I recently dined at Keif restaurant, and I must say, it was a rather disappointing experience. The food left much to be desired, to the point where it almost made me feel nauseous. Additionally, I found the prices to be exorbitantly high for the quality of the dishes served.

One particular letdown was a sandwich that was clearly not cooked properly. It's frustrating to pay a premium and receive a poorly prepared meal. Moreover, I ordered a Fatteh dish that lacked any discernible flavor and contained old, unappetizing meat.

Overall, my visit to Keif restaurant was far from enjoyable. The combination of bad food and steep prices made it an unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope they can improve their quality and value in the future.

Amazing place, what a view!
Great outdoor terrace to chill at and have a delicious meal.
We loved the hummus, risotto, burger, and chili potato.

One of the best spots if you wanna dine and smoke shisha, i ordered a lebanese mezze, the meat was so tender and tasty, then wrapped it up with an avocado cocktail? U should check that part of the menu, they are doing wonderful juices.

The best Lebanese restaurant in Business bay facing the canal. The view is magnificent Staff was so super kind. Lebanese restaurant with beautiful canal view. Food is super nice I tried entrecôte was a heaven and they have 2 big screens with entertainment and outside and inside sitting area One of the best spots if you wanna dine and smoke shisha

What a view by the Canal, this restaurant has it all, Spectacular view, delicious food, friendly staff. I liked the turkish petit kabab filled with cheese, their juices is a must try. Samuel was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended especially for outdoors experience

Horrible service. They said it will take 3 mins to prepare a sandwich and it took 17 mins and I had to leave because I was going to be late!

Yesterday, i tried to invite a guest over, in keif restaurant. And as the weather in uae is very hot and humid nowadays we were asking to be seated inside. The attendant asked us if we are having dinner or just shisha and drinks, and when we told her why does it matter? She answered if you are having dinner you can sit inside, if you are not we only can accommodate you outside. Which was a very disappointing move specifically that i like this restaurant and i like their menu. I took my guests and had dinner in a neighboring restaurant because the way we were treated at the door was rude and not acceptable.
Such place should be able to maintain good reputation and they just lost some frequent customers.

Wow! One of the worst dining service I have ever expereienced. Eventhough the place was only 50% to 60% occupied, the response time was excruciatingly long. Everything was delayed and I mean EVERYTHING!

First the guy wouldn't take our order. We waited and waited and then I had to get up and ask someone to take our order. The person still didint show up. I repeated the act a second time and then finally a "few minutes later", someone finally decided to show up.

But the ordeal doesnt stop there. After clearly asking them to bring the appetizers first, they still brought it with the main course. I decided to hold my agony in peace and just complete the meal. The meal itself wasnt too bad. Nothing exceptional but not something I cant have atleast once a month.

Oh wait! There's more! The grand finale!

After asking for the check a good 2 times, I asked my family to head back home, whilst i waited near the hostess desk so that the process is sped up. Imagine me standing there for another 5 to 8 minutes, texting people, finishing a smoke whilst repeatedly asking for the bill over and over again and.the bill still didnt come.
Eventually I started to joke about it and asked whether the meal was free and if i can leave. Even that took 2 times for them to take it seriously!

Giving the two stars because do not want to be unfair to the kitchen staff. But honestly, I think this deserves only 1.

We went last night to the Keif Dine in Restaurant and had a really good time. The shisha was very smooth and the service was great. We had some delicious drinks and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend the place

Lovely experience, the venue is beautifully situated by the canal, it has amazing views, the food is fabulous and the sisha best in town! Totally recommend it!

Really great location along the dubai canal, a great place to chill, have some good food and shisha, they Even have a huge screen to watch matches.

This restaurant has a great outdoor seating and amazing view over Dubai canals. Very nice shisha and food and you get good value for your money here! I recommend the truffle cheese fries, dynamite shrimps and all Lebanese mezzas.yam!

One of the best Lebanese restaurant with tasty food and amazing views. Calm area next to canal business bay.local food and international food. You can have your shisha outdoor and indoor. There is also area for non-smokers and kids. Recommend!

The Lebanese food was very delicious. The weather is absolutely incredible right now, so it was nice to have shisha outside on the terrace. The staff was so professional and responsive 10/10 would recommend

The resturant is amazing, all the food is well done and delicious, best salad is Tabola it is so tasty best quality & price. Even tha atmosphere of the place is very nice.

I felt like being home ️, the food so delicious, the staff are so kind and friendly, the view is perfect. Everything was perfect. For sure will be visiting more in the future.

Amazing place. Super happy that I discovered it. Food was beyond delicious. Chicken was super tender. Mixed grill was great. I really loved the vibe. Very relaxing place and perfect outdoor dining. They have shisha and huge screen for sports.

We went to dine at Kief on a Monday evening.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Bussiness Bay in front of Dubai Water Canal.
I really liked the chilled atmoshpere.
They have a big choice of dishes: I got kebab skewers with potatoes and vine leaves.so delicious!
As a dessert we ordered the signature Lebanese Brownie: a must try!
Service was fast and the waiters professional.

Super chill restaurant along the water in Business Bay with great vibe and view! The shisha is super good and atmosphere very relaxed - the perfect place to spend the evening with a group of friends! The food is consistently good and the staff is super attentive and accommodating. Def 5 star from me!

The food was really good and it was served to us faster than we expected!:) Too bad it was fully booked outside, it would’ve been nice to see the Canal view but the tv screen indoors was also huge enough to watch the match! Love the place! Xx

My favorite spot in dubai for three years, the food is always so fresh and tasty i tried almost the whole menu i was never disappointed! And they have the best shisha in dubai! The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the view of the canal is amazing.i definitely recommend it!

This was my second time in Kief and I was excited that I’m coming back. Very nice restaurant with good location. I loved sitting outside even now during cold January Dubai evenings because of the patio heaters. It just changed the ambience completely! Food was great as well, we went for the typical Lebanese mezze and salad. I can only recommend!

The food in general terms is good, however customer service is not. They missed to serve me my drink, the check was incorrect and the attitude of the waiter could be better.

It took them around half an hour to take our order, so that disappointed us a little, on the other hand the atmosphere was very nice.

Nice delicious food, good range in the menu. Outdoor seating and the service is not bad at all. Recommended.

Super joint at the downtown riverfront, lovely weather the place has a nice selection of sheesha and the service for the same is nice, a good place to chill in the evenings

Excellent lebanese restaurant.the menu offers lebanese and international dishes.the staff is really nice and the vibes are always nice there.the restaurant has big screens to watch football games.

Very nice place for family dinning as they have proper kids play area inside with soft floor. My kid was just in there all the time and has to drag her out at time of leaving. Food is reasonably priced and quality and quantity is also good. They have 3 sitting areas one with family seating area, one common area with glass and then outside seating is also there, loved the arrangement and thought behind it.

Food quality is very good.
Service is friendly, attentive and waiters are knowledgeable.
Outdoor seating possible.
New menu items added and many fusion dishes to try.
Parking isn't always easy and directions can be tricky but it's worth it for sure.
