Extremely friendly behaviour by staff. We were guided by Ashwin, a really nice and helpful person. The food is extremely good and they have a wide variety to choose from.

Food is pathetic! We asked the server for their signature dish and they suggested for a chicken that is fried and with some worse gravy. The worst that I had from Dubai. Went with an expectation of Green city but the food is really expensive and very pathetic. Very bad experience and when informed to the people there but they were not even able to accept it. Seriously suggest not to go there.no value for money.

Service is poor …. They don’t even supply the side dishes when we ordered food … we have to ask again to check about the sides

Ordered Onasadhya, now the time is 2 PM and they weren't delivered till now. Not even answering the calls. If they are unable to fulfill the orders, then why they are taking orders. Clear irresponsible service from them

The food at this restaurant was delicious and satisfying, but the dim atmosphere made it hard to read the menu and fully enjoy the meal. Some diners were even using their phone lights to see. While the ambiance might be intentional, it could be improved for a better dining experience.

Good ambience and service. Food tastes good. Loved the starter, thattukada style chicken fry. Food tastes good. Except for the small sized washroom the restaurant is good.

Center of karama. Best food. Dont try chef specials. Order the food which you like the most. My favorite was nool porotta with butter chicken.

Average food. There are have been there in market for years but are struggling to keep with the restaurant boom in Karama.

A must visit restaurant if you are a south Indian food lover. Their FISH and other curries are delicious.prepare to wait for your table in case visiting peak hours

Don't go to these place expecting old Keerthi restaurant, it's changed, menu's will be having big big names but not worthy n tasty.
Management should appoint someone who knows how to cook food with care. Not recommended.

The restaurant is utmost irresponsible when it comes to delivery. Whenever you give a call the restaurant says “it will be delivered now”. I had asked right after ordering if I should come and collect to avoid delay. Now even after one hour they say “it will be delivered now”

Worst experience ever

Nice place to eat with family. Variety of food options available but the best part is veg meal in 10 AED only. They start serving meal around 1pm and it's always crowded.

I was a regular customer here and today we got served with the worst ever chicken roast with foul taste. Talked with the one who served it and he was like this is real taste as we are trying chicken roast for the first time.

We were 9 people and this is our last visit.

No employee did even cared or uttered a word. They were like eat whatever we serve and ge the hell out of here.

Paid whole the bill even for the ugly chicken roast.

Customer service is not really good, delivery is literally pethatic,
Eg: they are not ready to deliver in karama also near to keerthi restaurant.
They are thinking customers not paying money.
However they are not ready to provide atleast card payment option also.

Food is okay what delivery service is very bad. Once we place the order. He devlived after one hour. So please improve your service.

Very poor serivice from the restourent, i just went to the hotel and ordered chicken roast and beef curry. But the chicken roast that they served was rottel chicken. I mentioned this to the staff but they dont care about it, i advice the people that be careful about your health before visiting this hotel.

The kappa biryani here was something I used to relish a lot but nowadays it feels like substandard.full of meat bones and tapioca only.not value for money.get your act together people!

Great ambience with good food. Price is also reasonable. Suitable for family and bachelor's. I tried the special chattichor, which is so delicious. I think best place for who looking for Kerala dishes.

I ordered daal from keerthi.it was the worst dhal every.no salt, smell bad and it looks like it was made in very hurry tht they didnt cook properly also.and its expensive also but not worth the money. Very dissapointed

Ordered Beef biryani from Keerthi. It was the worst biryani I ever had! It was 17aed and not worth the money. Rice was too dry as if its not cooked properly. Beef was looking black in colour with no flavour.and the biryani masala was not at all good. Overall we didnt feel like we are having biryani.

Whats not selling or about to expire in kitchen will be forced to customers plate. If they took the order and cameback saying thats not available now and we have instead xxxxx. Please dont go for that. Also please ask price before you order, else you will end up having a bill with 5 star hotel price. A humble suggestion based on terrible multiple experiences.

Nice service and Ambience, i tried pothi choru, food taste/quality is average.
Recently I tried grilled chicken, not cooked well and taste is poor.

This is the best restaurant in Karama for value for money, great food & great taste with reasonable price.

