Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah

Had lunch today at their seaside restaurant Villamore and it was fabulous! The calamari with lemon aioli was crispy, the sea bass filet was pan seared to perfection and the millefogile pastry was absolutely delicious!

We used to come all the time, the service was amzing. Now it s really bad. No one came to take our order we were always supposed to find the waiter. No water included in the Day pass.ridiculous.
Will never come again.

Attractive surroundings with beach, sea and some greenery. Located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah so quite a long drive from Sheikh Zayed Road.

When this building was completed, it would have been an architectural masterpiece, but it is now showing some signs of age.

Such a marvelous place, i highly recommend it to people looking for a thoroughly warm and cozy experience

Guys this is the place for families not wanting too much crowd. Coffee is very good and team here help.

Sola is a great live venue / jazz lounge. Staff super friendly & professional. We were served y Julia which was very attentive. Food is super tasty & drinks made to perfection

Man fühlt sich wie ein König. Alles sehr sehr sauber, gross und einfach toll. Das Personal einfach wunderbar. Das Hotel ist einfach grandios. Teurer als andere, ist aber gerechtfertigt.

Zuman, at the beach restaurant was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our time there, watching the moon.

However, the gym could use a very big renovation. It is not to the level of Palm Jumeirah, it is probably the worst I've seen so far. Also, as the location of the hotel makes the sun goes down very early, probably will be better to have some attractive promotions.

Worst accommodation I ever been in, we rent a villa cost us 1333$ per night, and the furniture is so old, and the room finishing is horrible, and when we complain they offer us different villa with different furniture colors!

Truly one of the best hotel stays I have experienced! Service was AMAZING! Hotel was incredibly comfortable and spacious! Amira, Katarina, Vitaly and Ahmed were outstanding along with other staff members!

Everything is perfect, the location, the rooms, the service, but the inly awful thing is the internet connection. It’s just so bad, you can barely watch a video.

Nice place, good service, zomato says 25% off and then shows "temporarily closed" inspite of it being open.ask for ur disc and the staff would be okie to give it to u! Decent food and u get ur breads if u ask for it.

Beautiful place! This is one of my favorite in the WORLD! Superb service (thanks to Krishna at Beluga Beach restaurant!), sublime views, quick serving drinks and delicious food, whether you're staying at the hotel or visiting for the day, you always feel like a VIP and leave feeling so relaxed! I always look forward to spending a day in the sun here!

Firoz was extremely helpful in our room service, he always satisfied us with his services and the remaining team was just as helpful. Mohan was exceptional with his service in the dining area, very passionate and worthy of 5* service.

Worst 5 Star Hotel i know.

Start with the only good thing, nice location.

Go to the Bad things.
- Staff dont know what to do (only 2 friendly concierge people)
- Managment is a total joke because they dont know how to deal as a gentlemen with complaints, rude and not solving anything
- Rooms are very old!
- Price is ok, but not for services and places like this.

Very old inside with zero mentainance. Guests service is very poor. The staffs are not friendly. There food is good.

Booked the two bedroom apartment with private pool, there is not much privacy only a curtain around the pool!

The rooms were very very old with no renovation at all! All furniture is old!

When you go to check in you’ll be shocked that a 5 star hotel closes it’s lights in the lobby

The breakfast was all reheated a several times because it reached us like rocks (croissants and eggs Benedict)

They didn’t allow any extra time at 12: 00 pm at check out like we paid all this money to the garbage we got.

Spent a good part of the day by the pool. I arrived around 10am and stayed until 3pm. It was perfect. The guys taking care of the pool were super nice and the wait staff helping with drinks and food were also very friendly.

I think because it’s summer, the pool was on the emptier side which was great. One side of the pool was mainly empty.

The drinks were very good and the food was alright. I’m definitely going back and would love to do a staycation in the property.

Nice hotel even if it's a bit small. Quite and very clean with a nice beach. WhatbI didn't like: you have to pay fir every drink even water! Water they should really offer for free, especially with this heat. Never had a 5 star hotel without water for free.

The service by the pool is ruining the entire impression about the hotel. The worst service ever. I have been coming here every 2nd month. Every time is worse than the previous. Ain’t coming back. It’s a total disappointment!

Perfect hotel for the family vacation.
Good location, away from the busy streets and constructions. Nice view over the Palm. Good food, very nice employees, helpful and careful. It was unforgettable vacation and we will be happy to come back. Thank you dear Team.

