I was ordered two biryani, when we are eating we are asking for gravy, they give me fish gravy and sambar, this is very bad service, pls explain me why?

Very bad experience. No tasty foods. Unprofessional staff and service. My rating is 0.5/100. Not recommended at all.

Food prices are expensive compared to other restaurants, taste little better, hygiene better, and we have to wait 10 to 15 mins for parcel service.no parking facility, dinning table facility better.

Veryy bad experience. Ordered via Smiles app. We had to wait for more than 2 hrs. Ordered at 2 and got delivered after calling them bck to bck. And in btw we didnt receive what we ordered. We ordered chicken Birayani and what we got was smthg else.really messed up. Worst service ever! The one who picks up the call has no telephone manner & dont know how to talk to a customer in a good manner! The person who delivered started arguing with us even though he had nthg to say. I recommend y"ll not to order frm this restaurant.

I ordered lunch.it happened to me twice.when we order they are not saying the time of delivery.we need to call many times in 30mins gap in order for them to bring.even after calling many times they deliver when they want to.too much annoying. Food is gud.dats the only reason we are ordering again.informed this many times, but still same.give some customer respect.value others time as well.if yu can’t deliver tell it clearly.

Very tasty food and good quality very decently behave staff they can understand what and how we want food and making like our home style I love it

No one waste Restaurent in dubai…. Better if they for free also its not worth of going there i order food at 11: 30 and its 3 o clock alredy i havent receive food until now the best part is 15 mlts away walk its hot so.this is nit first time already 4 times

Vegetarian foods are better here when comparing to non veg. Price is average. The Main reason I'm giving 2star is They take so much time to give ordered food while dine in and they are serving plastic meltable spoons for hot foods. These should be corrected

Had Parota, Gobi Manchurian and Paneer butter masala. IT WAS AMAZING. It took around 10 minutes for the food to come out. I would recommend take-out or delivery, dine-in would be a bit uncomfortable as the space is quite less.

Ordered food beef pothi porotta, shaappu kizhi chicken, beef shaappu fry. Very bad experience I had. I spent 46 AED and only get ulli curry with tomato. No beef no chicken.feeling sad

Superb! I soooooooooooo love it! My officemates namely Abhi and Hakim the Great wow lemme eat this Spicy Woaaahhhhh Beef Coconut Fry during our lunch break. I highly recommend this meal to my kabayan too! This is a MUST TRY!

Over price.and very bad experience they charged me aed5 for normal lime juice.all other shops charging.aed 3 only.very bad management.

Cant really comment on the reason why it happened as i was only told, driver arriving in next ten minutes for over 2.5 hours.
The worst part is this restaurant is 15 minutes away from my office and literally no accountability.
If you are ready to wait for eternity please order from Keerthi restaurant and i hope the food is really worth the wait.
Normally i refrain from posting negative reviews but you guys need to pull up your delivery game big time.

Foods are good and tasts good and homely. We had Kerala meals which was great in taste. Feels like it will be good if the seatings space little more spacious.

Very poor service. They have no credibility. They never respect customer feeling. I ordered food and get deliver after 3 hr after repeated reminder. If you r unable to deliver food on time then why u people accept order. Over and above this food is pathetic.

Tried the newly famous FULIJAR SODA!

Spicy, minty, lemony, gingery flavourfull soda with basil seeds!

There's so much craze about it that i had to go and try it out, had second thoughts about it but yet gave it a shot!

Must say, i wasn't disappointed!

Not bad but The food is a little bit spicy but for some peoples it's ok because sometimes some peoples want spicy food.but the restaurant it's ok.