Visited this restaurant with a friend on her recommendation and I'm happy to say I came back home fully satisfied, foodwise. We ordered the grilled chicken (half) which was priced reasonably at 12.5 AED. It was not too charcol-like unlike other places where grilled chicken is served or drenched with oil and/or reeks of charcoal. The spice was just perfect, not too spicy for someone who doesn't enjoy very spicy food. The grilled chicken had some green chutney stuffed into it which gave it its unique flavour and it was just a burst of yumminess in your mouth. Had the appams which were so crispy and vanished from our plates within minutes. The tea and watermelon juice was good too (but the latter had no fibre and loads of sugar, avoid juices if you can and are conscious about the sugar count). They also serve hot water with a pinkish tinge (has the powder of a bark of a tree which is used as a blood purifier). COVID-19 protocols were well followed and the staff was friendly. Post-iftar and evening times can get busy so you will have to wait if it's full, says a lot about its popularity!

Just tried Mutton Korma.it was 7 out of 10. They make it using coconut curry.

Tasty south Indian foods, service was excellent, staff behaviour also very good. Totally iam very happy.

From last two days keerthi restaurant is not attending calls, yesterday morning phone was off, then I went to take the food and informed them that phone is not working. They rectified it. But today also again same issue. Please fix your telephone so that we can call and order.

Keerthi deserves five star rating for good food and service. As you all know Karama is a food street or hub for Dubai people. This place opens 24 hours and serves delicious kerala food. During Ramadan Suhoor we went 2.00 Am and had good fish meals which comes with grilled shery. They charged only 10 AED which is worth deal

Not recommended, fish pollichathu Avoli was too smelly nor taste (waste) and Beef roast Chatty Varattiyath @38 not value for money very small potion looks half portion, the waiter said he will check then he was trying to hide till we finish and payment, in fact cashier no action, not even listening to us.olden days is gone. Bill #1095521, we family will never go there again - so upset.

In fact we have ordered beef dry fry but supplied roast, plz wash fish properly.

Hope senior managegement will take it seroisly.

Good food, quantitywise and taste wise. Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. We tried chicken pottitherichathu. They suggested this for spicy. But was not that spicy.

In salad they served 5 pieces of Jarjer leaves️ and one piece of cucumber and carrot.
Their Grill chicken is one of the worst taste I have ever tried.

One of the worst biriyani we ever had. We orderd 2 mutton, one chicken and one veg biriyani, the biriyani delivered was 3 days before I think so.
I will never recommend my to go to this restaurant.

Visiting many times when ever I visit karama. They works for 24 hours. If I write review for this resturant there is a lots to say. First of all the staff service is really amazing. Even though there will be always rush they will serve each and every customer with a huge priority. All the staffs were giving such great thing. When comes in food quality, its really amazing. In a reality you can get any type of kerala and north indian or any types of food there. They are having daily special menus as well. There men is also upgrading each months. I have tried more than 22 variety of dishes in keerthi. Among that i likes more than 85% of the dishes. We can choose to sit inside or outside. There grilled chicken is also nice. And and and so on?

I had food from this restaurant two three times.this three times i have very bad experience.the serving people compelling their own specialty food or curry.whatever the food we are asking, that food taking 20-40 minutes. So automatically we ordered their today's special curry.but that curry very tasteless, expensive, and deceitful. Its happened not foe me. I watched one hour yesterday night. I met three groups same experience. We asked regarding this issues to manager.they are started to banter us as usual. So people if u had same experience ask and complaint directly before leaving without feel shy.

Pretty familiar Kerala restaurant in the area which is open 24 hours. Tastes good. Wide variety of Kerala and Chinese cuisine. Also they have some cool nadan (desi) snacks.

I had chicken biriyani, not at all cooked properly but only chicken was cooked, rice was not boiled & also expensive compared other cheap restaurant.

Fantastic Indian restaurant in Karama, quick and professional service from the waiters, one of the best curries Ive eaten in Dubai, meal for 2 people with soft drinks 80dhs, bargain:)

Place to have good food round the clock in Dubai. Especially South Indian food. Very tasty and authentic keralite restaurant

Came hungry and want to try your national food. Staff are only chatting and then they will give you wrong order. Very un-proffesional im so disappointed.
