but the staffs were not accepting it and where claiming it to be fresh. Strictly I dont recommend their Mutton biriyani

Chutty choru beef …. Very bad …no side dishes… given morning Green peas and yogurt with chutty choru

We tried lunch in this restaurant.very bad experience. They are serving old foods like rabbit roast and kattupothu fry.so I waited there half hour.they boiled old foods and served.food quality is very poor. I recommend Greenland restaurant and aaramam restaurant.

Food is so good, specially pothi biriyani, chatti chor, kizhi porotta, beef fry etc.but service is so poor.actually they don’t know how to treat customers very bad service.

It was first experience of ChatiChoor in a Kerla restaurant.
The food was exceptional good and the taste was matchless.

Worst Dum biriyani i ever had and for that biriyani i had to wait almost 45 min, me and my friend had the biriyani and it looked like it was adjusted from here and there and give to us, after eating that we both had stomach problems.i suggest everyone not to have their biriyani to save ur taste buds.we actually went to calicut paragon but it was so bzy so we shifted to this and we regret the decision.

I will not give any star because it was my worst experience in Dubai. Serving cheapest food for highest price without any manners. Don’t go with great expectations especially for chattichoru.

I tried their meals. It was nice one. Good quantity and affordable price. I think for lunch kayaloram on of the good option in Al Karama. And one more thing, their service not that much good.

My first badest experience in Dubai
Nothing we ordered was good not even tea.
Ghee rice (below average),
kaatupothu roast (not tasty and very hard),
kallummakkaya fry (was stale, had a bad taste) and tea (couldn't have more than a sip).
I found same problems with kallummakkaya and beef in other reviews too.

Food was good, never go with big expectations! The attitude of Staffs are not upto the mark.
But curries were comparatively less than from the last time since we ordered chuttichoru! I went from a long way with expectations as I was told by my friend.
Staffs were looking at us like why did you come sort of face.
Staffs need to have a happy face. Lazy and can’t even explain what special do they have. Food was good but very less curries - beef, beetroot, thoran, pappad, two type pickles, curd this is just an oonu even oonu has more than 3 types of curries.
Ilayil pollicha kappa & beef was good.

I ordered shapa chatti fish curry, porotta and kappa with dal fries It takes about 30 minutes to bring the order First came the kappa, porotta and fish curry Ordered food is not served at correct time We ordered beef curry as the dal fry didn't come After eating a lot of food, the dal fry came Very light Staff behavior is very poor The food didn't taste that good either

Perhaps one of the worst customer service. Notwithstanding the quality of food but the service gave the bad experience. I don't think to go again there and recommend to my friends

It has a good dining space and the staff are friendly.

The worst restaurant in Karama.
This is the 3rd time they are providing us with decayed fish curry.foul smell.
Already you guys are charging a pretty good price for a small piece of fish curry which weighs less than 100gm. Atleast try to show the professionalism to provide good quality and service for the price u takes.
When complained, staff is arguing with us. Owner walks away.this is the 3rd time.
Paying 15.75 dhs for 2 chapathis and a small piece of decayed fish the 3rd time. I regret it.
Mixing decayed fish in a curry and acting smart is not a big idea for a restaurant to sustain.

We faced very very bad attitude from the manager named Mr. Jolly kutty we are regular customer of kayaloram since years. We ordered chatti chor from there as usual and today when we received food it was quite shocking that most of the side dishes was missing hence we called to the restaurant and enquired Mr jolly kutty the manager spoke to us very rudely and was arguing too much, not at all professional the service was really bad we didn’t excepted this from such a reputed restaurant, we paid money but the service was not at all satisfactory.

Would give it a zero if I could. Waiters stand was very rude. Worst service experience ever in my life. I believe that’s why this restaurant is one of the underrated restaurant in Karanam even having nice quality food.

Have variety of foods, daily meals and lunch buffet evening curry market counter. Special chatti choru available.

Very nice south Indian restaurant. Nice Kerala dishes. Polite behaviour from the staff. Spacious, separate room for family, all good. Just posting a photo of the dish which I had only here.

Bad food. I ordered Hamur pollichathu + Prawns roast. It was hard to find fish in the both dishes. Plenty of masalas.

Food is tasty as normal Kerala restaurants. There is a bit croud on weekends. Seafood items are a must try here. You get the feel of being in a Kerala fishing boat with the ambience they have created.
In Ajman area it is a bit pricy but comparing Dubai the price is less here

We have tried only the chatti chor several times never disappointed in the taste.
The cleanliness and service is below average. Tables, hand wash area are VERY unclean which is so disturbing during this time. Regarding the service, you have to keep repeating half of ur order to the staff as they will bring only few things first.