خدمة روعة. كل شيء في هذا الاوتيل حلم من الحدائق الى الغرف الى الطعام وكثير لأبعد الحدود.

The afternoon tea had nice small treats but some were too simple for such a luxurious hotel. The service was good. There were around 8 types of tea (one was missing). There was live music but too loud for my taste. Overall, it was nice.

Housekeeping left the door open while cleaning and a man walked in on my wife!

Fantastic and the most gorgeous hotel on the Palm. Very well designed and the architecture is phenomenal! Pool was amazing and the view over the city of Dubai from the Palm is simple stunning this hotel is worth every dollar definitely worth staying and coming back for.

This is very luxurious hotel. Buffet is good. Nice ambiance.all type of foods are available at the buffet.

It's a very luxurious hotel to stay at. I love everything in there even the bathroom. I wanted to buy a towel, but they said they weren't on sale. Such a great disappointment! I want to stay there again.

باختصار جدا فخم ونظيف وهادئ ومناسب جدا للعائلات عائلتي احبت الاقامه في هذا المكان لايوجد مايزعجك الغرف نظيفه وفخمه والنزلاء ناس راقيه اذا اردت ان تسافر خلال فصل الشتاء داخل دبي توجه فورا الى هذا المكان جميع الموظفين على قدر عالي من المهنيه تجربه لن تنسى وسوف اكررها ان شاء الله

فندق جميل جداااا وفخم وراقي وتقريبا شبه خالي من النزلاء هذا اكثر شي اعجبني فيه مافيه زحمة، لكن عيبهم المطاعم الموجودة جربتها كلها الصراحة غير لذيذة وعادية جدا مقارنة بالسعر المرتفع، ويحط لك بالطبق كمية قليلة مقارنة بالسعر قليلة جداً، مثلا الستيك جربته يجي يابس وقطعة صغيرة ومافي معها طبق جانبي مثلا خضار او بطاطا مهروسة، لكن الاقامة في الفندق جميلة جداً، ايضاً موقع الكيدز كلوب مربك شوي وبعيد جدا، وافلام السينما اللي تعرض في القاعة للكبار وحتى الاطفال كلها افلام قديمة، المفروض يحطون افلام جديدة نوعاً ما او افلام بوكس اوفيس ويخلوننا ندفع فلوس مو مشكلة، الزيارة تكرر ان شالله، نسيت اقول لكم ان السعر غالي جدا جدا للاسف انا كنت حاجزة جناح كبير 5 ايام

كتيييبير مكان مميز من الداخل والخارج كأنه قصر من قصور القياصرة إضافة للنظافة والخدمة المميزة وكل شي فيه مبهر مريح فائق الترتيب والتنسيق

What an amazing place? ! Well worth a visit, very beautiful and interesting inside and out. We had afternoon tea there which was scrumptious! Plenty of it, with a variety of savoury and sweet treats to choose from. Would recommend.

I had one of the best hotel experience here ever. Beautiful rooms, decors and very attentive & sweet staffs. It was our first time in Dubai, and we picked here and Bab Al Shams for different experience and feels and they were both amazing!

For the Jumeirah area, my friend wanted to stay at Burj Al Arab but it was overpriced and I convinced her to stay here instead.

We went there for lunch and she said she was glad she stayed at Emerald Palace instead after all because it was far more beautiful inside.

I am still surprised how this hotel is affordable compared to the luxury of it!

I recommend anyone who is visiting Dubai to stay at Emerald Palace! This experience made me become a fan of Kempinski hotels too!

I am sad our trip was short, (2 nights 3 days) wish we could have stayed here longer, but next time I’ll make sure I stay more than a day at this heavenly hotel

We had an amazing day in this hotel's pool and beach. We recommend for a day visit if you live in UAE, staff is very professional and friendly.

Unfortunately they didn't have vegan options on the menu exept potatos so we stayed hungry.

As a five star hotel, they should expand the menu so everyone can eat something, especially that vegan food all people can eat.

We were in Emerald Palace Kempinski for first 4 nights of our Dubai trip. This resort is completely breath taking. From decorating to design all on top. Staff are superrrr friendly. Whoever wants to visit Dubai i suggest they should experience staying there even if its for couple of nights.