I ordered chicken biriyani and kayaloram special beef curry. The beef curry is amazing and finger licking good. The chicken in the chicken biriyani is exactly the way I like it (so please don't make changes to it). The only problem is the biriyani rice. It has lots of raisins. I get at least one raisin in every bite. It spoils the taste for me because of the sweetness. Its too much resins. If they reduce the amount of raisins or make it preferably with no raisins, the chicken biriyani is superb too.

Worst customer service. Waited almost 30 minutes to staff to take order. Meals get served by 20 minutes after. Food quality is avergae

Me and my wife visited last week.we tried chatti Choru (beef and chicken) and Kallummakkaya ularthiyathu.chatti Choru was good and worthy for 10 AED. But Kallummakkaya was very bad, I don't know why they served to us like this.

I'm not talking about quantity, the quality was very bad. I never ate Kallummakkay like this in my life.its a worst Kallummakkay i ever ate. I think Kallummakkay was stale.services was good, good for family, clean and neat.

Amazing value for money, excellent taste, fish curry was too good, had Fish meals for a steal, just 10 AED, unlimited service of all all rice and gravies. Service was good too. Filling meals

One of the worst experience i had while eating from Karama.

I ordered KothuPorotta from Kayaloram and i got it after 20 minutes and its okay.

But the quantity is very less.
Like it was given on a very small bowl.
I have never seen such small quantity of Kothuporota in a normal restaurant like Kayaloram for 15 AED.

Worst experience ever do not visit this restaurant staff doesn't know whoch meat is beef and which is chicken. I had order for chicken khizzi paratha this gentleman served me beef and i had confirmed also before consuming but at last it was beef which againt my religion and he served chicken to my friend who is allergic to chicken and at the end they dont know hi di as usual

Always a favourite for Chattichoru. Beef tops all time. Kerala porota is a must. Kappa is good too.
Egg roast I would recommend. They have a wonderful collection of 90s Malayalam songs playing all time. Staff are really good and serve better

To keep that Nadaan Kerala food cravings at Bay come to Kayaloram. It serves some amazing lip smacking delicious fish fries like the Natholi and Sardines. Recently had their Kappa Beef which went so well with the Wheat Porotta like no need of curry. Social distancing is practiced a lot and all Safety measures

Not as expected as manchatti Restaurant Karama. Overall good but not up to the mark. Covid-19 issues added more impact as the food was not supplied in chatti.

Rubber Sheet is most softer than the kerala porotta I bought from here. Very late delivery. Delivery Guy don't even call. I got a missed call nd i had to call him back. Portion and Price is not fair (ginger chicken).

The resturant situated near to the central post office karama. All the cuisines were really nice. The authentic taste of all kerala foods were really nice. Also there we are having buffet meals for only 15 dirhams which many of the tasty verities of their special foods. On Fridays the buffet will be not nice since the crowd is sole what a negative side when the seats will become limited even though they are having more seats. The kerala type chatty choru was really amazing also my favorite pepper beef fry was delicious. The normal meals was also nice when comparing with other restaurants. All the staffs were nice. Having a pleasant smile throughout there service.

It's just an average Kerala restaurant located in karama with varieties of Kerala cuisine. Their signature dishes including Kerala meals and Chatti Choru (mix of rice with chicken or beef or prawns and coconut chutney in a clay pot)

The worst delivery service which I have ever faced in my live from them.

I have ordered for food at 2: 15pm today and after multiple follows, they said they just send it for delivery at 2: 55pm.

Afterwards, I was in a call with my family and then after finishing the call again called them to enquire about the status at 3: 20PM. They said it was already send.

Even after that I had to wait till 4: 30PM and again I have called them and get the contact number of delivery boy and cross checked he said the they guy who took the order has no given my room number which already given while placing the order.

Worst service from Kayaloram Restaurant. This my last order going to take from them.

Good pick for beef lovers. All the beef items are expectional here. The bèef will be perfectly cooked and all the beef items are prepared almost in authentic flavour of kerala. Apart from this seafood items are also delicious. Porotta which is available here is typical kerala porotta. My personal best here are porotta and beef chaps and meals.

Quality and taste is excellent. I had a good dinner when I was in search for a pocket friendly restaurant. Had veg kothu parotta and chicken dosa. Both were excellent. And had a good aromatic Chai after a long time. Would recommend everyone to give a try at least once.

I was there with my friends for lunch. We ordered Chatti choru, Malabar dum biriyani and beef fry. The food was wonderful and the ambiance was good. It was crowded however didn’t had to wait for much to get a table. My ratings as below.

Cleanliness: 3/5 - the waiter served me water in a Styrofoam cup which was having dirt/dust inside. He replaced it upon notice. The hand wash area also need to be improved.
Cost: 5/5
The parking is a bit difficult during peak hours.
